I bought a car from Drive Time a little less than 2 months ago. The car runs fine ( for now) however to ensure my payments were low I told them I was interested in the 60 day buy back program. Yesterday , when I went in with my check in hand , I was told they dont do the buy back offer in store and Id have to call the lending company.This truly isnt a problem for me , however, I dont appreciate being mislead .Rebecca Wright assured us that it would be no problem putting more money on that car IN STORE. And she had the nerve to ask me to leave a review . Theres a contest going on .... Here is it Rebecca ! Stop lying to your customers. If you can , avoid this place . Their dealers are shady , and hind sight 20-20 , I would have been better off going to Nissan or Kia. Anywhere else. Truly leaves a bad taste in your mouth . That girl disappeared as soon as I mentioned I was there with the check. They want to make it as difficult as possible for you , so you can keep paying those high interests. And they have your money , so who cares , right ? ✅ Bad business. Worse employees. Dont worry , theyll make sure you walk out of there with SOMETHING. Just as they intended. Avoid it !

Ok bought my car from drive time on wyoming Albuquerque nm after two months of having it the air conditioner went out which i could have give it back under the lemon law but drive time thinks they can get away with out following the law i asked them to trade my car for something different they told. Me i needed a co buyer when i paid for my 2008 honda odyssey by myself even though i had a co buyer

My friend and I went shopping for a newer model vehicle. We like the no haggle pricing (like CarMax) but DriveTime, in my opinion, had more reasonable pricing. (Earlier in the day we looked at two vehicles at another dealer but I was not happy when I found out that the price quoted didnt include dealer add ons like nitrogen in the tires, etc..) Nicole was our sales consultant and was very outgoing and cheerful, and we test drove three vehicles, two within our price range and one somewhat above (at Nicoles suggestion). We selected a 2017 Ford Focus with lower miles. There were no surprise costs (dont forget the price on the window doesnt include sales tax and MVD registration (DriveTime does all the paperwork and the license plate will be mailed to you)). Though they dont have Car Fax, they had a similar service (Experian Auto Check if I remember correctly) which is similar.One note of caution: Dont be shocked how expensive a Repair Warranty costs so decide ahead of time if you want to purchase one for $2 to $3 thousand or self insure. Overall, a very nice buying experience and I would shop there again.

Awful! First off Rebecca had a major attitude when we walked in. My one year old son went up near her desk and she literally scooted away from him. We did the thing online where you see how much your down-payment would be and the actual amount was no where near the amount it said online. The car was a little over 14,000 and she failed to tell us about all the extra charges and that the actual loan would be for 19,000 dollars. So we bought a 14,000 dollar car and were winding up spending way more then that. The car had issues right off the lot too, the air conditioner setting would be at the face, but it would be blowing air at the feet. And then when we had it for a couple weeks the motor mounts went out. Which they most likely knew about and didnt want to fix and were hoping we would make it past the warranty so they wouldnt have to pay for it. Never getting a car from drivetime again!

Be careful when buying a used car from Drive Time, they sell cars that have been in accidents, and they dont provide you with a Carfax report... and I already know the lame response Im going to get, they will say they arent required to provide a Carfax, thats why Im doing this review, do your homework before doing business with Drive Time, dealerships WILL provide you with a Carfax free of charge, wonder why Drive Time doesnt, seems like they just dont careI find it odd that you say you have a report that says the car I purchased hasnt been in an accident and we were told when we were going through the information from your salesman that the car we bought had never been in an accident and we were never given an Experian report, yet I have a Carfax report that says it has.. I got the Carfax report from a dealership that provided it to me when I was going to trade in the car I purchased from youThe response from Drive time is a lie, I was told by the salesman that drive time doesnt provide a Carfax report, that is up to the buyer to research, and the salesman told me that the car I bought was a fleet unit from a rental company and it had been taken very well care of... remember these people are used car salesmen, the most unscrupulous of them all... I will never buy or recommend that any one buy a car from them

Found a car at this location that seemed to check all of my boxes. Initially tried to use their in-house financing option only to find out that even with a very high credit score, their interest rate was 18percent. Arranged outside financing and showed up at the location with a check in hand. Car was totally misrepresented from its advertisement. Was missing at least one key feature. Condition of the car was mediocre at best....none of which was disclosed either in advertising nor through conversations with the salespeople. The sales person I was working with seemed personable enough but as soon as the road blocks appeared, he did not even attempt to offer any type of solution. A very poor experience.

After driving a 99 Mazda that was on its last legs, I was able to get into a 2015 VW Jetta with Rebeccas help! After being preapproved for my down payment, we spoke a few times over the phone and she along with her incredible manager gave me a (more then generous) trade in offer of $300 on my Mazda and I was able to drive off within two hours! The whole process was simple and easy to understand, they took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was walking away happy. I cant recommend them (especially Rebecca) enough! As a first time buyer, I genuinely couldnt be more happy, confident and proud of my purchase.

Horrible experience made the vehicle i bought sounds so wonderful all because everything was over the phone and they took advantage of that... Bought the car had it 6 days in total to only find out they sold it to me with a blown transmission... And when told about it was told non the less it is a used car dealership among other things wrong.. Took full advantage of the pandemic going and me not being able to even test drive the car.. In my experience i would take my business else where.. And gave them 2k down.

Wonderful restaurant. Excellent music, the coffee was hot and the wait staff was very discreet. The food came to my table so slow I thought it was Grub hub, but it was overall a fine experience.I didnt feel the pressure or neglect I commonly feel at dining establishments like this one, and as a bonus I left with a nearly new van that I badly needed. This is my second time dining here, and I will definitely return.

So just to let people know you do have a better choice.You did not tell me I could get my own financing it sounded like you were telling me that was the chose I had.I will be looking for better financing as soon as I can. I called Drive time on Wyoming Blvd in ABQ NM for a quote. I was very disappointed on the way their customer representative handled the call. He seemed not interested in helping and much less in making a sell. He gave me his email address so I could send in my documents, and I did but then I did not hear from him. I finally contacted him only to get very short answers from him. He was not freindly or customer oriented at all

I searched for cars for over a week and seen ads about drive time. I did a pre qual for Drivetime and was approved. I reached out to Eric Carson at the Wyoming Albuqurque location. I was astonished at the level of customer service. Eric was able to square me away, had my car and paper work ready to sign when I arrived from out of town. In and out in about an hour.
