This pharmacy is always an absolute disaster when it comes to dealing with employees. I have never, and I mean NEVER, been subjected to employees who care so little about quality customer service. I actively avoid this pharmacy like the plague but sometimes I have no other choice but to use this pharmacy. Every single time I come here I am treated with absolute disdain by the staff for simply wanting to pick up a single prescription. Absolutely unreal

The people who work here are sad. They have serious attitude problems and really need a reality check. Management included. There is a reason they have such poor reviews consistently pointing this out. If you dont want to work at CVS then get a job somewhere else.

Not the great of CVS stores but I like it. I havent had any rude staff or anything ever. The only thing that is a pain is they are always short on cashiers. The photo section is good and they do work promptly.

Asked for delivery 4 days ago because I had covid symptoms and spoke to MALE pharmacist! He said i will get it by monday today is wednesday and I’m calling to see why I didn’t get my delivery only to be told by CARLOS (tech) that I’m nagging too much and it will be delivered in 2-3 days!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAFF AND PHARMACIST

I just don’t understand why they have kept this technician: JOSE! He’s rude and he lies!A couple of times he told me it’s not time to get your refill without checking and the next day or two, I received a text message that it’s time to refill that medicine!Once he had to over write my husband’s medication who was just released from the hospital and he told me that he’s out of refills but we went to a different location and the technician refilled his medicine and told us that he has 3 more refills!I was gonna give them 1 star but I remembered the rest of staff are pretty helpful & hardworking...

I was seen by a nurse practitioner at their minute clinic located in CVS and they billed my insurance that I was seen by a specialist! Its just their way of ripping off your pocket for an urgent doctor visit! Please don’t visit this office unless you want to pay an extra copay and deal with their unhelpful and disrespectful representatives!

Pharmacy was unhelpful and rude. I called a few days before I went into the store to get my prescription moved to this location and the guy on the phone was nice and said it would be available that night. I waited a few days before going in since I wasnt in a rush to get the prescription. But once I got there, the lady at the counter was super rude claiming I never called and that they dont have my order. I have their number in my recent calls proving I talked to someone for multiple minutes at their store. I just wish the guy on the phone said we cant fill this or you are too early to get this prescription instead of lying to me that I could get it there that night, and I wish the lady working the counter could have been less rude to me since it was not my fault for their miscommunication, so I didnt have waste my time.

Ana is always super friendly and helpful. Its refreshing to see someone who seems genuinely happy being at work!

People are rude and completely messed up my moms preacription. We waited for over 30 min. Even when there was nobody waiting and for a wrong prescription. It took even longer to get the correct one. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Do not come here, they are not worth your time and sanity.

I wish I could give them zero stars....and this is just for the pharmacy. Worst customer service. The glorified data entry rep behind the counter is a rude arrogant POS that seems to forget the meaning of customer service and assumes that we should know how the industry works. Not only did he call me a liar but when I asked if he could provide me the number to call regarding my prescription all he could do was tell me all the reasons why he COULDNT do it.Update to my post....I went to CVS in Lake Forest and surprise surprise....THEY WERE ABLE TO CONFIRM MY PRESCRIPTION WITHOUT THE ID CARD and I was out of there in 15mins.

I like its open 24 hours. Very convenient. Pharmacy is also open late on weekdays until 12:00am.

Whoever answered the pharmacy phone on 04/21/2019 at 10:02 a.m was rude as hell. I called to ask a medical question and the lady obviously wasnt listening to me and interrupted me very loudly to make me repeat myself while I had a pulsating migraine. She seems like she hates herself and her job which is scary since we are putting trust in these people when it comes to medical. Bet she wouldnt have been so rude if it was her own family memebers in pain.

Friendly atmosphere with expert staff. Always on-time.

Love this place, sometimes ill go in late night, and just troll the isles for all kinds of cool stuff.

This location is nice and clean. It takes like an hour or longer to refill your prescription which I guess is the norm compared to walgreens. Staff is friendly. Prices are higher than average.

On 2 different occasions the pharmacy has provided bad service. 1 time even though we called the order and we had to wait an hour. The next time they said they had the prescription but then ended up saying that I didnt have after we drove all the way up there out of our way.

My experience.....This Pharmacy has been filling my wifes medication for MONTHS AND MONTHS.I went in as usual to get my wifes prescription and was told that now her doctors office was to far away from the pharmacy, as a reason to not fill it. This after doing it for the past 6 months. I called CVS Corp. and got apologies but--NO HELP!.We are being hurt by this. I was told to find another CVS that will fill the prescription. I feel like washing my hand with CVS!

Nothing good to say about this Pharmacy. Appears too busy to handle customers properly. Have been using them for the past 5 years but today will be my last visit.

These people are rude and have messed up my prescription more than once. I feel like they will go out of their way to get more money from you without showing any regard or care for your health or well being. Never had an issue with another cvs. Awful place. Never going back.

Mitra is one of the pharmacist at this location .She is unprofessional and extremely rude lady. She has ignored my call as a customer. When I called back to find out she was still rude and hung up on me to me. She needs training by corporate office to become keen professional. Iven never ran into a rude person like Mitra at CVS pharmacy for over a decade.

They are lieing, thieving, racists, freaks. yes racist. they denied me my money back when their 50 dollar products didnt work at all and charged me 1 dollar per 29 cent digital photos. when i demanded some action against this nonsence, i was told my kind (i am a dark skinned italian female who looks like a male due to hormone trouble) is not welcome here. they called the cops on me and the cops took my side and said i did nothing wrong and should just never shop their ever again. the worst was that they say they have money back garuntee but they make up excuses when you try to return shady products that dont even deserve to be on a shelf in china much less america.
