I know most of they good reviews are FAKE because. I never got a warming welcome when I went into this establishment. The employees were eating during my interview and normally people say warming things before an interview but I was told the manager doesn’t like hiring women. plus the manager said she prefer hiring men because they are less drama. Smh. GOOGLE THIS PLACE HAS PEOPLE WORKING HERE DENING WOMEN JOBs FOR NO REASON. THEY WRONG AS HELL. I went to the att store to trade two phones in for the promotion they were advertising. They were offering 700 dollars off the new phones if you traded in your old phones. The representative was helping me back up my phone and never once mentioned the crack in the corner would take 350 dollars off the value of the trade in. I had to pay a phone repair to get my daughters phone to turn on so I could trade her phone in. We sat with the representative for over an hour he handled my phone several times, again never mentioning the crack on my phone would be an issue. He said I had 30 days to back up my phone and fix my daughters phone then I could do the trade in. I go back to the store to do the trade in and the sales girl says oh your phones only eligible for 350 dollars off. The moral of the story is they would not take responsibility for the miscommunication, they were supposed to inspect the phones thoroughly first and foremost and that was not done. Instead of taking responsibility the manager basically called me a liar and said she would have to review the cameras to see what went on that day. Att had no resolution, I sat on the phone with them over two hours trying to get help and no one could assist. I ended up returning both phones and all accessories I purchased that day. I have decided to find a new carrier, after being with att for 18 years it’s just ridiculous and unprofessional. They never have a fair outcome, I won’t give my money to a company that doesn’t take care of the customer properly.

Had an excellent experience at this store with my family. The customer service was outstanding! Our sales representative Cecil was knowledgeable and patient during our visit. Everyone was pleasant and kind..I will make this my new AT&T go to store for all my telephone needs!

Let me start by saying I just came to the store for a few questions but ended up switching over 3 lines from T-Mobile. Cecil really took care of me and made me feel special by bringing out multiple accessories for me to see since they are doing curbside. Awesome experience I think making the switch over was the right move thanks again guys!

AT&T is a wonderful store. Isa overseas Taylor and Allen park and she is AMAZING along with every other employee there❤️ Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to switch services, or just even an AT&T with a friendly environment. My phone stopped working while driving home from work last night. Drove over to the ATT store where I bought the phone. Cecil helped me out. Replaced my SIM card and got my phone up & running. Cecil was professional & friendly and helped fix the problem quickly. A+

Went in the Outer Dr store on a recommendation from a friend. Kat helped us not only save money by getting us switched from Sprint to AT &T but it was the first time we ever left the store from a cell phone purchase in which we felt that we really got the best deal and was sincerely happy with our purchases. Kat was amazing, kind and fun and made the experience over the top worth it. I will definitely see her again or recommend her to anyone looking for services from AT &T.

Service ok. Having lunch was more important than waiting on me.Going in back and yelling someone parked in his parking spot( oh that was me). Did see anyone name on parking spot. After paying for my phone I asked for EVERY THING To be transferred from one phone to another. Carl said it would take about 1 1/2 hours if I had something else to do.so I did and came back. Not ready . So I left and came back again . Took my phone home and NOTHING! Nothing. Did it myself took me 2 hours to do . I really didn’t appreciate paying to have it done , the person laughing at me as I left I don’t recommend this att

The whole team here at the Allen Park location are absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. Branden was exceptional, he made me and my family feel at home and made the wait time comfortable. The employees at this store are rude and do not try to help you unless they are getting money out of you. They never have a manager to speak to. They always send you to another store if you have issues. They will hang up on you over the phone as well. I will never recommend this at&t store to anyone

My most recent experience at the store was incredible! Derek greeted us immediately upon arriving and stayed with us until we were completely finished. His knowledge was impressive and was exceeded only by his willingness to ensure that we were completely satisfied, and receiving everything we were entitled to, by the time we left. This store refuses to help customers with any problems. They push us off to other stores unless they can add new service to your account. They are rude and talk down to you. They are poorly trained and should not have the AT&T brand on their building. They need to go through extensive training in the brand and customer service. Do not go here.

She spent several hours working with my wife and me to upgrade our phones and she so patiently and competently handled our frequent changes regarding the phones we wanted, setting up our new phones and answering the million questions we had. Issa LIED to me about my contract and how much I would be paying a month. I ended up getting 3 new phones, 2 new lines, because she said she had worked my contract so I would be paying less a month..due to their EMS discount. LIES! Got my first bill today... $600!! All these fees she didnt say anything about. And then when asked what my normal monthly charge would be... $150 more than what I was paying. DOUBLE what she quoted me. I would have NEVER bought two of the new phones if she had been upfront. What a joke.

Great customer service! Very patient with customers and helpful! Went in to purchase an iPad Pro and Carly got me in and out. She covered everything as far as the service and bill and I felt comfortable leaving the store knowing I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg LOL!

I walked into this location @ 10 AM this morning in need of a replacement iPhone after mine was stolen. I am from Boston and was given I’ll advised sales advice from my location back east. I wasted unnecessary time and money @ home and am so happy that I decided to make a move while in Michigan. Kat was the lead service provider here, but manager Isa also assisted when necessary and everything was a breeze. They even saved me money on my monthly bill. Hats off the team at this store. I am forever grateful!

My husband went into a att store In Allen Park today just to try and get his phone fixed. Tanen was so helpful and uncovered the fact that we could be saving so much money, and even with my husband getting a new phone, and moving my line over from sprint, and getting me a new phone..! I was petrified to switch seeing as I have been with sprint for 24 years, Tanen took so much time breaking down the promotion, making sure we had the right size storage and colors that we wanted, and also was able to give us all these extra discounts on accessories in store and a really good trade in value for our old phone from sprint..! We walked in the store expecting to pay 200 dollars for a replacement phone, and walked out with 2 new phones and all the goodies for $15 DOLLARS.. I am going to bingo Saturday and giving all my friends Tanens Card... He and that store are the true definition of customer service

After visiting the store in Lincol Park, and literally receiving no help, and being basically pushed out the door; I stopped into the store in Allen Park and was greeted by Tanen. When I tell you this young man has been a godsend, I truly mean it.. I walked into Allen Park with all intent of canceling my service .. Tanen took all his time walking over multiple different ways to save money on my account, different features I wasn’t using, and was able to actually add a line on for my mother with a free phone, get me a new phone as well, and all kinds of stuff for free.... it’s so wonderful to be treated like somebody who matters.. the customer who always pay their bills on time deserve some love from ATT as well, and Tanen showed us the love...
