This place is always to go store!Everyday I come here.Staff are friendly and good quick service.I place a mobile order, they make it on time irrespective of crowd and make your drink special and customize they want you want.Delayed drinks are rewarded with cards.So definitely good place to stop by to grab your drink.

My favorite Starbucks location. I would go here one to two times a week and they never messed up an order. Drinks are consistently made and they’re always fast.

I never really was a Starbucks customer until last night which prompted me to go back today for another Caramel crunch frap. Its so good! I usually faithfully go to Biggby across the street but theyre closed early now due to shortage of staff.The young lady behind the register is quite helpful. (I didnt catch her name but she has curly brown hair.) The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the same debris was on the floor that was there the day before. So other than needing a cleaning, all in all, my experience was a good one.

Horrible service, they have no control whatsoever on the mobile order making me wait an extra 10 min, then leave my order over there counter ignoring the costumers its ridiculous. I would rather go to the one on Southfield and dix way more efficient and fast.... AVOID THIS STORE

I go every day because I love their coffee. I go to this location out of convenience. It’s sad that I have to change which store I go and purchase my coffee because nine out of 10 times it’s wrong. The staff there is so rude it doesn’t make sense. I’m treated like a nuisance and you’re irritated because you can’t make my coffee right? Do better or get a job change! Awful customer service & So disorganized! Seven people behind the counter all confused ignoring all the customers. Management needs to look at these reviews and make some changes.

Ive frequent here often. The service is always on spot. You can not go wrong buying extra goodies even if they sit on your shelf for a long time.Youll notice once you try Starbucks, your drink is gone, and youll buy another...

Amazing Starbucks to grab a drink and get some work done. This place has a lot of seats with outlet so you can do some work. Went there after a visit in Detroit to get some work done. This place is not so loud and it has good music. Ordered a venti pineapple matcha, new drink. It was really good, it was made out of coconut milk and pineapple. It really help after a warmer day in Detroit. Overall, it’s a great place to grab a drink and get some work. I liked their decorations, a really nice painting of the world.

Enjoy the mobile orders here it is a good drive North for us we live in Trenton and take rides out that way using the Starbucks app is nice I like it.

Like going here. They are quick on mobile and walk in orders. At the moment they have no seat in available do to the pandemic but have all well cared for upon everyones safety

Of all the days, to finish up my Beautiful Mother’s Day my daughter went in to get me a coffee after a fun filled day. The barista never greeted her, was horribly rude. Set the drink on the counter and never stated it was the drinks which had been ordered. So!!! I have one piece of wisdom I’d like to impart. What ever you’re experiencing is NEVER a reason to be rude to anyone else Period. We all experience bad days. Yet, those are opportunities to pick ourselves up, by owning our feelings and dealing with self so as not to hurt others. Shame on you for your ridiculous behavior. I then came in myself to see in fact if maybe my daughter had misperceived the actions of the barista to find that not only were they true, she repeated the same behavior towards me. Walked right by, no acknowledgment and proceeded to turn her back to avoid making eye contact. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. Will NOT be back. Customer Service 0, the overall work area behind the counter was unkept. 0 Sanitation. Overall experience 0. I would suggest cleaning up the store and the attitudes of the employees.

Ive rarely had such sub par service at a place as typical as Starbucks.We ordered two drinks and it took twenty minutes, neither were made correctly. The entire place was packed with unhappy customers and it was extremely dirty despite the baristas standing around when they could be helping customers.The shop itself was badly laid out. People had to push past the handoff counter just to get to the register, then push back to leave.Ive been to a lot of Starbucks over the years because its easy and convenient but wow was this neither.EDIT: Since posting this review there was a news report on a hidden camera found in the bathrooms that was under the toilet lid. So just further proof that this is the worst place to stop for coffee.

Their hot chocolate is so good that it is still good without any sweetener of any kind. That is truly amazing.

