Ricardo and his team did a fantastic job detailing all of my family’s cars. The inside was spotless and smelled super clean. The tires and wax job looked great. I would highly recommend this auto detail and car wash service.

Save your money. The photos below are what the $34 Ultimate Wash will get you when you bring in a small SUV. Yes, the car was cleaner than when it arrived, but I shouldnt have to go back and touch up everything after driving away. I appreciate the tire shine, but please wipe off the excess so it doesnt end up all over the rocker panels of the vehicle. The dash, center console, and most of the plastic interior was super dusty from the towels that were used to wipe everything down.Thank you for the wash. But if I wanted to blow $34 and be disappointed, I would have just lit the money on fire and sprayed the car down with a garden hose.

I paid over 80 for detailing but they just washed. Not detailing. There left rosin power on exterior. Never waste money.

Pros:- Cheap- Car has less rain spots on it now- A bit less dirty- Windows are actually really cleanCons:- They clearly didnt even touch the hood judging from all the tree gunk still there (image)- They created swirl marks all over my vinyl (image)- Despite the swirl marks, its still dirty there somehow- More dirt still on my car not picturedI just wanted an exterior wash to get some tree gunk off my car, but it seems even an automated drive through would have done a better job and been more gentle on my car.Can anybody recommend a good car wash in the area?

I was was not impressed with their services. My rims were not cleaned properly and they didnt vaccum the car all the way. I complained about the vacuuming job and they re-did it but it came to my surprise that there was a piece of my car, Im not sure where it came from , that had fallen off. I told the supervisor and I asked 2 other people working on my car, they kept just brushing me off, I dont know what happened. The supervisor acted the same way. This situation was very frustrating. I will not be returning.

Got an interior detail package done here. Best price in south OC with the valpak coupon. Excellent work and done in just 80 minutes.

Be aware they like to overcharge you. They lied about price-I only wanted regular wash and when I got to cashier they wanted to charge me $15 extra, I saw ticket writer go outside to talk to worker drying my car-they didnt even wipe insides of door panels and side view mirrors. As soon as I complained about the price they finished by car in 3 mins - I Didnt realize how bad it was until I was driving and could not go back because of time restraints that day. Will go to express car wash for $7 and you will be happier than this car wash or will be using a mobile detailer in future much easier.Big waste of $25!

Ive visited Oil Can Henry twice now in a row. Both visits are for a standard synthetic oil change. My first visit was great - really attentive, transparent on costs and the screen showing how they all work together is fun to see.

My car hasnt been washed for a couple months and they saw lots of dead bugs still stuck on my car, and sent my car thru the wash a second time for no additional cost. I only asked for the most basic hand wash. The guy who finished off wiping down my car was extra meticulous and the temperature outside was about 90 degrees!. I was impressed.

They always wash the cars well. They have a nice facility and food options. I recently had them tint my new Lexus LS500 and it looks AWESOME! This is the 3rd tint and I couldn’t be happier. Very competitive pricing on that too.

Unfortunately, if the car gets damaged ( like mine did) while it is being worked on; management does not take responsibility for it

Ive been using All Hands for over 10 years. Always courteous and friendly staff. Always a job well done. This is the 5th vehicle Ive had them do and I will keep coming back.

Waste of time & money. Agreed to pay $50 for the $60 wash and the inside rear windows werent cleaned. Rims were not washed and still had a film of grease of them. Water spots all over.... lots of little dirt still stuck on the windows and paint.Complete waste of money. Head guy told me I needed a clay procedure for $140 to get the car clean. Ha!I am 52 and was washing cars with a bucket and sponge before I was 10. The level of clean this joke of a facility put out was not even close to what I could do as a kid.DEFINITELY will never go back and feel like I should have known better. Absolutely the CRAPPIEST result I have ever had at a car wash location.

These guys are good and fast! They have various options from express to full hands wash. This place is connected to the gas station and has a small restaurant, shoe shine and beer and wine all in a single place. There is a section in the back where you can watch You car go through the system. Smog check is right next door so you can get a lot done at a single place.

