No signs posted and not one store associate at the front to let you know that you couldn’t touch testers etc. So after raising their voice and embarrassing my mother, store associate explained that she gets tested “everyday”... Good for you! Yet I never saw any of them use any sanitizer after a client or start the process of wiping down products. All three were condescending and very rude. We wrapped up my purchase, left to the other Sephora across the mall (which was far more outstanding!) They should also take the time to place back any products moved and do a little facing in between instead of standing around poking fun at people. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just sayin’...

I never write reviews but this deserves one. The JC Penney’s location made me feel very welcome and the women that was working there on 7/6/2020 where all very helpful and welcoming. The same day I was at the other Sephora location in the Coronado mall. The manager or whoever she was (Blonde haired very rude) if you meet her you’ll know who I’m talking about, she’ll definitely make you feel like you don’t want to spend your hard working money there. SOOO JUST GO TO THE JC PENNEYS LOCATION THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE !!

I come here first for something I need. If they dont have what i need then I will go to the other one in the mall,,, but against my will and has to be super important(the actual one in the mall I dont like because no one ever helps...they all just walk by with a dirty look on their face). All the ladies are so friendly and helpful in JCPenny!!!

Great make up. Clean store. I love that you can pretty much try on any thing and their refund policy is one of the best. The only complaint I have is they rarely have coupons. I really think they should work on that especially for loyal customers.

I purchase skin care products at Sephora last night which included a cleaner and other facial products along with the foreo Luna play. When I went to wash my face this morning the Luna play had makeup on it and didnt turn on....It was obviously used and I am disgusted. The manager was very nice and helpful. That is why I gave this review 4 stars she was awesome. The customer service was outstanding.

Went with a friend to get her free 45 minutes makeover, and Paige did such an amazing job!!! I don’t know if she’s a manager but she seemed like it, but she was so nice and helpful and fun!! Definitely going to go back!

Staff is always friendly & helpful. I purchased an eyeshadow pallette. It was a splurge and not cheap. After I had a few months, I realized two colors were duplicated & I was missing a shade. They were so nice and understanding and exchanged with no problems.

Love the products and so glad we have a Sephora here! The selection at this location is excellent. I will never ask the staff again for help though! I left with too-light foundation THREE times in a row! I ended up keeping $40 foundation that did not match out of frustration. I just keep my head down now while I look and try to avoid the staff- they seem to have new people there everytime I go in anyways :P Maybe I will wear an I-pod next time...and jam out while I play with makeup =)

I just received the absolute worst customer service from Jordan, an online supervisor! It matches the horrible customer service I received when I visited the Albuquerque store located at the Coronado Mall on 9/24/18. You all lost my return (from three separate purchases) a total of five items which you refuse to take responsibility for. I will never waste my time walking into another Sephora store. You all continue to give poor unknowledgeable service at that location, which by the way is two hours from where I live. Referring me to your customer service was a waste of time. I emailed you all the information you requested, which the supervisor could not access. It was a lot of wasted time and I am beyond frustrated!

I visited this place two months ago a very awesome makeup artist did my makeup which made me buy more and was very helpful with choosing my makeup for me... But today I went in there hoping to get the exact same service but I was disappointed the makeup artist did only one side of my face with some powder contour and made one side look terrible which made me leave with less products bcuz I always need help with choosing makeup 👎

I was very disappointed before1. I asked about the farsali unicorn drop which most would know is the hottest trend and which someone who works at Sephora should know and I was told that she didnt know what I was talking about . Another day I go in search for the tatcha spray and I finally find it and a worker came up to me and said, what are YOU doing here I take that to offense for being a beauty insider for over two years now going on three . I believe that worker is no longer there and they have a much better staff now if you ever go there I suggest “miles” truly a caring and amazing knowledge of makeup truly makes this a better place to visit

I just walked out of sephora in uptown because I was ignored for a good 20 minutes and when I approached a beauty specialist she told me they were too busy and I could get on a waiting list. All I needed is to be pointed in the direction of a foundation I wanted to see. The team on the floor today should be embarrassed by the way they are running that place. I have been in many times in the past and I have never been treated like I didn’t matter enough to be helped. I am so disappointed. I’d like to also mention that several other women walked in and were promptly helped. There were beauty consultants chatting and giggling in a corner towards the front of the store. I think if it’s that busy all hands should be on deck.

