I took my wife and daughter here and they did a greaaat job ,i was happy and they wete extremely happy.

Made an appointment for brows. The person never showed up, the place of business is in a building on central with no signs that give the name of the business. It was locked up but it appeared other tenants had swipe cards to get in.Was really disappointed in this place. Drove 80 miles for the appointment no call saying we apologize come back we will give you a discount.Guess they don’t need the business.

Had my eyelashes removed and it was very painful! Whenever you get your eyelashes removed you are not supposed to be in pain! The manager at the time even saw I was in pain my eyes were on fire! But she kept talking on her phone and ignored me! She had the solution on my eyes for 15 min or longer. Every since this experience my vision has been blurry and I have to wear glasses! Do NOT go here ladies! Also the manager never used the eye pads when removing my eyelashes so could you imagine how my eyes were burning! Horrible experience

Great service by Monika and she offered me a way to come back and visit in a non-pushy way. I really liked how they did exactly what I wanted and got my opinion every step of the way to ensure it came out exactly the way I asked!

No wait and the lady was nice, however my eyebrows are not great. I got them waxed and she kind of just threw the wax on. There was no shaping. They do not match in shape or thickness; just overall no consistency. I also spoke with her briefly on lash extensions (in case I would consider going there in the future for that service). Absolutely not. I have gotten extensions on and off for years. Anyone who recommends cluster lashes for the sake of time and convenience (for the technician) I would never go to. I would recommend going to a trained technician who will take the time for individual lashes to care for your skin, eyes, and lash health. Two stars because I didnt have to wait and luckily I still have enough brow hair to fix what she did.

I don’t usually go get my brows waxed because, well, let’s be real they don’t always come out the way you like them.From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly- so I’m surprised at the rest of the reviews.When I was greeted by Vanessa, she gave me that friend vibe- instantly comfortable to tell her I don’t usually go to a business to get them done because I like them thick but lined up.She understood and was making sure I liked them every step of the way.They came out amazing! I can’t wait to come back, staff is great- and Vanessa is top of the line. Thank you for being patient with me, and making my brows slay beb.

Never again will I go here! My mom and I went to get our lashes done for my wedding and had the worst experience! I called a week prior to setup appointments and come to find out the manager said that we were scheduled for the following day! I know I set up for the 3rd of July! She said shed squeeze us in, we ended up waiting forever, the entire time we were waiting the manager literally did nothing to help the other tech who seemed new. We finally got to the chair, and the tech was super nice, but that cannot make up for the fact that she really did an awful job. FIVE hours later, I was so upset after seeing my lashes, she offered to fix them and they still looked terrible. My moms also looked terrible. We left there in so much pain, our eyes literally were so watery and blurry, couldnt even drive home. Today is day two and my eyes are still in so much pain. Never again!!

Macy has always done such a excellent job. Whether its hair, makeup, lashes.. etc. She will make sure everything is the way YOU want and leave you completely satisfied with everything. Not only is she the sweetest, she also makes such to handle her clients with completely respect 💓 highly recommend her for any treatment :)

This is hands down the best place to get an eyebrow wax! If you want them a certain way they do their best to accomplish it and always make your eyebrows look stunning! My favorite part is that the waxing doesnt hurt as much as it would at any other place, they are fantastic! Highly recommend!

First time getting eyelash extensions, so I was excited. This was the worst first impression ever! I asked for the natural clusters. Not knowing what to expect, as this was new to me but my eyes were burning and she kept trying to scrape the glue off my eye lid. My left eye looks half way decent but my right eye looks a mess! The lashes look uneven, some of the lashes were laying in the wrong direction and she applied too much glue. I asked the girl to fix the bald spots and readjust the lashes on my right eye. Now my right has more lashes than the left and I can’t even comb them out because the layer of glue has sealed my natural and false lashes into one big strip. Please save your money and time, I will not be returning!!

I highly recommend wink lounge. I was greeted as I entered into the store very pleasantly. The girls were busy but my wait was short. Angelica waxed my lip and eyebrows. It didnt sting like other places Ive gone to. Angelica listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job. My eyebrows are beautiful. Im looking forward to getting my eyelashes done in the near future. Prices are reasonable and the ladies there were very nice and professional. I highly recommend wink lounge. Angelica is a very professional lady in customer service and takes pride in her work.

You get what you pay for. I would NOT recommend this place! I recently got my lash done, by the manager, and she got glue in my eye, which caused a corneal ulcer. Thankfully, I didn’t get an infection. Never again to cheap, mall services! Ladies and gentlemen, for the sake of your eyeballs, go to a clean place that have well trained staff, who know what they are doing.