Rarely do I end up with a negative experience for as mundane a habit of getting my morning dose of caffeine. This is that rare corresponding review.Parking was easy inside the shopping complex and the queue was short. I ordered my custom White Chocolate Frappeccino for store Pick-up. What I got was an unappealing medley of condiments in espresso shots (as seen in pictures). The whip cream was lax and bubbles almost fermenting inside. They had dabbed the Dark Mocha Powder so haphazardly that I had it falling all over my table from outside the lid (as seen in pictures). And as I was reluctantly sipping this bitter 530+ calories of sugary Venti drink, a lump of quiet chocolate mold at the bottom just ruined the taste.Although the store was decent in all sense with friendly staff, I did not expect the experience from the Seattle based giants cafe. I wouldnt have mind a decently modest drink. This place is avoidable in my list.

Disappointing that Starbucks no longer seems to have English breakfast tea. Thats been my experience 4-5 times in the last week or so.

Every time I come here either it’s closed or they are out of something. The service is poor - you have to get the team member’s attention to order and you don’t get acknowledged when you walk in or if you’re waiting for your mobile pick up order. The only reason I come here is because when they do have what I want to order, it’s a consistent product. Other than that, not my Starbucks of choice.

I had a pour-over decaf which was really good. My husband ordered a regular Pike, he was not happy with it. He said it tasted kind of old and gritty, and just not up to normal Starbucks standards. So between my 5 star drink and his 1 star, I think 3 stars is fair.

I do not like the new design and the feel is not welcoming anymore. Makes you feel like...get your coffee and go! The last setup made you want to stay and read and work on your computer. I guess I will have to start drinking Biggy coffee since they have a nice inviting area for meetings and personal conversation. Remember pretty is not always inviting.

They have very busy moments but are still very pleasant. They usually will try to compensate if you do end up waiting a very long time. Be patient, these companies get a lot of traffic.

Flew in for a music video shoot & stopped here for coffee every morning. Had great service & good products. Would go again if ever in the area.

Just like any other Starbucks around. I ordered a hot chocolate and waited for about ten minutes and watched people that ordered after me get their orders before they made my hot chocolate. I went up and asked them about it and they had forgotten about it and had to re print my ticket and make it. It was delicious though!

Nice cleans establishments. Very friendly staff employed here. Come here on the weekends when my daughter wants her Starbucks she loves getting her caramel frappuccino here. Always kind and pleasant ladies working the register and serving the drinks always will come to this one when in town.

Always slow, Always...I’ve been in line with no one servicing me for 10 min. I hate coming here, but it’s the only one close to me. FML. And then they put milk in my drink when I asked for almond milk. Judy is always rude, she’s in the back throwing stuff around. The staff is friendly and the coffee is good. I dont care for the layout. Having to squeeze past people waiting for their coffee so I can order mine sucks. Then having to squeeze back past them again to get my order. Very poorly executed layout. At least the coffee is good.

I go here every morning. I order ahead on the app since they don’t have a drive thru, I always order about 10 minutes before pickup because they’re always busy. The staff is really nice and even tho I only come in, grab my drink, and leave, they still know which one is mine. They always make my drink the way I like it and the one time it was made wrong they were super apologetic and fixed it right away. This one is my preferred location even tho there is one that’s closer to me WITH a drive thru!! Love them.

I go to Starbucks at least once a week. I never get to sit and enjoy my drink but I had time today. This location looks brand new but it’s filthy. There is hair and dust bunnies on the floor. The bathroom looked Iike it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The trash bin was covered in grime.The lady who took my order was rude and grumpy. I stepped up and asked how she was and she just said “fine” with the most uninterested look on her face. No “how are you?” back. Then I said I was here for happy hour special and she kept telling me she needed the code but had no ability to tell me where the code was. She was not helpful. I had a very bad experience at this Starbucks. Usually they are decently clean and friendly.

It’s a Starbucks, I get it but you could make it more convenient for all customers. You have two doors on the same side of the building instead of on opposite sides so it has an actual flow and you don’t have to maneuver through people (whom lack common sense to move over) to get to the register, just to make your way back through the mess. They are out of many flavors and seems like their Nitro Brew is a McDonalds milkshake machine. If you must visit here, order online but if you can, avoid this Starbucks. Edit 10/26: lacks awareness to order specifics if really busy.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Consistently time after time the service is subpar. I waited in line for 10 mins behind one person then the cashier walks away without taking my order only again to wait five mins before acknowledging she would be back. The line continued to grow another team member walked up to the register (Judy) she didn’t acknowledge my presence did something on the register and walked away. Finally someone else took my order after seeing the line grow to out the door and multiple customers commenting how slow the service was. From a customer service stand point, there were 5 team members behind a counter and there was no organization of work flow there should be no reason why this experience took me 25 mins to get my order. If you ever need coffee I would make a detour to another destination.

