Cant say enough great things about this company. Having all of your windows replaced is a huge undertaking and they made the entire process a breeze. From start to finish, everyone was very nice, professional and a pleasure to work with. The install team is awesome They worked their tails off and always made sure we were satisfied with the work at the end of each day. Id give more stars if I could. Highly recommend Penn Windows.

Our trip to the showroom to look at doors was educational, and when Andy made his house call he provided great assistance with style and color selection. John did an outstanding job installing our new doors. As he left he said if we needed anything a couple of months from now or a couple of years from now, we can always call because we will always be their customer. I had this company come out to give me a quote in April and to this day have never received my quote! I know they are busy but really just not giving quote back is not acceptable! They lost my business! And I’m not going to reach out to a company to beg them for the quote they were supposed to give me! That’s poor business!

Weve worked with Rick and the rest of the crew for years on multiple projects. They do A+ work at prices that are fair. Its nice to not have to shop around anymore, we just call them. Weve recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Support small business!!!

I had Penn install a new front door with screen door as well as our patio sliding glass door. Andy was excellent to work with, Erin runs a great shop, and the installers were on time, courteous, and professional. We are very happy with the results and would definitely use them again.

THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE A FINISHED PROJECT!Bay window installation without staining the top or bottom of the bay portion to match the window.Their explanation was essentially that they are incapable of providing a completed service.Save $ & do it DIY or hire a competent company.

Absolutely love this company. Recently had 9 windows replaced in our home and from the estimate to the final installation it was a great experience! Andy was very thorough and answered all of my questions during the estimate, Richard and Erin were extremely pleasant and easy to talk to when we went to the store to pin down the final details, Maurice did a great installation job and I felt very comfortable letting him work in my home. Erin even was on top of getting me some tax credit information when I called later about it. Prices were reasonable and the windows look awesome! Liking this company so much that Im already getting an estimate on a new project for them! Choose Penn Windows, you will not regret it!

From initial consultation to finishing the job everything went smoothly. my new bay window is beautiful. even though the window is installed i was told customer service is always available if i ever encounter an issue. i received a thank you in the mail as well as a follow up call asking if everything was ok. erin in the office is great. will recommend again and again. thank you!

My wife and I live in an older home and have felt, for some time, that the windows needed to be updated, not only for cosmetic reasons, but also to eliminate drafts and realize more home heating efficiency. Since our home is heated with an oil burner, we weren’t sure what savings, if any, we’d get from new windows but we hoped to bring down the $700/month expense of oil.The team at Penn Windows Doors & Siding was exceptional in helping us understand the color and style options we had, as well as walk us through the process, from buying to installation. We had twelve of our windows replaced in main living areas, kitchen and bedrooms, and are thrilled with the results. It changed the dated look of our home exterior as well, since we went with a cocoa exterior and white interior window. The brown matched the brick so well that we opted to have Penn Windows, Doors & Siding come back for a second installation. This time six additional windows and some sections of siding were updated. The siding and the cladding around the windows matched the cocoa of the windows so well it really tied the whole house together. The installation crew did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond in working around some odd corners and older exterior issues. They even added extra brown cladding near two windows on a dormer which would have had to have been painted otherwise. They saved us from having to hire a painter, or match the brown ourselves and paint a portion of our home’s exterior on the second floor. Phew! An outstanding job overall, and great to work with Rick Sr., Rick Jr., Rich and Erin. We’re looking forward to working with their family again, and their sister company Richards Window Fashions, for some much needed blinds and shades for our new windows. Great team, great products and great results!In the end, although it was a rather mild winter, were already feeling the impact of more efficient windows in our home. The house holds heat better than it did in the past, and our heating costs have gone down this past season. Cant wait to continue to pay leass for oil each winter. Thank you.

Straight forward no b/s and a good sense of humor.I could tell they were 100% commited to the quality of there product.I never heard of the Okna brand. After alot of research I understood why they were selling these quality windows.The people that did our installation were outstanding. John was one of the people that installed our windows I consider him a craftsman and perfectionist. From start to finish Penn windows was an outstanding choice. Delivered a quality product and professional installation.I would recommend to anybody. In fact I already have!!!!