I had received GREAT SERVICE from RACHEL on Weds. Jan. 24,2017. On my way to Legislative Session in Santa Fe. She went far and beyond to take care of my facial needs. I tend to neglect myself, and she made me feel revived and important. I just wanted to THANK her for the great Customer Service she offered. Especially for not having an appointment. You know when you read Google reviews and see a low rated review & assume it is an isolated incident and that it wont happen to you. Well it did for me.I read the reviews before coming to the appointment, o my a few negative so I thought why not lets get eyebrow extensions.I have never had eyebrow extensions and was clueless about what I needed to get the look that I desired. I walk in and show Ashley a few pictures. I wanted my eyebrows a little thicker and longer. Ashley applied henna and when she revealed them, I couldnt believe the disastrous result . Im not trying to be theatrical, but they were HUGE and uneven. After I expressed my distaste for them she tried fixing them but never used anything to make sure her lines were straight. When I told her one eyebrow was different than the other one, she replied well thats eyebrows. They arent supposed to be the same. Right, I get that natural ones wont be the same but when someone draws them you can get at least pretty darn close. I think my biggest complaint was not her lack of skill but her lack of customer service. She just got frustrated with me and never took ownership of the problem. She kept saying that well you chose that picture. And blamed meFor the large eyebrows. ( mind you, the woman in the picture I showed her had 1/2 the size of the eyebrows I did. I started tearing up, asked for them to remove it. Donna was very nice and understanding and took them off of me.Ashley was not very nice nor patient enough to understand a clients desires of see that they were unhappy.This is the first review I have ever written in my life. Im usually not one to complain but I felt so embarrassed and dissatisfied with the service, I dont want anyone else having to deal with what I did.

Just don’t, I paid for singles and kept getting clusters. They packed clusters on top of some singles they did put. I had to go somewhere else to get this (Picture posted) fixed. They use medical tape to hold lashes down and it’s extremely painful when it’s pulled off, eyelash removal process is painful. They run out of supplies regularly. They triple book their employees. Their employees seem like nice people but never again.

Love love love my brows! I got the wax and henna tint today and although I waited a bit longer than expected the boss of some sort offered my kids snacks while we waited. Im a mom of 2 and its hard to sit still for long. But well worth the wait. I was going to give it a 4 star for the long wait but overall the cleanliness, service and staff were all 5 stars.

This is gem!!!! I cant suggest this place enough. Vanessa so friendly, and really took her time to make it a truly relaxing experience (and I was getting lash extentions!!!). She was quick to get to me and even though she had a line of customers, Vanessa never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Honestly, it felt more like a relaxing spa treatment and as long as Vanessa is there, I will continue to come back. PS I live in Santa Fe which is an hour drive but well worth it!!!! This place is great, I went in for an eyebrow and lip wax and was very happy at how careful Salina was when she waxed my eyebrows, making sure they were perfect. The hair didnt get removed fully from my lip due to the wax not being warm enough but when I contacted the manager, Roxanne, she graciously apologized and offered me a complimentary lip wax. They truly care about their customers happiness. I will absolutely be back!

Was set in a shampoo chair and asked to lay down for over an hour as I had my lashes lifted and tinted. Then my right upper lashes were fried because the stylist was working with two of us and let the processing solution stay too long. Very displeased!

I had a lash lift done by Antoinette and it was absolutely awful. While she was doing it, she seemed unsure and was asking a coworker what do to. The solution used to curl the eyelashes smelled as if was burning my eyelashes. Once complete, I noticed all of my eyelashes were curled sideways inside of straight up. I will have to wait another month or so for my eyelashes to go back to normal, unfortunately. When you pay for a service, you expect quality work. I am incredibly disappointed with this salon. Avoid this place.

Not professional. I would not recommend going here. I got eyelash extensions and the girl was not professional at all. Didnt wash her hands before applying eyelashes and there was only one girl there so she was rushing to do my lashes because she had other customers.....just not professional.

