Made an appointment, was quoted for a detail and clay bar treatment. At drop off was told it would be an extra 120 with no logical explanation of the price difference. Won’t be coming here again.Also stole phone charger and rummaged through contents of glove box during last visit.I’ll be taking my car to HCA for a more professional experience at $100 less for the same services

My car was absolutely filthy. Food ground into the carpets, I had a soda explode all over the center console. Been meaning to have it professionally cleaned for ages and finally got it done. Couldnt be happier with my choice. I should have taken before photos but the after photos show the quality of the detailing. Car looks like new. Will definitely be back.

I went there with my truck not knowing that in order to do a good job they take >4hrs. I had somewhere to be in 2hrs and they did a great job of squeezing my car in and making it look beautiful in the amount of time I gave them. I would definitely go back and give 4+ hours for them to do an excellent job again.

This place is legit and professional. I visited this place twice, the first was to remove water stains on my auto body and second time was for interior (fabric) cleaning. Superb job on an engine bay detail/head lamp renewal. Dont neglect the engine bay, keep it clean!I was also informed of the other services they provide. For two and a half years we had a horrendous perfume smell that we could not get off, we tried everything. I needed the outside of my company truck washed and since I couldnt get a receipt from a do it yourself car wash, I contacted the owner (Anthony Valle) who was willing to work with me on a price since all I needed was a simple outside wash. He was reasonable and did a GREAT job. Whatever he used to clean the outside made the dirt, grime and bug guts come off. I dropped my car off with them and due to some unexpected rain they had to keep my car a little longer. This has to have been the worst service I have ever had. Not only did I have to give them the vehicle for the Whole Day, I had to return the next day for them to redo the service because of areas that were missed. I get home and realize that the floor mats are ALL missing. I call them in the morning and after having to convince them that I wasn’t lying about it. That’s when they agree to replace the mats and that they would order them for me. Now after dealing with multiple calls and visits to get this straightened out, they still haven’t gotten this resolved after almost 2 months. As a disabled vet it is too difficult to get around which is the reason I went there to begin with. I would never recommend their services again.

Perfection 1 did an excellent job detailing my SUV. I had really let it go over the course of a year and they made it look immaculate! The paint on the hood of my vehicle looked like it was fading and was very dull before going to Perfection 1. I thought I was going to need a new paint job. Anthony informed me about how a buff could help restore it. Sure enough to my surprise it was restored and the color was vibrant again! The customer service also by the Perfection 1 staff was excellent. I appreciate all that they did for me.

We went in for last minute detailing in the afternoon and they were able to fit us in no problem. They dropped us off at a local movie theater while the car was being done which was really nice, but ended up being a bit of a pain. They gave us an awesome deal and did an amazing job considering we have a husky and his hairs were EVERYWHERE. The car looked and smelled brand new which we really loved. The owner was very nice and explained the whole detailing process and even gave us tips for caring for our vehicle in the future.The only problem was communication. Once our movie was over, we were stranded so we needed to know whether to buy another ticket or if our car was almost done. We called twice and texted without reaching anyone so we sat in the lobby and waited. It took them 40min to update us saying they were only halfway done. Uber’s were all far away and expensive so we called a family friend to come pick us up. Some more communication errors led to our car being dropped off at our hotel even though we weren’t there because we were still waiting to hear if they were going to drop it off there and instead of letting us know, they just did it when we were on the other side of town. We finally got our car very late into the evening, however we were very pleased with the results so any past frustrations were quickly appeased. The car looked amazing inside and out. The engine was sparkling, the inside was gorgeous, and it smelled lovely. Besides the communication and confusion, we really enjoyed our experience with 1 perfection auto spa detailing.

Made an 11 year old SUV look almost new. These guys got dog hair our of the carpets that no one else could. They are meticulous! Only complaint is communication - dropped the car off around 8am and was to get it around 5pm. Car wasnt ready until almost 8pm! If theyd have told me that I could/would have made other arrangements. But for this, would have given 5 stars.
