This place blows my mind! The whole experience is first class - five stars times a thousand! Christina and Jacquie are wonderful stylist and I’m sure everyone else is, too. I also can’t say enough about how happy I am with the wonderful ladies who run the show at the front desk. They make scheduling easy, they are so kind, and they always make me feel welcome. I don’t know any other lash studio in town that is run as professionally or well as the Lash Lounge. Highly recommend!

Though the lash lounge facility is clean and appears elegant, after a few visits of trying this place out and doing two fills, my lashes do not appear full when complete like the hybrid photo advertisement. The outter corners of my lashes appear empty and bare and my right eye lashes again are fuller than my left eye lashes. And, the lashes filled today seem shorter than my previous length. I have been rescheduled twice and was informed id be given complimentary additional lashes for being rescheduled at my second visit which did not happen. this very recent visit, I tried making conversation with christina but she did not seem interested in conversing and was not friendly. I was somewhat uncomfortable and not happy with the refill as the length appears shortened and my outer lashes appear bare but one long lash extension hanging out by itself. Disappointed!

I have been coming here and seeing Kristina G for several months now and Highly recommend her/and or this company to anyone. I recently was in a auto accident and don’t do my makeup anymore but wanted to feel somewhat myself, I get the lash extensions and love them and still smile with my eyes now. This place is for the lash-addicts! This place is fairly new but I’ve had a great experience. The front desk staff Jenny was available to answer any questions for you. They’re also happy to reschedule with no fees if you give more than 24 hour notice. I had my lashes done with monet. She was very patient. My lashes looked so natural! The selling point of this place is the membership- you don’t have to think twice. When you sign up you know you’ll be taken care of!

The Lash Lounge stole my money!I would not recommend getting their membership. I had 2 months worth of fills when the pandemic hit. Around August 2020, they called me and told me I needed to schedule my new set/fills or else the account “credits” I had would expire. I was still not going out and had absolutely NO need for eyelash extensions in the middle of a pandemic. I asked them to work with me, but they said there was nothing they could do. So I was left with no choice but to lose the $200 I had already spent at their salon with no services in exchange.They don’t treat their members like members!

Jacque was amazing, I dont wear make up and never liked false eye lashes. These lashes feel amazing, cant even feel them and they look so nautral. I love them... Makes be feel so beautiful ❤️..

I absolutely love The Lash Lounge. They are so professional, welcoming and friendly. I love coming to get my lash’s filled every two weeks. I started last year in July and seen a few ladies when I started and they all do amazing job. But I have to say MY lash tech I see every two weeks is Christina. She’s absolutely amazing!!!

Lash Lounge is absolutely amazing. They make you feel so welcome as you walk in. The lash extensions were no less than perfectly what I asked for. When I went in for my first time ever getting eyelash extensions, they helped me so much and my lash tech was Jacque J. who I talked to for about an hour and I am usually a very reserved person. She made me feel so comfortable. Being there feels worth a lot more than the price you pay in my opinion.

While the girls that work there super nice, I can’t give more stars for the service I received. If I were only reviewing the customer service, my rating would be 5 stars. However I got a lash lift that I’m unhappy with. The first lift hardly curled at all so I called to see if they could do anything. I then went in for a correction lift. Well now my lashes are curled way too much. I can’t do anything with them. I can’t wait for them to uncurl. :(