I went after making an appointment for an eyelash tint and curl. During the process you’d think they’d talk you through and maybe explain what they’re doing. Well they don’t. And it started to burn and after it was done there was tint all over my eyes and you can’t even tell I got anything done. They just look dirty. Won’t go back and don’t reccomend it

I had to get my eyebrows done ASAP so I thought, hey why not this place, its dead and is right here BIG MISTAKE!! I went in and the girl literally just said sign in couldnt even get a hi how are you. The girl leaned me back didnt ask for any kind of direction like most professional places do. When I checked it a nice chunk of my eyebrow was GONE. Couldnt even tell her I didnt like it, i just paid and went straight to sephora to purchase eyebrow pomade. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

Ive had my eyelashes tinted at other places and it always stung. Here, there were no issues, and it was quite pleasant experience. I also had my eyebrows waxed, and just asked to retain the natural shape. I couldnt be happier with the results.

This place gets 3 stars because the staffs is very friendly and kind hearted. The eyelashes extensions doesnt stay on very well. Today is my 3rd day and 5 lashes fell off Ive had eyelashes extensions in the pass and it didnt fall out till way later. I look silly with some lashes missing and I would not return. Go somewhere else for eyelashes extensions.

I really enjoyed going to this place until...I got facial warts around my eyebrows and in-between my eyebrows. Considering that this was the only place I EVER got my eyebrows waxed, it has to be from Wink. It was only after this occurrence that I realized that the employees dont wear gloves, and I didnt witness any sanitation... Then, the last time that I ever went to Wink, the wax pulled off my skin on BOTH of my eyebrows. I have scars there now.Ill be doing my own eyebrows from now on. AFTER I heal!

I recently moved to Albuquerque and had no luck finding a place that would do my eyebrows the way I like. I read the previous reviews and thought Id try this place. I can say I loved my results and havent had any of the issues mentioned on these past reviews. The first time I went I did experience a wait, but to prevent that I just started making appointments online for the services I wanted.

Worst experience Ive ever seen from a business. Girlfriend was canceled on 5 times and even showed up for appointment and Doors were closed and no one there. The owner Teresa doesnt care. She places the blame on her workers but it was all her the whole time. When I called to make a complaint she really didnt care and said that Im sorry you feel that way ... will be reporting her to the bbb

I don’t recommend this place at all! I got my eyebrows done and just about had no eyebrows when I left. & to top it off, I got my lashes done & they came out awful! I went home and cried because they were hurting my eyes so bad! The girl did such a bad job. Don’t waste your time or money here

I’ve been a few times and haven’t had any issues but this last time I walked out with horrible eye irritation. The glue got in one eye and wouldn’t stop making my eyes tear up. The lash line is irritated and puffy. But out of all the times I’ve been here, I noticed that this time they didn’t use any sort of cleanser on my eyes before starting the process. I’m hoping the irritation goes down but please ensure your staff is following all of the procedures and keeping their hands clean as well.

I was very excited to get my lash perm at first, the woman at the front desk was very sweet and scheduled me for 8pm. That worked perfect for me so I showed up a little earlier than I was supposed to. They only had one tech there and she told me that even though I scheduled an appt she couldn’t do it and that they shouldn’t have scheduled me at that time. The woman Iris that I spoke to didn’t seem sympathetic whatsoever. She told me they were booked tomorrow and they had an opening on Friday or Saturday. I told her I would just go somewhere else and she didn’t even apologize or try to keep my business. I won’t be returningUPDATE! After my bad first experience the manager gave me a call. She was extremely apologetic and just the sweetest. She offered me a eyelash lift and tint free of charge! I was very appreciative of the offer. I went in and had a great experience. I had the absolute worst experience ever. I went in and right off the bat the lady that just got her eyebrows done was practically in tears because they did such a bad job, I then decided to get mine tinted, I have very very blond hair so we decided to go with a medium blonde. After she is done I look in the mirror and not only are my eyebrows black but the surrounding skin is painted black in a square. I looked like I had giant black caterpillars on my face I wanted to cry my eyes out. I asked for a refund and her reasoning to it give me one was because I seemed happy at first and because only her manager can give refunds and she wont be back for a week the girl made me very uncomfortable the entire time, telling me a weird story about how her mom found Jesus and after that she had the rudest attitude possible. I highly recommend not coming here, it is a waste of time tears and money.

Very unprofessional and dishonest company! I worked here for a couple of months and came home stressed out everyday after work because of the stress the owner put on us! What kept me there was my clients I worked with! When I ended my employment I had returned my key and the owner still kept the 30$ from my check, and when I would try to contact her she would ignore my calls and text. I along with many others which included clients noticed its hard for her to keep staff for longer then a couple of months, maybe because of the dishonesty and harassment. I also seen Anjelica perform services and shes not even licensed nor going to cosmetology school, I would think twice before having services done there! Make sure you see their license and work! Because she hires just about anyone! She even blocked me on their FB page so I couldnt leave a rating there! Spend your money wisely! Also the owner is very dishonest when it comes to ex employees she wont communicate and has her new employees do it for her! and make sure to see their license

Antoinette did my last extensions and was so patient and nice. The price is reasonable, its quick, and all around a great experience.