Great place to get a car wash! The prices are very reasonable. 16.99 for a basic hand wash. There is a waiting area with a small deli restaurant and very large convienance store that even had a selection of wines. They do a good job on the hand wash, although sometimes I find some stuff they missed. They do a very thorough job of drying your car hitting it with compressed air. They have a coupon on their website for a 39.99 wash and wax. I tried that the other day, very good job all around. The only down side is the time. A thorough job takes time but this place is a little slower than the average and always longer than the estimate you get.

This place really does a good job, the guys work hard. We had family in from WI and their SUV was filthy from the drive, they did an awesome job. They did have an off day one day and we spoke with manager and he gave us a free wash for the next time. They really care about customer satisfaction. Thank you again for your hard work.

I have always loved the detail the guys pay attention to when they dry my car here. This kind of personal service doesnt exist anymore. Once in a while I try another place and I always get disappointed because Im spoiled by All Hands! At All Hands the finishers spend time inside the car cleaning nooks and crannies and outside plucking every last pollen drip and spending enough time on each wheel getting all the smears that the washers might miss. This is the closest youll get to an actual mobile car wash/detail quality job. Youll see.

Finally pulled the trigger on the window tint. Glad I did, even though I shouldve done it at the BEGINNING of summer. It looks great! Good price and great service!

This is my favorite car wash place, I love getting only exterior car wash $12. They do a really good job and very fast, nice seating area and koi pond. $12 such a great deal and always looks really good!

On October 5, 2018, All Hands Car Wash scratched my brand new 2019 Subaru Outback! Two scratches; one below the handle on the drivers door and the other on the tailgate. I noticed both scratches as soon as they handed me my keys. I made a complaint and the supervisor said No workers wear jewelry. I said thats fine and dandy, but you use a metal air hose to blast excess water from the doors, mirrors, etc. The manager just shrugged his shoulders. I informed him, if they dont pay for the damages I will file a lawsuit.You better fix the scratches you made on my brand new 2019 Subaru Outback!!! I dont even have license plates on my car yet and you scratched the hell out of it!!!*** As of October 9, 2018, still no call from management. This proves they dont care about your car! *** I even left a message for Ricardo and hes ignoring me. I will give you 24 more hours to call or I will file a lawsuit.*** Update on October 9, 2018. Ricardo the manager called me back and said they are not going to pay for the damages. I said, see you in court! ***DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE WASHED!!!

Take every valuables from your car before u let them clean it, it will disappear after they clean it. While they will clean your car just fine, do not trust them. Take extra caution and take your valuables with you or locked in your glove box if you can.

Better off rinsing your car off with a water hose and letting it dry. The amount of water spots left after a car wash here was insane. The inside had visible dust left on the dash and crumbs were still visible. Total waste of money. Save your time and go someplace else.

They do a decent job but charge $28 to wash my RAV4 and do tires. Seems steep.

Three times in a row, I’ll get a car wash and a lottery ticket and they happen to forget to give me the lottery ticket! Taking my money and, I my opinion, purposely not giving me the ticket. I’ve had to ask for it and gone back to the cashier to get it. I’ll never go there again.

My mom had her car washed here and basically paid 17 bucks to have her windows washed. Crappy job on a black car. They set it in the sun to dry so its all spotted, then they told her they didnt know where her keys were. Over half an hour to find her keys and all the so called manager/owner said was she should have bought a better car wash. Are you kidding me! Icant believe they treated an elderly woman that way. Just horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Ripped off. Charged $103 for an oil change when the posted price was $54

I made the mistake of giving this place too many second chances because it was close and convenient. The most recent was the last time I’ll ever go here. I dropped it off for an oil change and ordered a $129 detail they said would be an hour. It took 5 minutes just to find someone in the Castrol center to start the oil change check in. I walked to the back over an hour an a half later, the car hadn’t even been started. I had to have words with the manager to get 3 guys on it to take another 45 minutes. All in, I was there nearly two and a half hours. When I tried to check out, they gave me the wrong receipt to pay and had to wait again. No apologies, no kind words, a rushed detail that wasn’t up to standard to pay that much, terrible service. So frustrating.

