My favorite happy hour location between 2:00-5:00pm each day is the route44 peach & strawberry mixed slushes. I look forward to being greeted by the friendly employees that work there. I love this location.

Best Sonic weve been to! Drove 30 minutes because its the closest one to us and we were craving coneys and tots...Totally worth the drive. We will return. Ps The staff was really friendly and they had lots of parking. Highly Recommend.

I love Sonic. Ive tried just about everything they serve and I have no complaints. Some Sonics have better customer service than others and I probably hit just about every Sonic between Texas and Washington.

The speaker on stall #2 went out but someone quickly came up to finish taking our order. Got everything going pretty fast. Helped us upgrade our kids meal. (We promised ice cream)Decent wait time on food especially considering we showed up and the rush followed us.Overall great. But hey Corporate, Send someone to replace that speaker maybe?

Was kinda sad that due to shortages they didnt have their real lemonade available. But I thoroughly enjoyed my chili cheese fries. I docked one star due to the previous visit I got a Chicago dog which they heavily poured cumin all over the hot dog and the hot dog looked dry and old, granted it was right before they closed but I had to throw away the hot dog after one bite. But I love sonic since I lived in Reno and had it almost all the time for late night drinks and shakes. So I will still come and I will try to have the Chicago dog again and hopefully itll be a better flavor.

The food and drinks are good. The kids love the variety of the drinks. If looking for decent snacks, then they have some for most taste buds.

We literally visit this place 5 times a week for the last several months, their 1/2 price drinks (only through the app) are the only reason we visit so often. Service is so-so, and customer service is seriously lacking. To be fair, I have never seen anyone over the age of 19-20 during all our interactions, while that is not typically a bad thing, it seems to be a bad thing here. The quality of food is poor and having a conversation to get things resolved when there is an issue is painful. I think this place has serious potential, but management needs to step in and work on a more efficient flow for service and do a serious training on customer service and professionalism. I know it seems I have high expectations for a sonic, but these kids will go on to other positions in the future and it’s the responsibility of management to mentor and help them succeed, I don’t feel that is happening at this location.

The sonic vibe never misses! Stoping at one of the park and order windows is a fun experience! Had a delicious burger and a bomb shake!!

Hate to criticize, however, our burgers were received in the parking lot cold and burnt. The French fries were cold. The onion rings were warm and good. It was the first time in the many years of going to this Sonic that I was disappointed.

Perhaps sonic should hire people who arent speed junkies that shout in to the microphone while talking 50 miles per hour so you have to repeat yourself SEVERAL times because they couldnt hear your replies over their incessant rambling. Food was Sonic quality just speedy became annoying rather quickly.

So the Blast machine was broken for about 6 weeks and I got so excited to find it was fixed….until I took a bite. The ice cream was crumbly and lumpy, like instant cream of wheat. It was also waxy and had ZERO flavor. Super disappointed - it was a birthday treat to myself.

Im very disappointed. This is my first time ordering anything food online. Its very sad it had to be a sonics. I did their order online and the app took my credit card and I asked that my food be ready at 10:30 I have to travel 10miles to the nearest Sonics. I arrived at 10:20 I asked for my order at 10:30am. They told me that they didnt have the order. So I had to pull over and wait for over 15-20mins. Till they came out with my order. After I checked it and had to give the young lady my card AGAIN, I told her also that the 2 drinks were missing. I have never ordered food from there before. So unknowing their packaging I saw that there was 6 pkgs in the bag.thinking that it was 2reg grilled cheese,2double grilled cheese and 2 breakfast sandwiches w/sausage and eggs After finally getting the drinks and driving 10 miles home again...turns out there was no breakfast sandwiches and all I got was 4 reg. Grilled cheese sandwiches. And 2 double grilled cheese sandwiches. Which if you ask me they all taste just like a regular cheeseburger as the bread was not toasted and the cheese was not melted. So I am very disappointedin this business. Both with the service and the food order. So I will not be going to nor ever recommending this business ever to anyone. Plus this was a bad and the only experience with online ordering. Which I will never do again. Its really too bad because the flavor of the food is good.