First time there with my friend. I had Rhesa do my eyebrows and shes AMAZING. The wax usually hurts me when I go to other places but not here. She took her time and showed me the correct way to fill in my eyebrows. So have Rhesa great at her job.

Not happy with my eyelashes they started coming off on my drive home AFTER getting them done. I was getting ready to leave for Las Vegas and didnt have time to go back. The manager that was working was rushing doing my eyelashes and another womens, plus she was interviewing someone at the same time. Not happy at all!

They have ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service. On September 16th, my sister and I decided to try out this place for the first time and we will never go back. We waited 40 minutes to get seen and when it was our turn they let someone else go in front of us. The list that they ask you to put your name and phone number to reach you when its your turn is not used. They simply go off of who is sitting closest to them for who is next. When we told the supervisor and said it was our turn she did not even take accountability to fix the problem. When we asked to speak to the store manager, the supervisor wouldnt give us a name or phone number to reach her. Clearly she knew she was in the wrong and didnt want to take accountability for the situation. It is one thing to make a mistake but another to not fix it. I am very upset and our experience was ruined due to the lack of customer service and respect for customers time. I have NEVER posted a google review until now. We took a chance on this place and will never do that again. I sincerely hope others read this and I suggest not doing business with this establishment.

Worst place to get your eyebrows done! The girl burnt my skin under my eyebrows, I hope it doesn’t leave a scar and she made one of my eyebrows too thin. Both of my eyebrows are uneven now! I have to grow my eyebrows again to make them even.Never going to this place ever again!

I went with my good friend two day ago and Im unhappy with eyelashes extension job and my friend called and complained and lady told her no refund or repairs is available and manger wasnt in and the manger never called both of us back.. I reccomend go to other places

I went in for a 4:30 appointment today and I was 5 minutes early. I was not greeted when I came so I asked if they were on schedule and I was told yes. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes and they told me just a few more minutes. There is no point to schedule an appointment here if you dont understand what having a appointment means. There was also a gal working there not dressed professional at all with short booty shirts that my even my 7 year old daughter noticed. These people are not personable at all. They dont greet people or follow a schedule. There is only 2 people there that are somewhat friendly. Most of the workers are extremely rude.Same thing happened to me a month ago. I have to get a babysitter when I go in because I have 3 kids. I scheduled for a Monday afternoon and got there 10 minutes early. When I got there the worker told me it would still be a while because she had a client that she was doing a full set on. I told her I could wait 20 minutes and she said it would actually be a hour. I am the one that made the appointment, so I dont understand why they would take a walk in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. This place is ridiculous!

Ive also noticed with the bad reviews people leave the management always has a snide or snarky remark making it sound like it is the customers fault for whatever happened. Keep it classy wink. ***I went into Wink to get eyelash extensions for the first time and I was not disappointed! Alyssa did an amazing job. She was fast and efficient. Im definitely going back!****EDIT****I really did love my service, but only from Alyssa. I didnt want to talk about everything else that was going on in the Salon but I feel its necessary for people to know before they go in. During my visit (which was an appointment) I was seen almost right away. My service took about an hour or so and wasnt a big deal- she took her time and they came out amazing. But while I was lying there heard several people come in and out but I never heard anybody greet them- Considering they were fairly busy. But there was a receptionist there the whole time behind the counter that was more interested with what the employees were talking about with their clients. She even had the audacity to talk over Alyssa when she was explaining things to me about my new lashes and tried to correct her on what she was doing,. I was trying to listen to Alyssa, the one with a LICENSE, but it was really hard with her interrupting. And while Im on the topic of this receptionist, she was dressed so unprofessionally. Everyone else was in a casual uniform- jeans and salon tshirt. But she was in work out clothes and a tank top. Way to stay in tune with your store.I had gone into the salon 2 more times since then and it was the same experience- wonderful with Alyssa but the receptionist mad it terrible. Shes very nosy and unproductive.

I love getting my eyelashes done here and like Alondra as my stylist. She is very nice and professional.

