Just had the BEST experience with Garage Door Doctor! He was here right when he said he would be and finished the job super fast !My garage door was off of the tracks and stuck open. He got it working like new again and even fixed it to where I can now use the automatic button to open it instead of manually opening and closing it .This guy knows what hes doing and great pricing ! A++++ would definitely recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend Garage Door Doctor! Do NOT use Mr. Garcias old company, Garage Doors by Nestor, as that is now owned by his ex-wife, who was nasty to me over the phone and to several other people I have spoken with. Mr. Garcia came out to my house just hours after I called him, found the problem right away, and wasnt even going to charge me until I asked for a spare remote, which he sold me for a minimal price. He really knows his stuff!

Ok. Get this. Will only do work if its their equipment and their items. When he arrived I told him Id pay for his time to install my garage door opener. Once he knew I bought a new unit still in box he left and didnt return my texts or calls. What a jip. Got everything done in less than an hour with over the top. No questions asked. BTW, who drives top give an estimate but doesnt stay 45 minutes to get paid $130? Dumb if you ask me.

I called Nestor about doing my garage door, he was very informative, friendly and willing to come and take a look with in a day. i sent him some pictures to save him time. he was able to give me a quote and we got it schedule. His is very reasonable and most importantly honest. There are few good people out there now days but Nestor is one of them. He is not looking to take advantage of you and does great work. He was upfront with everything. and last but not least he was on time and does excellent work. i would use him again in a heart beat. !!

Mr. Garcia was extremely helpful and very professional. Took the time to explain to us what needed to be repaired and why. He went the extra mile and worked with our schedule, even moving around other appointments he already had on the weekend. Without question he came back out fixed the issues and because the issue was minor he didnt charge me. He also quoted me on addition needs so I can plan the over repair one day. The Garage Door Doctor was friendly and helpful when I called. We made an appointment and he arrived today when he said he would ~ and put a new seal on my old garage door. The door didnt have a retainer so he put one of those on, installed the seal, fixed little dents and bends in the door, lubricated it so it moves more easily and did all this quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. Besides, hes a very nice man to do business with.

Nestor is the real thing. Tons of knowledge. Fast, efficient, on time, and the price to replace my torsion spring was very reasonable. He took the time to show me where to lubricate my other garage door to increase its life. Im keeping his card for my rentals. Hes someone you can trust.

Outstanding service! The owner arrived on a Friday afternoon within one and one half hours of my call. He had the door fixed (broken spring) inside of 45 minutes of arriving. He has a couple of people working for him, and they take care of scheduled appointments, major repairs, etc. the owner takes the emergency calls on the road and handles them himself. A 5 star service!

I called to see if the owner (sorry I forget his name) would be able to come out and fix my garage door issues. He instead talked me through it over the phone. Whenever I have issues with my door or want to install a new system this is the first business I’m calling.

I made an appointment for a garage door spring replacement. The guy was very polite and detailed with pricing when I was making an appointment but they never showed at the appointed date and time. I called about 20 minutes past the appointment and only got voicemail. I then called an hour after the appointed time and the guy said that we were scheduled for service but somehow their guy never showed. They have no idea why.

These folks have all positive reviews for a reason. Doc is the owner who obviously knows what hes doing. Tom is the guy who promptly came out and did a fantastic job. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, done.

My garage door spring broke on a Wednesday and Garage Door Doctor came out on Thursday and got it back up and running in less than an hour. Very reasonable on price, friendly service I will definitely be keeping this company in mind for any future repairs.

First of all quoted over the phone that it definitely wouldnt be over $200. Ended up paying almost $400 because the way we described it over the phone wasnt right. Then he only fixed part of the problem but refused to work on our garage door opener because it wasnt good enough to meet his standards. So now I am still left with a garage door I have to open manually.

Had a great experience with Garage Door Doctor. We bought our house a little over a year ago and had problems with our garage door since day one. The torsion spring on our door was broke, and our home inspector called another garage door company to inspect the side extension springs and they declared that they were ok to use alone (without the torsion spring). It turns out that this was not the right system for our door and it was extremely unsafe. One day the garage door stopped working (with my car inside, so I was stuck at home!), so we called Garage Door Doctor and they came out, explained how unsafe the situation was, fixed the garage door (in a very quick and reliable manner) and they also educated us about the new system and how to properly use it. It wasnt expensive at all (in fact, when we were thinking about getting the torsion spring fixed when we were in the process of buying the house, we were quoted $300 which was much higher than what Garage Door Doctors charged us).Overall, the job was done properly, quickly, inexpensively and the technician was a pleasure to talk to. We would highly recommend using GDD again!!