Sonic used to be great but the past several times I’ve gone there the food is just horrible! Today I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender. What I got was 3 pieces of chicken the size of chicken nuggets and they were hard and clearly old. The cheese burgers were nasty too. I’m so upset with spending $35 on food that’s inedible. Do better!

Before last month I had only been to a Sonic like twice in my life. Well after moving closer to one, Ive been going multiple times per week. The food is great and for a good value.Today I tried going again but ended up having a bad experience. I pulled into a drive-in stall (stall 1 or 2, cant remember), pressed the button to order and waited 20 minutes. It wasnt too busy but figured they would get to me when they could. Eventually, the screen stopped saying they would be with me shortly. I left the stall and went to the drive-thru.Through the speaker box, I asked what happened and they told me that stall was damaged. I asked them why they didnt put a cone there and they said they tried. Then he asked me, Are you ready to order now? in an annoyed voice. For a moment, I was about to order but then I got mad that HE was annoyed when I was the one who had sat there for 20 minutes when it wasnt that busy. I told him I was going somewhere else and left.The manager needs to figure out a solution for that broken stall to prevent people from trying to use it. There wasnt anything to indicate that the stall was out-of-order. The screen was turned on, there wasnt a sign and there wasnt anything blocking the stall. I wont be going back for awhile becuz the situation made me mad. Im voting with my wallet, so to speak.

Usually I’m down for Sonic, but this experience has given me nightmares. We ordered our food, and everything we wanted they were out of. No biggie, we ordered something different. My boyfriend ordered his food and when received it had an onion ring in it, that tasted sweet?? and mediocre even if it was a toss in. I opened my hamburger to have the wrong burger, with pickles, that doesn’t even call for pickles on their menu. They made me a new one but without onions. 🤦🏼‍♀️it was all pretty mediocre and sloppy— I’m never going back to this location again, and I hope what I went through was a fluke. But I felt like I wasn’t taken care of. I won’t be coming back here, I’m sorry.

Food has always been good and when there was too much noise to be heard someone came out to make sure our order was correct. Good drinks and good food.

I should of known better but took the risk. My best friend and husband had to rush me home this last Sunday because my shake somehow managed to get BUTTERFINGER pieces in my oreo cheesecake shake.Im allergic to peanuts. This is my last time coming here. It was home or the ER.

Came to Sonic to get a double cheeseburger, was not hot, at best it was warm. The hamburger patties looked old like its been sitting for quite a while. Went through the drive-thru, must have been 8 cars waiting, I was the third one in line, it literally took 5 minutes for them to move for the next car.

I hadnt tried Sonic in a long time as my last experience was that the food was mediocre. I decided to give them another shot as this was a different location and its been long enough that things might have improved. I can for sure say nothing has changed. If you want a good burger go almost anywhere else. My burger patties were dry and overcooked. If youve never been to a Sonic before I recommend that you do NOT go through the drive through as their menu is difficult to read to try and understand what all the items and choices are. The only positive thing I can say is that the burger circumference was much bigger than I expected. But if I want a dry and overcooked burger Ill just make it at home and save some money.

LAWD have mercy does this drive thru speaker need to be replaced. I had to say my order, size of order and their drinks, more than 3 times for the person to hear what I said. I turned the a/c off, turned the car off AND she still couldnt hear me. The food was delicious, freshly made and the drinks were perfect!

If I could, I would give this place a 3.5 but Google will only let me give a 3 or a 4. The menu is fun. 1/3 of their stuff tastes mediocre, while the rest actually tastes pretty good.

I go to a drive in stall and come up with an order. I push the button. all of our drive in spots are closed please go through the drive thruOK sounds good. I order a hot dog along with the rest of my order. Cashier says OK. I attempt to order a banana pudding shake, which per company verbiage should be available until midnight tonight-they say they arent making those anymore. Whatever, sprite it is.I get the food. Turns out I paid $3 for tater tots instead of a hotdog. Cool. No hotdog, no shake, almost the entire reason I went here instead of somewhere else.Not going back unless the company makes this right

Growing up in Texas. Sonic has always been a great place to hangout and enjoy yourself. I find that same feeling here in Puyallup when I stop by Sonic.

