Place is always clean and staff was always helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Always well stocked. Can have an order online and shipped to store for free, which is nice. Good for bodybuilding supplements, energy drinks and proteins. They do have pretty good deals. Prices are reasonable and comparable most of the time but SOME VITAMINS ARE OVERPRICED. Members can earn a point for every dollar you spend at The Vitamin Shoppe.

I wish I could depend on everyone having the same knowledge when I go in, but there are a few people who REALLY know their stuff Here!

Yesterday on (8-17) I went into the store to exchange my ON protein (that was still sealed) I purchased for another flavor. Marvin was the gentleman who was working and refused to exchange my protein due to me not having a receipt. However, theres a store policy printed out which I was reading literally from the back of the computer he was in front states Customers may receive store credit if you dont have a receipt. I want to clearly state I simply wanted to do an exchange for the lowest price and pay the difference (for not having my receipt). Marvin said that its his discretion on whether or not he accepts an exchange and also stated that other managers may be likely to do it but Im not because Im accountable for it and theres been a lot going on recently. No where on the return policy does it say discretion, and again the items were sealed and not opened. During this exchange he stated that this was a corporate policy and not a store.

I had placed an order while in that area via online for store pick up however I had to leave with no time to pick up the order. I called today to cancel the order, the man who answered was very friendly and professional he said no problem I will cancel it, have a nice day. Per customer care and my email he did cancel the order. I had to call customer care about something else not relevant to this person or store but I did give them kudos to customer care. Thank you for a painless transaction.

Went to go pick up my order and happened to grab a protein bar at check out. Turns out it expired MONTHS ago and now when Im calling to let the manager/supervisor know, the line is busy. Makes me really question the quality control at this store.

I had bad customer service with Marvin how is working 11/20/2019 at 5:57 pm. I will never go back to the vitamins shop, guys GNC store it’s completely better and they are doing a good job.Vitamin Shoppe make sure you have good people working with otherwise you’re gonna lose the custome.

Wonderful customer service at this location. Staff is very considerate and also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location. Vitamin Shoppe is more cost efficient compared to GNC any day of the week, no matter the promotion.
