Went in to get my iphone screen replaced. The employee warned me that my frame was bent, but believed that he would still be able to get the job done. Had called about a battery and was told that it wasnt available at that store and I would have to drive further to a different location to pick up the battery I needed or have it ordered and be able to pick it up in a few days. Checked online and the website said they had it in stock so I took a chance and went anyway. Turns out they had the battery which honestly made me more mad since the display that the battery was sitting in was only a few steps from the counter.

BB was able to locate quickly the golf cart batteries I needed, same day, and help load (ok they did all the loading) of the 420lbs. Took the recycle batteries and processed the credit quickly.

Good inventory and friendly, professional staff in store.Made appointment online to have iPhone battery replaced.Even though iPhone said battery good (100% capacity), the battery was several years old and requring charging every day, or at most every other day.Took only about 10-15 minutes in store to put in new battery. Gave new battery full charge when I got back home and now, two days after new battery put in, iPhone is at 95% battery level with no additional charging.

Horrible company. I bought a flashlight holster, within one day it tore in half. Cheap. Store said they would do nothing. Then come to find out, information isn’t transferred between stores. So for example if you buy something at one store , and go to another, they will not be able to warranty it. This is what I was told. Then I called corporate, and when they called me back I told them my issue, and the guy couldn’t care less. Acted like he didn’t give a damn. Horrible experience and unless it is turned around by a refund of my products today when I get off work, that will forever be my opinion of this company.

I selected and paid in full online then sent an employee by to have the new battery installed in the van he drives and he was then told he had to pay an environmental fee. The fee isnt the problem it is the fact this wasnt figured in by the website store at time of purchase. Its a battery store for Petes sake they should know. Other than that the installation appears to have gone smoothly and time will tell on the battery.

My car battery die on me Saturday evening and I needed to get it swap ASAP. I usually go to Sams Club for my car battery needs, however they were swamped and it wouldve been a 4 hour wait. The service tech at Sams suggested that I contact Batteries Plus, and this location was on my way home. Good thing I listened, because the employee who helped and replace my car battery made it quick and easy. Also, he was patience enough to wait while I set up an online account to take advantage of their discount offers.Update - My battery was not installed (placed and screwed) correctly and was repeatedly restarting the internal system. Luckily a friend was able to reinstall it probably and fixed the issues.

The Allen, TX store did a great job with my auto battery. They recommended a battery that was $100 less than the special order I placed, installed it quickly and accurately. Mercedes starts/runs perfectly.

I got batteries for my vehicles remote key fob. They suggested that I go with the lifetime on it. I was facing some issues with my remote syncing up and they showed me how to sync up the remote and procided me with a new battery for the remote for no extra charge.. Good service and value..

I bought a new battery for my car the other night and the service was great. He installed my new battery for me, tested the old to confirm it was bad and refunded my core charge. When my car started showing an error on the dash he helped my check everything out, including the alternator. The error went away the next morning. Very pleased with the price and the service. Ill probably do this again for my next battery.

Booked my appointment online and received a $10 off coupon. My phone screen was cracked so bad, it was getting harder to see the screen. My screen was fixed within an hour and it looks brand new! 10/10 would recommend!I’ll be coming back if I ever manage to break my screen again haha.

Battery dead Thursday evening. Got jump start Friday morning from Amica. Ordered a battery on-line while roadside assistance was on the way. 20 minutes later, the car was started and Batteries+ e-mailed that the battery was ready to pick up. Drove there. Had to wait 5 minutes while the attendant finished installing another battery. He checked my old battery and found it was down to 69 CCA, recorded a credit for the old battery, gave me an invoice, and installed the new Duracell. All in 10 minutes. Only thing he could have down better is vacuum out the battery well (lots of oak leaves). I had to do that when I got home. Very pleasant experience, if dead batteries can be pleasant. Next time I will try to pay attention to hard starts.

I went in to get a new screen and new battery. Idk how but the screen wasn’t placed on my phone correctly and I don’t think they gave me a new battery. I had to go to the store in Mckinney to get them to repair my screen. Apparently there were still broken glass where they put the new screen on. I won’t recommend this allen location. I would recommend the Mckinney one better customer service
