Cub Foods is our go to grocery store for best pricing. The meat market is great, plus reasonably priced and there are always items on special sale pricing. Be sure to upload the Cub Foods app to your smart phone to catch all the special pricing throughout the store plus get gasoline discounts at Holiday station stores. The staff are super pleasant and helpful. Small town service with big city product selection.

Really good deals! Friendly staff members. The only suggestion that I would say is to have more people watching the scan and go area! I have shopped here many times and have seen people (including myself) wait for help with the help button pushed for at least 5 minutes

The building is clean. I can find most things on my shopping list. The prices are generally fair but sometimes are overpriced. The only thing to note is that the customer service is ok. Ive had multiple visits where it took forever to be greeted at the delicatessen counter or just less than friendly encounters at customer service.

Good selection and value with coupons and promotions, otherwise name brand is cheaper at Walmart and even target on certain items, but cub also carries a lot of brands that no where else does as wellThe deli is well stocked with fresh hot food and delicious side dishes, never an issue with freshness or anything really. Only issue is the store seems a little dated and the parking lot could use some work. Also, seriously get rid of the blinding arrow of doom on your sign outside and use the money you save on electricity to spiffy up the joint 😑

If youre wanting to get a cake done with a character, you cant because of copyright. So that being a thing made getting a cake for my birthday extremely disappointing. I probably wont ever get a cake from here again. And they have good cake.

This is a nice grocery store with lots of merchandise! The staff in the meat department is very nice and helpful! The lady that works there from California is very nice too! Not all the staff is as helpful!

Dont try grocery pick up ! Have tried to pick up groceries 2 times and they just cant do it . Waste of time and money

This place is HORRIBLE. Two isles open. I stood waiting for nearly over a half hour to check out. Shelves a VERY bare. I have tried this place 3 times in the last 2 months. NEVER again. VERY long lines. My ay off consisted of standing FOREVER in line. Not cool.Cant this store afford to hire more employees? Tight now, I think it should close its doors and relieve customers of great frustration.NO 5 stars! NO STARS. TRUST ME!

Clean, well stocked grocery store. The fresh food departments are very good. Not enough cashiers when I visited at 10 am on a Tuesday. There were only two & both had lines of 4 or 5 customers waiting.

Cub is consistent in there pricing they have good sales and steaks are some of the lowest in the area

Im sorry, buy I hated this place. Its more to do with me and habits than with the store. I found it to be very expensive. It was difficult to find items from my list, however if I knew the store, it wouldve been easier. I will go there again for one reason, and one reason only...TAFFY. the bulk taffy they carry is so flipping food and its only $2.99 lb. Yay!

Good selection, especially like the sales and bargain bins. Otherwise regular prices in store are higher than I usually like to pay.

Was in the store on July 3rd before holiday. Purchased Califia xx espresso cold brew coffee and didnt check the date. The next morning as I poured into a glass-- it looked strange. Looked at the date and it expired 2/25/17. I had to look twice to confirm it expired in February 2017 and it was still on the shelves in July.

Im so thankful for Cub Foods here in Alexandria MN ~ they have the nicest employees ~ the most helpful employees for me ~ for almost 8 months I was the slowest shopper there due to several back issues and needing a cane ~ they always respected my bag weight limits ~ they always helped me to my car and unloaded the groceries into my trunk ~ I dont think they will ever know how thankful and grateful I am to each and everyone at Cub Foods

Great store, but had egg shells in the Old Fashioned Potato Salad I bought on 3-6-19.

Honestly whoever is running this place, is doing a really great job! Aside from the parking lot this place is my go to.

Very poor customer service from a worker named paige it ruined our trip to cub we may not be back.

Its a large grocery store for the area. Good seafood selection.

Albert in the meat department was very helpful in getting what I needed. The cashier was also very nice. I will continue to shop there often.

I love their discounts but I hate that the gas coupons are only good for a month, and the points dont carry over to the next month :(.

Everytime I am in this store I end up going to customer service to get refunded because something rings in at the wrong price. Everytime I say never again. I know why I shop Eldens!!! I feel bad for the customer service ladies to have to deal with this.

This grocery store in alexandria mn is just ok. They have to compete against eldens, walmart, and a smaller target. The layout is horizontal, Im used to the vertical design which i thinks is a better layout. They have a very small organic section, and the bakery isnt much better. The workers are very friendly which is the only good thing they got going. They have very poor lighting for the parking lot.

It Has everything. The bakery is very nice n well done same as the deli .. Fast chk out at that ....

Not a friendly place. Person in meat department just stared angrily and didnt say anything when i gave him my order. Maybe just caught employees on a bad day. Plus, you have to bag and carry out your own groceries. Really makes me miss and love my Hy Vee in Windom
