Called Mike in service to make an appointment to have the brakes on my 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6 with 50k miles checked. When I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube they said all of my brake pads needed to be replaced. I brought the vehicle in and a technician inspected the brakes. Rear brakes needed pads & the rotors turned- front were in great shape. Mike was great and had me out sooner than promised! Great experience.

Tyler Ray is the man! Thanks to him, Im the proud owner of my first car: a 2006 Toyota Prius! Tyler proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable, understanding and patient above all as he and CJ, who was responsible for my billing, allowed me to take the adequate time to obtain my drivers license after putting a down payment on the vehicle. After doing lots of research and looking all over town for a dealership that would get me the financing I needed: Fiesta Subaru was the answer. I am a young adult with limited credit history and was in the market for an affordable yet reliable used car. My partner had recently purchased a 2020 Forester from the Santa Fe Subaru Dealership. I loved her car and I have always wanted a Subaru for myself. I bought my 2012 Outback last month and I love it so much. Already taken it camping, hauled a workbench, and I love my commute with heated seats! It is all I wanted and more and Jerry was excellent and made the process easy. I was able to get financing I need and a price I felt comfortable with. Upon purchasing the car some issues became apparent, upon calling the dealership they were reassuring and took care of me. I brought in two Subarus for oil changes first thing in the morning on 9-27-21 and on 9-29-21. Both mornings, I dealt with service advisor Xavier Gutierrez, who was great to deal with. Both mornings the vehicles were taken in quickly, the oil was changed, air was added to the tires and they did a complete multipoint inspection test. I have always used the dealership for oil changes and all other minor and major service work since I moved to Albuquerque, NM. from Vermont. Dealing with Burlington Subaru in Vermont was always at best questionable, as I had numerous issues with them over the years. That has not been the case since I moved here twelve years ago and I will continue to use this dealership and I recommend them to anyone else for work.

Put a deposit down on a vehicle, salesman Tyler didn’t like what I had to say. Wanted to refund my deposit (because I’m pending sale to another dealer for my current vehicle, which by the way was supposed to take place this morning) I told him no, that i never asked for a refund. Clearly I want the vehicle if I put a deposit. Asked to switch salesman and I take a look at my account this morning… guess who got a refund? I have never seen such a rude group of salesman, so UNMOTIVATED to sell a car to a serious customer.Bad business, will DEFINITELY be calling Subaru of America and fiesta corporate.Definitely would NEVER recommend Fiesta Subaru or Tyler as a salesman. Let me also make it clear that I was never once rude to the guy.

They did not have the brand of the tires that were on the car (which were only 3 weeks old) but they did have a new tire which came with the original vehicle. Crooks! I bought a used Subaru Forrester from Jerry Janis (Do not work with this man) back in 2018. When closing on the sale he said that the vehicle had a clean car fax and he said the car had never been in an accident. He gave me another car report and he didnt say anything about it, but as I was reading it, it showed that it had one accident reported. I asked Jerry whats up with this? It says it was in a accident? And he just shruged and said he didnt know Maybe it was a parking lot finder bender He said. Well after owning it for 3 years and always noticing it had a lot of issues popping up, one after another, each one costing at least $1000 to fix each time. I went to trade it in. There I learned that it did have a accident reported on it, A severe one! It got T-boned on the driver side and the car fax had it reported. So it seems that Jerry knew about this, and Subaru repaired the damage and put it on their lot to sell before the report hit car fax. I over paid on the vehicle considering that it didnt have a clean car fax and feel taken advantage of. I will NEVER trust or do any business with the Subaru dealerships in this town again. These people are crooks, do not trust them.

We were from out of town and our 2020 outback needed the 24,000 mile service. Called Fiesta on Monday morning and had a 10:30 am schedule the same morning. Our service rep Xavier Gutierrez handled every detail with the upmost professionalism. He called to verify our pre-paid basic service plan was acceptable and handled all the paperwork. If you’re trying to buy a car I highly recommend you talk to Abraham, he was very nice and explained everything about the process and was very helpful when explaining the features on the car as well. I really do recommend if you’re looking for a car, Fiesta Subaru is the way to go.

I wish I had found their service center sooner! I had been having issues that a different service center refused to address - these guys got it done expeditiously and professionally.The fact that they have a Lyft service available for when you drop your car off was icing on the cake!

Work was done quickly. Service Consultant Xavier Gutierrez showed what work had been done, what had been checked, and explained that they had increased tire pressure to manufacturers specs adjusted for higher altitude, which differs from what is listed on the drivers-side door frame.Thanks for the car wash-- after a vacation trip last week driving through Canyon de Chelly, Monument Valley, Goosenecks S.P., Valley of the Gods, Mesa Verde and towns in between, the car needed it!

This is our first Subaru and we love it! When we took our Ascent in for an oil change, Xavier was helpful and competent. At other service departments it usually takes so long for service to be done that we left the car, but Xavier called and it was completed by the time we got home! Abraham was very professional and helpful through the whole buying process beginning with the emails and phone calls. I drove up from Roswell, 200 miles, for my appointment time and the car was ready and we promptly signed the paperwork.
