He actually handed us our blizzards upside down

Nice enough place, but small and not the most modern. It could use a solid update inside. Went here for ice cream with a friend twice, so the food and ice cream is great.Overall it was clean, the staff, mostly teenagers were nice and helpful. If you are in the are, I would really recommend the ice-cream, as the do a GREAT JOB with it.I recommend them as a C+-/B-.

Very small place but it’s like that at most DQs . Went there today during this COVID-19 and it was very busy. There was a customer in who ordered $35 worth of items and the line was all the way to the door and only one team member working. She was very shocked that everyone waited while she prepared the large order. I loved her work ethics. She was calm and concise. She was not flustering trying to complete the large orders. She was polite and smiled and made small talks with every customer.

Im a softy for soft serve and this store is clean with friendly service. They sponsor local school fundraisers too

Dont know what ppl r talking about..this Dairy Queen is amazing!! Stays open till late. Always clean , super attentive staff that greet us as soon as we walk in. Any item is done SUPER fast and tasty , the actual food is the only thing you wait a few minutes for but Im fine with that..I want my food done right.Thanks Dairy Queen!!

Staff close the store whenever they want, regardless of the hours stated in the window or the hours online (and those often dont match). Staff never answer the phone so you cant confirm hours.Have gotten there 10 minutes before the window says the store was closing only to find the door locked and the staff waving us and other wannabe customers away. Several times, weve arrived an hour before the website said the store would close only to find the store... Closed. This is not a recent phenomenon: our family has experienced this half a dozen times over the past few summers.Unless youre planning to go several hours before its supposed to close, dont risk the trip. Our family loves DQ and this location - 30 mins away - is the nearest. Given how unpredictable and rude this location has been over the past several years, we now prefer heading into DC for a summer ice cream. Longer drive but at least we know those businesses will be open.

The food was so disappointing ! The website gives you many things to choose from when it comes to the menu and once I arrived they barely served anything. The food quality was terrible. The only positive thing about this Dairy Queen is their ice cream other than that I highly recommend you dont purchase food here. Such a disappointment truly. 😑

Nice service but half a** work. I thought I was getting one thing in which I ordered the summer berry cupfection but instead got this. I didn’t feel like going back an forth because I felt a little rushed. So in all I left unsatisfied.

Burnt microvaved chilli cheese dog twice and desserts incomplete! What happens is, the place gets full of customers, the employees panic and the quality of the food rapidly declines. Everything gets made in a rush and it shows. 5 people walked out of this place while I was sitting there. This place is understaffed and not properly trained period.

It says on the menu they offer fries and onion rings. I just stopped by and they do not. They only have a flat grill. So they have hamburgers and grilled chicken, and icecream.

My girlfriend and I love Dairy Queen, but its a bit of a drive from where we live. So we only treat ourselves to it every once in a while, after a particularly long day or to pick up an ice cream cake for our birthdays. This evening we got a blizzard and a banana split, and after taking one bite of my blizzard I just about threw up. I guess the milk used was sour, because my girlfriends banana split was equally gross. Because of this and the subpar customer service, I recommend you just skip this DQ.

Customer service is always good and I love their ice cream. The strawberry sundae is awesome. I try to get one twice a week.

Save yourself the trouble, they dont participate in Mobile deals here. Go to the one in Kingstowne. Also, this spot gets a little sketchy in the evenings.

We showed up at 9:30pm on Saturday and we saw they closed at 10pm. My husband gets out the car and asks if theyre closing now (because we saw a guy was hanging by the door). The guy shuts the lights off and says were closing early because its a slow night. My husband tells him he wants to get some ice cream but the guy turns us away. Were paying customers and he didnt want our money (which would take all of what, 3 minutes, and an extra $20 wouldve been made). Priorities...this guy is apparently in the game of losing his boss money.

You never have any reason to go to a place as awful as this. No one was at the counter when we arrived. When he finally did show up he was charging extra for a blizzard that every other DQ serves as a regular blizzard. He didnt articulate his words when speaking. He only filled the blizzard 3/4 full and when I said something he laughed, put more ice cream in it and said here, now you get extra without adding more toppings or mixing the additional ice cream. There is another DQ down the street that is ten times better.

No fried food all they have is hotdogs and chicken sandwiches for actual food. All the ice cream in the world though.

Excellent customer service in a clean and well-managed DQ. They even turn the Blizzard upside down with pride every time, just like they are supposed to. No, DQ is not haute cuisine, but that doesnt mean it isnt a great place to go for a tasty treat.

The main requirement I have for Dairy Queen locations is that they carry Cherry Dilly Bars. This place does. For this reason, I rejoice.

Terrible customer service! Worker told us to leave 40 minutes before the store was supposed to close just so he could get home early. Another customer came in after we left and the worker said the same to him as well!