They work super hard here, the lines are often ridiculous through the drive through but worth the wait. I love me that blue raspberry slushie thing, and their mozzarella cheese sticks.

Usually 5 stars for Sonic, but not this visit. Their delivery was a day late but they literally had no chicken and no potatoes. Really?

My burger was dry and old. I didnt finish it. Wasnt fresh will not be going back. If you go ask for fresh cooked meat.

Great place to grab food whenever I go to the wasted space car meets, I have yet to have a problem with the food. Ocationaly there might be little thing missing like utensils or sauce but I dont blame the workers since that usually only happens during a big rush.

When I was in Tulsa, Oklahoma that Sonic was very good. Yesterday here hamburger was not good or fries. Yuk! The cherry-limeWas good and the ice cream.

They messed up on my order twice. Charged me for extra stuff I didnt get. Was not happy with this particular sonic.

As a person who does not enjoy tomatoes or pickles I was very surprised how much i enjoyed them in my burger from here. The veggies were crisp and crunchy and perfect. Even with the lightening quick service quality was not an issue. 10/10. Would come again.

My carhop Andrea was very nice and brought me my 12” signature Coney Island signature sonic chili cheese dawg with onions the sonic signature one very fast and was out the door in Under 4 , I could also add that the 12” signature Coney Island didn’t taste really signature but still very good just like my sprite . Would recommend trying sonic !!

I ordered from Grubhub and when my order came I was given a chicken sandwich without the CHICKEN!! There is absolutely I excuse for this level of incompetence. Seriously!? Like you couldn’t tell you were wrapping a bun with only LETTUCE AND TOMATO?! I’m so disappointed and it’s too late to fix tonight. I guess I will go without dinner. At least they didn’t mess up my kids food... smh

I love Sonic, but time around was a fail! First they were slammed busy, and had someone at the window training! Huge mistake! Secondly, I ordered burger with no cheese on Texas Toast. Burger was loaded with cheese and not on Texas Toast. Last, forgot an order of fries that are on my receipt.

Used to be good but has declined badly. Service is horrible and now their ice cream machine is broken all the time.

The best Red bull slushies and more, fairly priced and friendly, it is also the fastest service one I have ever been to. I have been to two other ones one in Spokane WA and one in pst falls Id.

Although they manage everytime to squeeze more dollars from me, for less food, I wouldnt have it anyother way. Its the retrostyle, the car pull-in stalls, the atmosphere.

Just had regular burger nothing fancy, Didnt have fries, although it seemed the right thing to do..the old sodium issue...Actually, I had a boring meal according to some. Hah! BUT it was scrumptious, prepared it just perfect, boring or not. I had usual drink with lots of ice, I love ice. My friends tell me a person who graves ice lacks IRON, how funny is that? I thought a person who graved ice, is lacking in the romantic dept out of frustration. It depends on ones view...Hmmm🤷‍♀️

If you want to dine-in and the drive thru is wrapped around the building, you will have a difficult time leaving the establishment. You have to Jimmy your way out and hope for the kindness of someone waiting in line to let you out.

I like how customisable the soft drinks and ice cream drinks are and my Father loves the coney island dogs (He orders one sometimes two Everytime we come though) what more could I ask for from a restaurant than easy family pleasing?

I love the drive in concept because it’s reminiscent of the fifties era which I love. Despite my fondness for the nostalgic I have yet to receive fries from this location that are either hot or crispy. The buns are also more chewy and less soft and moist which alludes to microwave reheating.

It was fine. The girl taking my order kept asking if that was it after ever thing I ordered, like I told her 3 times I would let her know when I was done, it was annoying but she was nice. Lol nothing really special about it here.

Not happy with todays visit, havent been by in awhile and finally went today for some shakes and blasts. There were no blasts available due to machine not working they said so we just got shakes and of course they were watered down, looked like they been sitting awhile, then we got no cup holder, no napkins, etc. Really not happy with todays experience.
