They came out to do my windows 7 years ago at a different address and were great. I contacted them again and they did 4 windows. I called them back to do the measurements on the rest of my home qnd they never called me back and never gave me an estimate despite but few calls to them even talking to their son...smh I thought they were really good back in the day but I guess theyve not lived up to their good standards and are too busy for the smaller jobs. Its a shame

Best ever experience I have had with a contractor in Jupiter Florida. The personal attention was excellent. I was away when the job was to be performed. Emilio took care of all the logistics and personally did all the measurements. Todd, Halie, and Sam were true professionals. Cannot recommend Window Professionals enough!!

I went in in person (any business doing home repair is shady by nature) and made the appointment in person to ensure it was an active business and not a fly by night, here today gone tomorrow, sorry your deposit gone home repair service. It was not much of a show room but it seemed like they had been there awhile so I booked an appointment for the next day, the installer will call you when he is on the way. Big surprise, no call. I will try the business on the next block to see if they want the business. Whatever, its great they are so busy that can pick and choose what appointment to honor. Pass on this one is my view.

Awesome experience from start to finish. The estimate was given with honesty and straightforwardness. They didnt try to sell me things I did not need. Husband and wife came, so I felt totally comfortable. Today they perfectl installed 9 windows within 5 hours. Trustworthy, honest and works with integrity. I highly recommend!!

We were very impressed with the window professionals. We had our windows done a while ago and theyre still great. They came out, talked to us and explained things well and were honest. The installation went so smoothly, it was like they werent even here. Everything was cleaned up afterwards - you seriously could not tell we just had windows installed. I would definitely recommend them. They dont rob you with an insane price and were really pleasant to work with.

We will never deal with them again. The first window they fix was ok than we needed a dinning room window and both of them came and give us a good price but when they put the window back in they dont do it right and now we get draft and they had to come because he put to much choking and we couldnt open the window .They come back and took the choking off and I to revoke it.Now the window was not put in right but the piece that that was use to push the window up and down is no good. My wife spoke to Julie today and Julie tell my wife that they never took the window out, they only put the glass .We was watching when they took the window out and didnt put it back right. Everyone gets there day.

Agree with previous reviews, price reasonable, family run, easy to work with, good vision with improvements.