Got Zero help even though there were multiple workers standing together. When I took it upon myself to look in the bottom drawer for the powder I wanted I was told by a worker Excuse me, you cant go in our understock drawer. Didnt even bother to ask if someone could help me. You need some serious customer service training in that store. Not going to this one ever again. 👎

Brittany is the best consultant! She’s always makes the visit to sephora great! I’m a little disappointed that the manager never seems to be in, for awhile I thought Brittany was a manager. I only go to this Sephora, the Sephora that’s located in the actual mall is awful, they never seem to want to help out or answer any questions, they are the rudest workers ever! Sephora in JCPenny is much better the girls there are always so nice and want to help as much as they can!

I wanted to get a color match. I was the next on the list and I waited half an hour, I seen the girl working with someone else already! I never left the store so I jut cancelled my appointment. Also I gota chapstick ended up paying 10 dollars for it and Burts bees works better!! Never going back

I just need to rave about my beauty rep, Paige. She was SO awesome!! Not only was she incredibly helpful, but she was very personable and engaging. Yall need to give this girl a raise and keep her as long as you can cause she is the best!!! Fyi, this was at Sephora in JCP at Coronado.

I never feel like I deserve to look beautiful. Maybe its a flaw in my programming. I went yesterday for a wedding and I left feeling amazing inside and outside. I felt not just beautiful but sexy and desirable. I am now doing more for my skin each day than I ever have. One thing about the exfoliant and mostureizer is they both need to be refrigerated or they hurt like hell. Also I didnt have make up remover so that was a bummer. My skin looks weird now though so I might go back just to have it looked at. Also there wasnt a ton of pressure to buy anything because I was going for a look. Fenty lipstick is amazing! Shontelle was amazing! Never going anywhere else again!

Let me start with, I loved my Sephora @ North Star Mall in S.A., TX because I was always treated so well. I moved back to NM and decided to give this Sephora a go. I went in looking for a lipstick for work and was in there for about 30+ mins. In all that time not one employee approached me and I could not get anyones attention to help me out.

I took my 2 pre teen daughters to this location (main store inside Coronado Mall) for their first experience, in which they WERE super excited, but only after one of the reps made rude and unprofessional remarks to us about how she would not allow HER kids to wear or do this or that, then turning her back to us to continue whispering her foul opinions to another staff member, needless to say after leaving I did call back and complained about the treatment we received and myself and my 2 daughters will take our business and our MONEY ELSEWHERE!

For the most part I had a good experience, but one worker that matched me was so obsessed with clinique and just didnt want me to try anything else. She would tend to shoot down my makeup ideas as well, and just kept trying to get me to try on all of these products including lip products even though I specifically told her I had a brand new piercing and couldnt or it would get infected. While she was matching me I asked her not to get any makeup on my other piercings, because they were also new. She completely ignored me and continued her obsession for Clinique and the fact that she has been working for them for years. It was as if my opinion didnt matter. I get that she is obsessed with a certain brand, but honestly the brand is not that great in my opinion I am unhappy with my purchase, but have to live with it because staff doesnt care. I would go to Ulta over this store any day because their staff is so much more polite and considerate.

I love how friendly the people are here, great customer service. Lilliana was very knowledgable as she explained and demonstrated products with patience and enthusiasm. She also invited us back to get a make over and learn how to correctly apply make up. This experience has inspired me to learn about better skin care. Lilliana sets a high bar for customer service by her friendly willingness to help and educate.

Disappointed... Ive shopped at Sephora since it opened and way before it arrived in Albuquerque New Mexico yesterday I went in to obtain some samples for curly hair and the worker was very pushy and trying to get me to buy a product line I asked her for some samples, as Sephora has always given samples . She acted like she didnt want to give me the samples but rather i should buy the box set to try the product line. She gave me very tiny one time use samples. Then she was talking to a co-worker about me not wanting to buy the box set of the product line.She kept saying I would not get any effects with just a one time use. Needless to say I did achieve the effects I was desiring.I use to really look forward to visiting Sephora now NOT so much.
