My van had MASSIVE damage and required numerous calls, emails and video chats with the insurance company. My van was in their shop for 36 days (but who was counting?!) due to insurance delays and parts being unavailable from the manufacturer. Mike and Dave stayed in contact with me the ENTIRE time, even allowing me to stop by regularly and see the progress being made on the repairs as parts came in. They sent me photos as things progressed as well. They went above and beyond to make sure every single things was done right which required them to go back and forth with the insurance company many times when insurance tried to go for lesser quality or used parts. They also arranged my rental car and worked with Pro Rental Car on my rental coverage when the days allowed by my policy had all been used. I hope that I never need these kind of repairs again but I would definitely go to Downtown every time for their professionalism, transparency, kindness and efficiency. My van looks FANTASTIC, just like the day it came off the showroom floor. THANK YOU MIKE AND DAVE (and the paint guy I dont know the name of!!!)