Let me stress that my star rating is NOT the fault of my stylist - Monet is an absolute delight and the best lash stylist I have had in five years of having lash services. Monet takes the time to be personable, has great conversations with me while also letting me doze off when i’m exhausted, and her lash sets are so natural looking and of the highest quality. I would follow Monet anywhere and call every lash studio in town for weeks to figure out where she was.Let me also say that on top of having lash services for five years, and having previously gone to two different lash instructors for one year each for lashes, I have also completed two lash extension application courses and carried my own lash extension clientele before ultimately deciding that esthetics was not the path I wanted to take my 15 year spa career down. Monet and I have had multiple conversations about life in the spa business from our respective professions. I am also an instructor at a local spa-industry school. I am no stranger to either lash extensions or spa protocol.Initially I wasn’t going to make a review, but because the way the business owner conducted herself is still bothering me the next day I decided I probably should.A few fills ago, I had to reschedule my appointment and ended up having to get my service through a different stylist whose name I don’t remember. The stylist wasn’t personable with me and the conversation was awkward and I felt like a nuisance for trying to chat. That’s fine, sometimes people have bad days and sometimes it’s difficult to work on top of other people’s work. But within a couple of days, I was having lash fallout and by the time I came back to Monet my lashes were obviously bare. Having had lashes for years and having been a lash stylist myself, I know how to take care of my sets and I suspect the substitute stylist hadn’t removed the lashes that needed replacing. I let my dissatisfaction be know with the front desk and booked some extra lashes for my next fill with Monet, and everything was honky dory.This last time I came for a fill, yesterday, was yet again a wonderful experience. I was asked the day before if I’d like to move my appointment up because of a cancellation, so I did and at my appointment Monet asked if I’d like to add more lashes since she had more time and of course I agreed. Toward the end of my service, the business owner came to our area and told Monet to let her check my lashes before the service. Monet called her over and the business owner sat down inches from my face and started touching my lashes without bothering to greet me or asking for my consent -during a pandemic- as if I were a big hunk of dead meat on which Monet was applying lashes. The business owner then asked Monet about my lash retention, which Monet said was “always good”, because having worn lashes for years and also having been a lash professional I know how to care for my lashes. It seems extremely unprofessional to question a client’s ability to care for their product right in front of them, but not to them. I did get offended by that, if she wanted to know about my lash retention she could have asked me while she was inches away from my face, but instead I was treated like a product with no voice or bodily autonomy. The business owner then called over another stylist to “count these lashes”, when that stylist came over she greeted me and asked how I was doing and I told her I wished I had some say as to wether or not strangers were in my face so that stylist respected my autonomy and refused to perform the service the business owner didn’t ask my consent for. The business owner informed me I wouldn’t be charged for the extra lashes because of “the extra time we took”, but the time was not the issue - the lack of professionalism and the lack of respect for me as a client by the business owner was.As I left, I let Elena know that I was upset about how my service ended like that and she said she would relay the message. That was around 12:30p yesterday, and I have not heard from Brooke the owner yet.

The place was awesome. Super clean and everyone was very respectful. I appreciated the steps they took to cleanse the area before applying the lashes. Katrina went over in detail the different lashes and sizes and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Booked my next appointment already!!

Came in today and had an amazing experience. Christina was so good at everything and so well. I really like her and after when eye lashes done, and I saw mirror. I had an amazing experience while in the salon. My tech was Rachel, and she was absolutely wonderful, she made sure I was comfortable, very thorough on instruction, and very patient with my super sensitive eyes. This is my first time having lash extensions, and it’s now a commitment I’d like to keep.^^^This was my original review, I was a lash model. My services were free. As soon as I wasn’t a model the front desk lady couldn’t help but stress EVERY CHANCE SHE GOT that I had to pay for a service. I told her multiple times before becoming annoyed “okay, that’s fine”. But I guess if you walk in there on your day off in sweats, and in a sweater. Prepare to be bombarded, and judged. Loved the lashes, dislike front desk ladies with too much self importance.I obviously went back because I wanted to do business with them, and I can come into a salon dressed however the hell I want for a $300 service.Will be finding a more friendly salon worth doing business with.

*** UPDATE***I’ve been getting my lashes here for more than a year now. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing Kristina is, she is always so friendly and makes sure I am comfortable. My lashes are always fluffy and great. I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Highly recommendedGreat place! I never knew I needed the Lash Lounge in my life until I was given a lash & brow tint by a friend. I went in for the service and the facility is so cute & clean! Staff was very professional and just all around lovely. My relationship with makeup has been struggling for years because of my sensitive skin. Recently I’ve stopped wearing it altogether. I was worried the lash/brow tint might cause a rash, but it didn’t at all! And with blonde eyelashes & eyebrows, this has truly been a lifesaver! Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Definitely go try it. You won’t be disappointed.