The car wash was was okay. However, both times Ive brought my car here I have had to wipe several things down myself that were clearly missed.

Arrived Friday afternoon at 5:20 PM. Closes at 6 PM. Streak-free windows, spotless exterior, immaculate cleaning and drying. My first visit with our full size sedan. Had a wash off-line, hand washed, personally supervised by manager, Everado, who make sure the car was perfectly done. Floor paper protection were put over front floor mats, which were still damp from cleaning. When leaving, i was driving toward the setting sun, and saw no dirty rag streaks on the windshield. Interior and trunk space vacuumed thoroughly. Service was prompt. No waiting 30-45 minutes for a bucket wash.The waiting area was spacious, had two interior waterfalls and a coy pond. Large screen TVs throughout large lobby area, full of many choices of snacks, drinks and a sandwich bar (closed when i got there).The whole inside was upscale and spotless. No lines at the cashier. No rushing and frantic staff. Everyone calm and courteous. Everyone appeared happy and content. Seems they are happy employees.Inside tables were accompanied by comfortable padded chairs. Cars were visible from both inside waiting areas and outside waiting areas.Shoe shine stand open from 8 - 5 M-F, Saturday 8 - 1PM. rarely find a shine stand anymore.Whats amazing to me, is how so many people have reported bad experiences when mine was excellent. How does a business perform like that, some terrible and others superior? I have a hard time believing the bad reviews because i personally had a great experience there, and will return with my other vehicles.Perhaps the bad reviews were mistakenly posted to the wrong car wash, or these are fake bad reviews. Theres no explaining the wild differences between the bad reviews and my experience.

Weve been taking our cars to All Hands Car Wash, carwash for at least twice a month, and gas every week for the past two years. Weve been enjoying the people and services from this location (carwash, gas station, window tinting, cafe…) until Sunday, Oct 1st.Our Hyundai Tucson needed a carwash, and we love the carwashs cafe breakfast, so we took our car on Sunday morning for a wash and dined in the cafe.As we were having our breakfast, my wife and I realized that the manager kept checking on us and asked if everything was OK, which was nice at that time. However, It came to us as a surprise, since it had never happened to us for the past two years.Our Super Wash took about 40 minutes, which was kind of long, for slow days like that day, but since we were having breakfast in the cafe, we didnt care about the delay.Before getting into the clean car, we noticed that the front wheel on the drivers side deflated, almost flat. So we asked them what happened to the tire, and they acted surprised and said it didnt occur during the wash.Little do they know that the Tucson 2022 has a tire pressure sensor on each wheel, and it beeps on low pressure when you start the vehicle. Same monitoring is also available on the Hyundai mobile app, so youll get a real-time notification on your tire air pressure.The carwash supervisor told us that its natural for a tire to deflate like this and just go to the shop next door to fill the tire, and we did it. Two minutes after we left the carwash, the car started to beep, and the tire was losing pressure very fast (almost two psi per minute). We turned around and came back to the carwash and this time asked for the manager.He acted surprised like he didnt know about the incident, where there were literally three cars in total in the carwash at that time! He said that this is very common, happens every week, so its no big deal! So once again, we took our car to the same shop to check the tire, and this time they found a broken screw in the tire, making two holes causing the tire to deflate.Upon further checking, they realized that the holes are very close to the tires shoulder, so its not repairable, and we need to get a new tire for $345.The manager flatly rejected any responsibilities and said they couldnt help us with anything. So we spent over $100 in their shop, and we got our car back with a flat tire, no one cared, no empathy, and zero accountability.An accident like this happens all the time, and this incident might have occurred in their carwash or outside, but the way he treated us made us switch carwash/gas station. We lost something like $450 on that day, but they lost a regular customer and a reputation.
