Jennys scheduled me an appointment for 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Although I was the 1st person to walk in the door behind the woman who opened up, I was told that I would have to wait until after a couple that walked in after me who had a 6:45 appointment yet the place does not open until 7. The woman open up Jenny showed up at exactly 2 minutes before 7. Not the same Jennys I experienced before. I left. I will either find a more professional place or go to a different company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am so disappointed in Jenny Craig. First, they fire our first consultant, Miss Pam, and now they have fired our most recent consultant, Gloria. Corporate wants to say they quit but I know for a fact that they were fired. God knows how many other wonderful consultants they have let go. I honestly havent been going to my Jenny meetings for the food. Its been mainly to talk to my consultant. The food is way too expensive. You can get the same thing with Lean Cuisine for a third of the cost. I go to talk to my consultant and now Gloria wont be there anymore. I am not sure I will be going back anymore. Its just not the same anymore.

Typically run late on appointments by as much as 20 mins.... Seem to be understaffed, usually only one person consulting and taking phone calls.
