Drove all the way to this location because their other location told me they had a cabin filter in stock and that it was a charcoal filter. Pics on their system show its a carbon filter, its not. Wasted trip. PS: contacted owner per their request. Their idea of making it right never made it right...

Pleasantly surprised. As a mechanic and all around DIYer I have shopped with all of the major parts stores and I have never been happy with auto zone. This location actually impressed me. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and they actually had what I needed for once.

Asked the guy behind the counter for Rainex in gallon jug. He said they didnt have any. Until I walked over to the obvious Orange Rainex jug after looking for 15 seconds in which he piped in:there it is! Smh.

This used to be such an amazing location. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, but the past two experiences have been a nightmare. No real customer service, long holds on the phone, and long waits in person. It just seems they care much less about their customers now and could not care less if they make a mistake or do not follow through on their end. After this last time of apathetic, inconsiderate customer service, I will take my business elsewhere. 2020 and finances are hard enough without having aloof workers who really dont care either way if you do business there.

They are so helpful and nice, I went there with problems with my car battery and in ten minutes they were already done replacing it.

I had a great experience shopping here today. David helped me out and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me his honest opinion when checking my car battery (for free) and actually told me that it was too far gone for him to help (due to corrosion). These guys are not after your money, they genuinely just want to help. I was able to save a ton of money on things that a certain car dealership had recommended that I was able to replace myself for almost $70 less. He even installed my new wiper blades for me. If you ever need anything automobile related then give this place a visit!!

My car had a serious problem. It was 8:30pm on Sunday evening and all the auto shop were closed. I was so worried as how to drive home, 25 miles away from where I was at the time. Aaron Wynn came out to help me to put the splash shields and fender liner underneath my car back to the original position by using multiple clips to hold the sheets with the front bumper and the metal parts. He worked more than 1 hour and I was able to drive on highway back home safely. This is the best auto service I have ever had in my life. The employee like Aaron Wynn makes the AutoZone the best place to shop and the best service to receive in the world. I would rather drive 25 mile to this location to buy parts, and get valuable advice and service from Aaron.

Came in after my battery was giving me some trouble. Had the pleasure and privilege of getting to talk with Aaron and Angus. Both were quick to help me out here, watching them work together was amazing. A duo that would give Sonny and Cher a run for their money. Aaron was thorough with trading out my old battery and setting up the new one. And Im talking like finding a needle in a haystack. These guys are literally a power house. We pulled up 4 minutes till closing and the manager helped us and made sure we had the tools and parts we needed to get the job done in their parking lot. He had no obligation to help us get home safely but he went above and beyond to make sure we could get the job done safely. I appreciate the customer service displayed! Came in to have a battery checked. Aaron tested and replaced the battery in the parking lot! It was not easy. It took over 45 min. to do, and he did it with a smile. Bill the assistant store manager was very helpful as well.

They are so accommodating and really help you out with everything. They always look at my car, help me determine what product I need, and put in on/in my car for me. They also ran a free check to decipher the code when my check engine light came on - something other places charge a lot for. I have always been super happy with the service I have received at this location.

Came in for various things for a new used car. I had questions as to the particular sizes or models and the team in here is efficient for taking care of lineups and answering questions. Always very helpful - My dad and I love coming here.

Got what we needed!

Do not order online.I ordered a set of 4 spark plug. There are all worst then mine.They used and apparently ordered from JUNKYARD. There still were rust still on them.That is nonsense..

Workers are very helpful and nice. Had no issues coming in and finding what I needed for my cat and quickly leaving. Wasnt too busy and everyone seemed to be getting the help they needed from workers.

These folks are great, got real parts guys working there. Unlike some “parts stores” who just hire kids that are uneducated in the field. Really appreciate all the help they’ve offered over the past few years.

We were from out of town and while there was a line, staff triaged the situation well. I wanted to make note that Anthony did an awesome job helping us understand what the issue was and he also assisted with other maintenance areas that needed to be addressed. They are very good people, I went to replace a battery. They found out installation for that type of battery is out of service scope, and i didnt buy it, still help me jump-up with no charge.The only thing i dont like is they refer me to Goodyear(on the same street) , a place i will never went a second time. They will charge you for a jump-up for $25 and keep selling you things.