Nice place staff are friendly and helpful. The batista brought me my brewed coffee to my table since they had just ran out. They went above and beyond my expectations. The seating is set up for just a couple people together, so it geeks like a cozy coffee shop.

Most of the staff members are very polite, and give you what you ask for.

A good place for the younger crowd, my daughter 18 loves it. Great specialty drinks lattes, frappacinos ect. A good place to hang out with friends for coffee or do work on your laptop. My 18,19,24,and 26year old love it.Coffees too strong and bitter for me. Expensive.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been. I’ve tried to give them chance but every time I come here it’s just a bad vibe. The staff alone is not very well trained in customer service, something always seems to be wrong with least one of them. Not only did I wait way to long on my drink even though it was only me and husband waiting for one. While the employee was making my drink she was complaining the whole time of how long she had been working and how she was just over it. Not someone I want to making my coffee. She also practically through my drink at me. Overall just a negative experience every time I come here.I hope your experience is better than mine.

I came here and got 2 coffees. Spending a total of $12 and both of them did not taste right. I was very unhappy with the product. If I spend that much on coffee i expect it to taste decent not waste my money. I will not be coming back to this location.

I stopped in, because there are few Starbucks Ive been to, where I dont enjoy the atmosphere. Laid back, welcoming, and full of people from every culture. This place is no exception.I came in, because I wanted a green tea and figured Id charge my phone and laptop, while I waited to hear from friends as to our plan for the Memorial Day afternoon. The tea was excellent, flavored well and with light ice, just the way Id ordered!Only critique? The tables, seating and outlets...While I was able to find tables, two were small, round and wobbly, with semi-awkward outlet access for one and no access for the other. this also left me putting my bag in the aisle, as opposed to under the table (preferred). The other, larger table, from what I saw, had no outlets. I expect to have to table search at Starbucks but I should have outlet access, if Im going to be able to enjoy the experience. Especially in newer buildings.

This place excepts stolen debit cards through apps. Sept. 3, 2019. I live in MO and NEVER been to MI but someone bought $24. in Starbucks at this place i guess on me!

Dirty mens bathroom, dirty in general. (-1 Star) cold, too bright. Hard to access power and usb plugs. Could have done without the x-mas music, (-1 Star) Its near Dearborn a heavily Muslim community, know your customer base. No prayer area, which is awkward for your Muslim customers, of which there were at least 5 or 6 seated when I was there, when it was mandatory prayer time.

Always out of cold brew. Not just regular. Not just nitro. All of them. I have come twice a week for last 2 months and only got cold brew twice. Usually out of their featured drinks too- dragon fruit whatevers. This is the only location I have experienced this repetitive issue.

They always get my order right and the drinks, especially coffee, taste fresh every time. Staff is kind and welcoming.

Im giving them a 5 star rating, because I really like this Starbucks, but when I asked one of the employees, (the black girl) that was there this morning about how my coffee was prepared, I just got all kinds of nasty attitude from her. You would have thought that I cursed her out or something. Her response was I dont know I didnt make it then she called the person over that did. I dont know if I caught her at a bad time, or what, but I couldnt have possibly been the one who put her in a bad mood, because I placed a mobile order, and that was the first time I interacted with her....ever. Now anybody whos ever stepped into a Starbucks knows that these people are usually moving non-stop, they barely have time to breathe, but on this rare occasion, she wasnt even doing anything, but standing around talking. I hope this was just a one off..The coffee as usual was great!!

Came here to enjoy my morning coffee and use wifi for a phone update, as I don’t temporarily have it at home. Did not feel welcome and the coffee was cold. One of the workers was cleaning, moving chairs like extra loud near my sleeping baby in a stroller. Well thanks guys, not coming back here. Could not even finish waiting for this slow a** wifi to connect.
