I had a flu shot vaccination appointment this afternoon. I arrived on time only to have to wait in line due to others who were having issues with their appointments. I finally got to check in and my temperature was taken and I was asked screening questions (even though I had already completed them online). She asked if I had insurance and I informed her yes, I had already uploaded my insurance card to website when I made my appointment. She couldn’t pull it up so I had to show it again. She then informed me that they do not accept Anthem for flu shots. I told her that the Anthem website lists their location as one of their providers for flu shots. She asked the manager and again said no. I pulled up the website to show them the pharmacy was listed. She basically just shrugged and said she didn’t know why. Total waste of my time. Luckily there’s a CVS right down the street that took me and my Anthem insurance immediately with no appointment necessary. Thanks for nothing Walgreens.

A big store not crowded

I chose Walgreens because of service, but customer service started declining for past couple of years, it’s at worst right now!

I do not know what is going on. this pharmacy is gone to hell. Staff is rude and apathetic. They can’t fill simple prescriptions for weeks.

Never really been a fan of any pharmacist gotta give kudos to this one. The pharmacists here actually respect your time and privacy. I waited less then 5 minutes for a prescription which was awesome. The pharmacist there was super nice and to educate me on taking a new medication. I actually walk out of this place with a smile.

I found what I needed pretty quickly but it took me a while to find an employee so I could check out, no one was at the front desk cash register.

The pharmacists here are the most rudest people Ive ever met! Any time I come here to get my prescription filled, they make me feel like a criminal or that Im doing something wrong.. Avoid this place if possible.

The pharmacist turned down my prescription because she was uncomfortable giving me the quality the doctor had prescribed and it was evening so she couldnt call the doctor. I went to another walgreens and they filled it for me. I needed my meds for work the next morning. She wasnt very sympathetic otherwise shed have realized a patient without thier medication is far more uncomfortable than her.

Rude, ignores customers at the counter or on the phone in favor of drive through. No WiFi. Ineffective manager is terse and rude to subordinates and customers. Debbie, and the other staff are kind and helpful. This manager Jeffs behavior has lost my Walgreens business in Aliso Viejo permanently.

I have been shopping at Walgreens for a long time, almost 8 years. The customer service, the cleanliness, the cheerful attitude of its employees always make me come back.You dont believe what I got from Walgreens,I feel so terrible on Saturday I went inside a Walgreens in Aliso Viejo ,ca ,I had an encounter with a manager that was very rude.Ana is her name , she was really rude to me and was angry that i bought orange tags before her ,Im so disappointment from walgreens ,My family loves to buy a lot of items from walgreens.

The way the manager and the staff treated us made me not to return not only to this store but also to any other walgreens.The staff were really rude and they were layers .The refused to help us find what we needed and also refused to give us a cash back upon our rewards points even though we purchased near 400 dollars in their store plus our previous purchases.We will switch to CVS because of really poor customer service in Walgreens at Alisio Creek.

Im 71 years old and have been going to Walgreens for a very long time, I never had encountered any rudeness from any pharmacist until my visit to this store. The short female asian pharmasict who probably just graduated pharmacy school, spoke down to me in a publicly embarrising manner. This is the last time walgreens will ever have my business. WHY WASTE ANY MORE TIME TYPING.

Walgreens sucks. Going back to CVS all the time. Walgreens pharmacy hours are absolutely ridiculous. Changes here and there it’s all BS

The pharmacy has twice filled prescriptions I really needed in under fifteen minutes.

Left message prescription was ready...get there...only have 12 of 70...what a joke...No customer service skills...