Don’t ever go to this place for lash extensions they are awful. I’ve gone to LOTS of places for lashes and they are by far the worst. The lashes are extremely cheap and ugly and they don’t know how to even do them. They’re itchy on my eyes, they’re heavy, and they look like spiders on my eyes. Save yourself the trouble and never get lashes here.

My first couple of sets was amazing . I went back to get a set and it was the worst mistake . She was a new girl and took a hour In a half to do my Lashes . She kept jokingly saying I’m adding more glue and more glue . By the time she was done my eyes where red and irritated . For a entire week my eyes burnt and itched . I kept this on for week thinking it would get better . Waking up with irritated puffy eyes . I went back to get them checked on and you’re manager relieved alot of pain off the ones that was irritated me . I ended up getting them removed from one of your managers . The whole time she said “ this is a lot of glue , it’s stuck on your eyes & I can’t remove it .She kept the remover on for close to 20-30 mins and it didn’t remove . My eyelashes are now damaged , I have glue stuck to them , they won’t come off , it’s irritated and painful . It hurts so bad and I’m disappointed because I come in regularly and pay my hard earned money , for me to not be satisfied and in pain and they didn’t try to give me ANY accommodations for this . No higher manager contacted me after I wrote a letter or anything .

Ive been to a good amount of places to get my eyebrows waxed and this place is the best place to go. Im very picky and all the staff is usually on point.

I had an appointment yesterday May 21st at 7:30pm for an eyebrow wax and clusters. I show up,Dena is working on somebody tells me to wait 20 minutes.. After 20 minutes I come back and she is working on another person and makes me wait AN HOUR! After Im finished I pay $53 for my services and my eyelashes  look extremely ugly,super Unprofessional work,they are not even sitting on my natural eyelashes each eye is UNEVEN!!! I  feel completely disrespected because when I called to schedule I ASKED for someone who was EXPERIENCED! Im dissapointed you have girls working there who have no idea what theyre doing and youre charging all these crazy amount of money for amateur work. I am a Lisenced Cosmetologist and Im baffled at these prices!! I want these OFF and I would like half of my money back!!I spent a big amount of money for my lashes to look this terrible! I will be posting a review on google and also on Facebook for this horrible work. Ive attached pictures of these lashes so you can see .

Went in to get a fill on my eyelashes and told that I had a 24hr guarntee if I had any issues to come back. The next day came back because they were painfull and burning the girl said she could remove them and told me once she placed the remover on that I would be charge for the removal told her that I shouldnt have to because of the guarantee she said that one manager told her no charge and another one told her to charge me. Sat in the chair for more than an hour trying to get them off. When I left asked the manager to contact me never received a call back I have called multiple times with no response back and even after being charged still had to remove tons of glue from my lashes and once i removed a big clump eye pain went away. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Managers need to learn to be on the same page and your policy if it only covers eyelashes that fall out you should tell customers that instead of any problems you have which was told to me twice by different employees.

I am really not one to post a bad review but I received the WORST customer service of my life from this place and was way over charged for the HORRIBLE job gena did on my eye lash extensions, so Im just trying to spare other people their time and money. Rude sloppy and unprofessional I work in customer service and this is not how you run a business this place needs some serious help in every sense. My eye lashes look like Ive had them on for weeks with no touch up when they were just applied YESTERDAY and this is not my first experience with the lash extensions so I know they shouldnt look like this. DONT GO HERE FOR EYE LASH EXTENSIONS!!!!!!!!

Ok I will give it to them that the work they have done for me has been great work. Ive got eyebrow wax, tint and eyelash extentions. And I havent been disappointed.But the customer service on the other hand is horrible. Everyone I wall in I have never once got a hello or how can I help you. But yet everyone else that walk in gets a greeting. I never got asked what are you interested in or how can I help you. I always had to reproach the counter at least twice before they even notice im there.If it werent for great results Id never come back, but like I said the work is great just the employees are horrible and rude. Make you sometime feel like you wont get noticed unless your glammed up.I went in again today wait for 37 minutes before I had to walk up to the counter and all I got was I thought you were with the other lady. Just because another native American is sitting next to me dont mean Im related or with them. Took anther 30 minutes to get tinted and I still walked out with now waxing done. I think today was the last straw Im not coming back and the sad thing is I recommended 3 people here this week because of the good work.I think Ill tell them to go somewhere else.Not once did I get a apology either and instead the lady there fought back with attitude.

I love getting my brows waxed by Wink! I even brought my brother and fiancé to get them doen too.

I always get great service at Wink. My eyebrows are very well groomed now.
