Selection was fine and I did find something to buy. I was not greeted upon entry. When it was time for me to pay, no one acknowledged me so I ended up putting the item back and leaving. I haven’t been in this store in years because of this issue. Disappointed it’s still the same. Side note they did greet/serve other people so this was only happening to me.

Best Sephora I’ve ever walked into! The staff is so unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Adam was so kind and helped me by jumping through several hoops for me to get an item exchanged. He deserved to be recognized for his efforts! Goes above and beyond for his customers!

They do not treat personal shoppers with respect as they do with other customers. They will not greet you or offer assistance when you can not find a product. Each time I shop here I have the same experience where I am ignored. Bad for business, each person that enters the store should be greeted and treated the same, it should be routine for a good business presentation. Speaking from a professional standpoint the employees here need a refresher on business and customer service.

I shop with sephora a lot but I would recommend just shopping online unless you enjoy bad customer service. This particular location has some of the rudest staff. Just dont waste your time.p

*Read the whole thing lol* I have to be honest… a lot of my interactions at this Sephora have made me not want to shop there at all - Especially during the open part of the pandemic. I’m not one of the perfectly sculpted make up geniuses out there and usually I feel like I’m in high school and not part of the “plastics” again.BUT! :) today I was pleasantly surprised by a make up artist that I had not seen there before. We are finally able to try make up on again and Angelica was so helpful. I wasn’t sure what shade or which foundation I wanted to try, so she pulled about 6 different shades in one kind and 3 in another type and we tried them all on. She then gave me some samples (Yay! Those are back too) to take home because she wanted to make sure I loved it before purchasing the whole bottle. This was the best experience I have had at that store and because of her I may just continue to shop there still. I highly recommend asking for her! Thank you so much Angelica. I hope your management notices your hard work and awesome service. People like you are my favorite

This by far has been my best experience at an in-store Sephora. I usually prefer to shop at Sephora online, since the closest Sephora to me is Sephora in JCPenney at cottonwood (Which I absolutely despise). Upon entering the store, I was greeted and the store looked neat and tidy. All of the latest releases for my favorite brands were nicely displayed and accessible. I love the selection that is found here, and the staff here were nice and patient. I am especially grateful to the store manager, Adam, since he was kind enough to let me exchange a perfume I had ordered on the Sephora website. I would definitely recommend this Sephora location to anyone who is interested in buying high-end beauty products!

Went in this afternoon with my Father, and we were treated very rudely. However, what is really mind blowing is this is not the first time this has happened... I did not write any reviews the other times, but for crying out loud this has been going on there for years. Despicable behavior from employees needs to end, and these employees need to learn proper Customer Service. It’s disgusting, and you will lose customers I promise.

The “artist” I had tonight was super lazy in shade matching me. I was under the impression that they still used a shade matching system. She literally pulled a shade out, put it on my face and said “that looks good” when it was too light. I normally enjoy coming to this Sephora which is why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 1. I think I’ll be returning it for another shade and I’ll shade match myself next time.

Always clueless about makeup but I never feel out of place. I’ve asked for help, I’ve gotten it. I come into the store knowing what I want and leaving with what I want. Store associates deserve much more credit then they’re given. Customer service isn’t easy, but I’m surprised by the incredibly high unsatisfied people.

Walked in so many associates available and not one person asked if I needed help! On the way out finally found the brand I needed, little selection and the shelves were gross and dusty with lint! I’m so sorry Estée Lauder that your make up is so poorly represented! Jo Malone thank goodness your not here!!By the door...told to have a good weekend! I will at Macy’s!

Sephora has absolutely no knowledge of the damage Diva Curl is causing their customers. Furthermore, they refused to return my product because too much was used...I just learned why my hair is thinning and my curls straightening out. Excuse me for not being warned sooner. The more people that return these toxic products, the more pressure will be put on Diva Curl to address the issue and act responsibly. By contrast, Ulta gladly returned my Diva Curl products (for store credit) because they care about the health and happiness of their customers...even though Ulta knew very little about the situation or class action suit (which I joined) they still listened to my plea and agreed.....SHOP ULTA....SEPHORA MORE CONCERNED WITH PROFIT THAN LIFE LONG CUSTOMERS.P.S....I have spent thousands at Sephora with very few returns, you would think they would want to keep my business by standing with women who are literally balding from Diva Curl products.

Everytime I go in there is an issue. This time I went in to get my foundation and asked about a display I saw that says on the KVD “FREE BIRTHDAY GIFT! Get a set of setting powder & tattoo liner. Redeem at register.” Took a picture showed the girl at register. Says they can’t honor it because it’s last years deal. If that’s the case the display should be taken down not left out. I’m tired of trying to redeem things and there be a reason they will not honor it. False advertising.

The employees kept staring at me and it just really made me feel uncomfortable. Im fairly new to wearing makeup full-time, but my new job requires it. I had brought some basics at Wal-Mart when I started. Lately though my skin been getting dry from it. Thats why I went to Sephora because I had hear good things online about their service and though I could get some help finding higher-quality brands or learning better techniques. I just felt so unwelcome when I was outright ignored or stared at with eagle eyes. I dont think I will be going back.

They canceled an appt last minute leaving no time or even a heads up about cancelation just an email. Not even decent enough to call to cancel this appt. Im left scrambling to prep for a very important date... Im livid this isnt acceptable at all... Thanks for screwing me royally...

The lady who was checking me out was completely rude and lazy!! She acted as if I didn’t match up to her standards of people. She was completely judgmental. When I asked if she could order something for me she flat out refused and told me to go online. Well....honey part of your policy is you order for a customer if they went all the way to the store and you didn’t have the item I was looking for in stock. Complete utter laziness. Older lady with a bob cute and white hair. Her AID on my receipt is A0000000980840. I hope that’s really her and not someone else’s ID. Saphora your customer service is truly going down hill.

The cashier tonight (dark hair in braids) was extremely rude! I never write reviews but this one had to be done. She rolled her eyes at me twice for asking two simple questions and answered them like she wanted me to feel dumb. I will most definitely not go back as long as shes there. Ive never been so upset leaving a store. Seriously... it was that bad.

I love Sephora but each time I come here the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. The employees are always so rude, they all just stand around and talk to each other. When you do manage to get someones attention they make it a goal to show their annoyance. I took my mother here one afternoon and no one bothered to help us, we did manage to ask someone for help but she was clearly annoyed, very curt. We couldnt even get a welcome. After this last experience Ill be shopping online and taking business elsewhere.I too work in retail for a large known company and I can say for certain its run very very poorly here, as well as unprofessional. I hope the manager has a meeting with the employees on proper customer service.

I had to hunt them down when I needed to ask questions and they seemed annoyed. I was never greeted at the door. I asked about a make-up product and this lady gave me a short response without even asking me what I really wanted. Very poor customer service! Staff need training on how to deal with customers.

Time after time, this store has the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced from any store. I recommend the Sephora at JC Penny, or Ulta Beauty instead.
