Great customer service could not have asked for more. Took my Samsung 7 edge in for front and back screen repair came out like new and works great. I hate to leave bad reviews, but when I got my phone screen fixed the first time it was alright. I even bought a case from them that they said was the best that they had for protection. Well about 2 weeks later the case was falling apart. I took it off. About a week after that the phone screen protector broke. It broke because I had my phone sitting in on the couch and it fell onto a wood floor. From about 2 feet off the ground. Then the phone screen broke from falling my my table beside my bed. Well I figured everything broke because it was my fault. So I got my phone fixed again. Well this time I didn’t get a screen protector or a new case. And my phone got broke at work because I was working and it fell out my pocket onto a concrete slab. Well I thought that maybe it shouldn’t have broke that easy I mean they say they have high quality stuff. But I still went back and got them to repair my phone. I got it fixed again. But I could tell their products was getting worst and worst because this most recent time I got it fix the screen wasn’t even fitting on my phone. By that I mean it’s not pushed all the way down onto my phone. On every. Corner I can push it down and there is a small gap in them. At first I just kinda pushed one of the corners down slightly and my screen cracked. Well I knew that if they used good products it should have broke. It was a cheap screen. So the next day I brung my phone back and the guy said they couldn’t help me Bc I broke my screen I have to buy a new one. I mean it’s understandable but they should have done the job right the first time. And then later that day I was sitting down watching tv and pulled my phone out my pocket and half the screen is black. I mean I understand that I been bad on phone screens, but this last one is just a terrible product. From over a year of using this company I can tell that they are caring less and less about consumers getting high quality product to now just trying to make money off people in need. Again I don’t like to post bad comments but people need to see this.

I’m from Dallas and I stopped into Gadget gator before closing time on Sunday because my iPhone wasn’t charging. I thought that my port needed to be replaced. Magsi examined my phone and determined that my phone port was on cloggedwith dirt and lint. He cleaned my phone free of charge! Thanks Magsi for being honest and trustworthy.

The guy is great I walked in with my motorola that verizon could not unlock 10 minutes this gentleman gets it done.

Very knowledgeable staff and best service in town. They fixed my Samsung S20 and my daughters LG Stylo 6 both phones same day within couple of hours and prices were great too. I called around other repair shops in town first but no one had the parts in stock for my phones and some of them said they werent experienced to work on anything but iPhones. I will not look anywhere else from now on for any of my device repair. Thank you so much guys!
