Once I got over the negative aspect of needing body repair performed on my car, Dan Caplet, Carol Hwang, Rose of Caliber Collision went above and beyond to do everything possible to make this a positive experience. Of course they were courteous and on time, but in addition thoroughly knowledge both of the needs to repair the car and the interface with my insurance company and rental car, everything necessary to miminize any inconvenience. Furthermore, they looked for all possible options to gain the best leverage of the cost of the repair identifying repairs that can be done in conjunction with the claim which improves the overall condition of the car for minimal cost. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely use them again in the future. They were super patient with us even after we had to reschedule numerous times, and they even threw in a wash and detail!

First and foremost this incident was a huge wrench in our preparation for the baby. We hit a pot hole on the interstate land our steering wheel jolted anytime we went over 40mph. Terrifying really, and I was 7 months pregnant so freaking out about how to pay and everything. Well Darby really went out of her way to make sure we were informed, and she kept in contact more than the insurance company! She was kind, she understood when we got frustrated and remained friendly and helpful. They went far beyond what they had to do and it all started with Darby. Her manage also had them clean our car due to it taking longer than we all predicted to fix. Just amazing to be treated like a human after this last year. We will definitely continue using them and look forward to seeing Darby!!

The staff at Caliber is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Carol Hwang went above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle looks great and they tolerated my craziness bugging. Thank you all for the great job l!

These shops are a joke! Only there so insurance companies can use them to do cut rate repairs on your vehicle. I would not take my vehicle here avoid at all costs! Wayne the shop manager is old washed up alcoholic with a bad attitude. Had to take my car back 3 times to have adjustments made from the cut rate shoddy repairs they performed!

I have had many dealing with Autobody repair shops over the years with four kids driving and Caliber Collision on NorthPark Alcoa Tn. Is by far the best shop I have ever used . The Manager Travis and his staff help me with the entire process . I have two cars to be repaired and pick up the first one and it looks great . I will be dropping off the second one in two weeks and I am quite sure it will turn out the same. When you walk in to there lobby ,you can tell everyone is so friendly and loves working there . They have a customer for life now .I will tell all my family and friends to go see Travis and Pete at Caliber and you will not be disappointed. Great Service and Great Repairs . I could not be happier with ABRA! From the moment I walked in the door to the time I picked my car up was an exceptionally pleasant experience. I was consistently updated and always spoken to kindly. My car looks new and well taken care of. I highly recommend them and their outstanding service!

Driving from Nashville back to Knoxville my drivers side wheel just breaks off and down the ditch we go in Crossville. ABRA Alcoa highway kept us informed. They contacted me when they had the truck towed in to their facility. They kept in contact with me over the time my vehicle was there. My car was there for only 6 days. I would highly recommend ABRA to anyone! Thank you Brandon for going the extra mile and the great customer service!

I can not say that I had the most pleasurable experience at this ABRA location. I was in a wreck in January and had to return to ABRA multiple times because the repairs were not fixing the car’s issues. On one occasion an employee brushed off the fact that I had to come back so many times by saying “well when you’re hit that hard…” ..keep in mind I, as well as the other vehicle involved, were both traveling no faster than 25 mph and the airbags were not deployed in either vehicle. Additionally, during the first issue I experienced post-repair at ABRA (an issue with the wheel bearing) I had to ask the receptionist over the phone if the vehicle was safe to drive on the highway to their location because it was evident that there was something very wrong with the vehicle when driven—the receptionist checked with the mechanics and confirmed that it was not safe to drive, and they later sent a tow truck. I would have preferred if they suggested towing it initially, rather than have me potentially risk injuring myself or further damaging my vehicle. I could go on, but needless to say, I would not recommend visiting this particular location.

Excellent job but missed a few minor errors. Had it in with a rental and fixed in 2 days. No extra cost..

I have had the worst experience with abra, from Callahan location to alcoa. The body work was good after 2 tries. On the way home from abra I was sitting with car in park, applied the park to shift in drive noticed clicking noise in gear shift. Next morning opened the hood, noticed coolant level very low. Called asked exactly what was replaced on vehicle since never was discussed until then. So I will take back just to let them hear noise but I will be taking it somewhere to get my vehicle straighten out. I told them when I took vehicle in to check noise when you turn heat on, noise still there. Not understanding why other issues are occurring.

They completed the work on time and to my satisfaction.
