Over The Top Garage Doors & Repair Services just came to my house to fix my pin pad. They also noticed that I had four broken door hinges, that I hadnt noticed. They replaced the hinges as well. They did a great job, came when they said they would and were very professional and courteous. I highly them sor any garage door work!

Do not make it a habit of writing reviews, but this company DESERVES it. From the 1st contact to dropping off demo garage door panel to match with exterior house color, to several emails, to installation was all top-notch, professional, and laid-back in a positive way. Purchased a complete new garage door and opener. Installation was seamless, and when we realized the new door would hit my DIY built wooden shelves above the door - they removed the storage boxes, trimmed the shelves and put everything back. Cant speak to price specifically, but they seemed competitive. Look no further, do not hesitate - these guys deliver what they promise. Best looking garage door in the neighborhood.

First call a human answered the phone, he was polite and did his best to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule, they showed up on time and were very thorough and knowledgeable. They did a great job and fixed every issue I had concern with quickly and professionally. They did a great job and I would be happy to call on them again if I ever need to.

I got (or tried to get) 3 different company quotes.1 never showed up on his apt.The second company (overhead) first wanted to charge me for an apt, after me not agreeing to that he decided not to charge if I could send him pics over the phone. Which I did. He sent me the quote a day after he said he would. I had to call him back just to get it.The 3rd company I called was these guys- Over The Top.They had by far the best customer service! They showed up exactly when they said they would and even called ahead to let me know they were on there way.The price they gave me was about 20% less than the other guy and they even installed ahead of schedule.Great guys to deal with start to finish. These guys are on point. My garage door was off the tracks, and I was sure the opener was toast. They were able to fix my existing door problems, FAST! Without the need for an entire new door, or even a new motor. They replaced a $40/part, and they even had the part on hand! These guys to tell you what you actually need, rather than what they want to sell you. Which is really refreshing. I wish they did more than just garage doors, because a trustworthy repair team is hard to find. And I believe I found one in these two. And the price was more than reasonable. When I decide to get that new door. These are the guys for me. Great service guys, keep up the good work!

PROFESSIONAL, INTEGRITY, and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our garage door was on its last legs (originally installed in 1996) when we called Jeff and Corey from Over the Top Garage Doors and Repair. The gentlemen came out that same day and within minutes fixed the door so it could actually work until we could get a new/more efficient door installed. A few days later (even despite the rain), Jeff and Corey expertly installed the new garage doors, all hardware, fixtures, opener, and molding within a few hours (including discarding the previous doors and cleaning). They took the time to explain programming all remotes, operation, and maintenance of these new doors. We are telling our work colleagues, friends, and neighbors of the very professional and excellent experience from Jeff and Corey at Over the Top Garage Doors and Repair and would highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service. Called Jeff for the garage door on my rental home, the spring and door opener broke. I called Jeff to ask for an estimate and appointment. The price was great and I scheduled an appointment with him to get the repairs done. He was on time, He replaced the spring and Repaired the door opener. He saved me $250 by repairing the opener. HONEST, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can’t ask for more.

Jeff and Cory at Over the Top Garage Doors were amazing. I highly recommend this company. Their service and professionalism was literally over the top. We got a brand new door at a cost below the two other popular Garage Door companies, and the total experience from first call to shaking hands at the end of the job, was perfect.

It seems , at least to me, the days of fast courteous customer service has declined. I am happy to report that this company is an exception to that. Wife was leaving to work and opened the garage door only to hear a loud thump and our door was stuck in the open position. I called Jeff at 7:30 am and let him know my door was stuck open. He told me he would be here to at least get the door closed until he could fix it permanently. He was at my house by 8 am, discovered what was wrong with it and decided he and Cory could fix it in short order. They were done with the repair and service of the door by 8:30. They didt attempt to sell me anything or tell me I needed anything other than what was broken. The price was extremely reasonable and when he found out I was a Veteran he gave me a thank you card. First class all the way would trust them anytime, Thank you Jeff and Corey!

Jeff and Corey recently replaced our garage doors. They responded quickly to all correspondence and provided an onsite estimate. They were friendly, honest and trustworthy. These gentlemen are the best! I had my garage door installed by them last year and could not be happier. I had called a couple of places beforehand for an estimate and was quite disappointed. Jeff and Corey came out the same day I called them for an estimate and we agreed on a handshake for them to do the work. Something that is practically unheard of these days but so appreciated. My parents also had an issue with a garage door that was not working and I told them to call Jeff and Corey. They fixed some small part and some adjustment and they did not charge my parents. These men have great integrity and arent looking to gouge people for their services. I pray that they stay blessed with work, they will be the only ones I call for any and all future work. I called for them to fix some broken glass on my garage door. After I explained the issue he told me he could help if I wanted, but it might be cheaper and easier to fix it myself if I wanted to because it would save me a lot of money. He then explained in detail what I would need to do to repair the window myself and told me to call if I needed anything else.I cant say how much I appreciate honest business people. Will definitely be using this company for future needs!!

I was so disappointed. I called twice and left two different call back numbers. I never heard back from this company. Even if they were too busy to come out that day, a callback letting me know would have been great.

I have never had such great service and installation and I am a retired contractor who thought customer service was gone. Im over the moon with Over the Top! I needed my garage door replaced and these guys were UH-MAZING! Honestly, dont bother going anywhere else if youre humming & haing ... lemme put it like this: Jeff & Corey are customer service PROs!I went with Over the Top since I saw them mentioned on NextDoor several times from neighbors; Im so glad I did! Jeff gave me a call after I submitted a request through their website, then he & Corey swung by to see what all needed to be done. Super polite, very informative and reasonably priced! Fast forward a week later, they showed up this morning with my new door, replaced the hardware, wheels and the frame since that was all jacked up as well! I looks so pretty and it was all done in an hour and a half (if that)! While they programmed our new remotes, Corey changed the bulbs out from the motor since he was already up there, which was great since Ive been meaning to do that (oops).I DEFINITELY recommend them!!
