Its a family operated business that truly makes their customers feel like theyre their friends. Competitive pricing. Knowledgeable staff. Its just an awesome place to go. Bought a beautiful Tuscany cabinets set for my kitchen and a hardwood floor.. I did a lot of shopping around and this place has the best prices and great product quality. The owners helped with the kitchen design and were helpful and courteous. I dont know about the negative reviews I recommend and Im going to be coming back here for future remodel jobs. They have kitchens, countertops, sinks, vanitys, floors, doors and much more.

Was there the other days as entering the store not one person of staff members had a mask on.Also the gentleman in the kitchen showroom area didn’t even acknowledge me. When he clearly saw me looking and taking measurements. He was to busy looking at YouTube videos.They need to have better customer service and also follow state laws !!!

Rodney was helpful but never informed me there was no returns. Before signing the receipt please read cus they dont even mention it. The customer service there is horrible. I was never called to be informed that the cabinets had arrived. They also said they would deliver them on a Saturday and then said no. Then they called me and said Monday 10-1 and never showed up or called me and there excuse was no driver showed up. Had I not called them on Tuesday they would of never called me to let me know when they were delivering. The cabinets didnt line up and we had to take them apart, the one drawer was defective and they just gave new pieces to fix it myself after I already had paid them to assemble it. Worse customer service.

This place is absolutely awful. From customer service to awful business tactics. No one was wearing a mask, and they were utterly rude. They clearly don’t want business. An employee treated us like we couldn’t afford any of the cabinets. Please don’t go here. Save yourself the respect and find a place that values your business.

Good price and nice people information

Ive ordered windows to a custom size. Had no problem.Bought prehung doors. Was what i expected. However thoroughly inpsect your products before leaving. I had to pass up 3 damaged doors to get 1 without damage.And i was able to return a stock door without damage.

People are nice.. but long story short they supplied a 34.5 inch shelf for a 30 inch opening and told me I had to find my own way to make it work.. because thats the only shelf they can get... All 4 sides were unfinished so it looked awful when I took it back they said they could sell me the right one!!!! Ive been doing kitchens for 15 years.. Never heard of anything like this before.. And never will again!! Oh plus all the hinges were wrong..

Nobody came to ask me what I was looking for so I left I was there for almost 15 minutes

Very friendly staff Purchase Kitchen cabinet with countertop about a week ago pay for it in full. 3 days later I got a phone call telling me There is a problem with The countertop. So we cancel the order for the countertop I went to another Store to Purchase the countertop. When I was there I notice they have the Same Kitchen cabinets that I order in stock $500 cheaper. I call city supply and I asked them if they will match the price. I have not taken position yet of the cabinets because they are on their way from the manufacture. The respond that I got was They cannot do it because is after the fact. The reason I asked them to match the price is because they have a sign that says we will not be Undersold. They ask me who the supplier is and I told them They told me that the other suppliers they dont assemble the The kitchen cabinets. Which is true however I dont believe that it takes $500 to assemble the Kitchen cabinets. Im not gonna mation the other supplier At the end of the day I understand business is business . I just wish that they would have give me the option To either a match the price or to cancel my original order since I did not Took possessions of the cabinet yet.

Terrible terrible terrible. BEWARE they sell inferior products and if you happen to get something that has concealed damaged, your screwed. They do not help you but rather give you a complete BS story. Save your money and go to another surplus store.
