I was very disappointed with my experience. I shop for bare minerals regularly in store and online. I went into the store to get my foundation corrected. I asked one of the young ladies to color match me after the Young lady did half my face she handed me a mirror I said I think this is a better match, and asked the young lady what she thought She looked at me and said I don’t know you tell me. I ended up getting a color I think matches. I thought They would be able to correct it by exchanging My item. However found that my exchanges had not been documented and I did let somebody know that I Have gone in and nothing had been done on the register it was just exchanged. This put me in a spot where I had to purchase the item I was trying to exchange when it should have been a trade out for the proper color. As I was leaving I was told if I had to comeback I needed to have the receipt this was new to me as well because I also am part of the rewards program. I thought this is how our purchases were tracked form my understanding as of this last visit to the store.

Girl was helpful, would have been better if she would actually applied or let me applied the samples to all of my face. Had to go home and even out my face. I didnt want to walk around the mall with makeup only on half of my face.

This is all i use. It truly lasts a long time so i dont have to buy as often. The girls are always helpful and many remember me which is nice.

Helpful enthusiastic staff. An extremely pleasant place to shop. I always enjoy shopping at this location.
