Giving this company 1 star is more than they deserve. I went in on Friday to get my windshield repaired. They told me it would take an hour and a half. I waited for 2 in a half hours to get it done. I also got charged 50 dollars more than what I was quoted. That was my fault I guess that it had sensors I did not know about. I took my vehicle home and waited the 24 hours to take the tape off like they asked. When I took the tape off I noticed that my outer molding was lifted up.*see picture. I took it back to them for them to tell me there is nothing they can do about that its just cosmetic. This is a brand new car 2019 chevy cruse and it was not like that when I brought it too them. They absolutely refused to do anything about it and that is an issue. I would not go back here and I hope no one goes there that wants their car to remain in good condition. I will be going to the dealership to get this fixed and I will be talking to my attorney about who is liable for the cost.

After a few years of putting it off I finally got my windshield replaced. Looked up a few places and landed on these guys. The service was friendly they seemed to be busy. Im very happy with what I got. The only issue I thing was there were a bit in accurate on there time frames. I was there for almost 2.5 hour when the guy said only about an 1.5 little bit longer than my lunch hour can allow. It got done though and looks great.

These guys (and gal) are awesome! Needed a windshield replaced on my Kenworth T680, I called multiple places and they were the only ones with my windshield in stock! In and out in less than an hour! I suggest you bobtail here, though you can squeeze a trailer in if needed. Will definitely go back here!

I’m a happy returning customer. Got the windshield replaced on my camper van, now tinted my Mercedes and going to bring the camper van back for window tinting. Arturo is a good person to deal with and their prices are reasonable while keeping high quality work.

Astro installed the window tint on our Nissan Maxima. There is not a bubble anywhere after curing. Not even on the back window around the defroster strips. They work fast and clean and have friendly front desk staff. Their waiting room is clean and the furniture was very comfortable. My wife reported the womens bathroom was super clean and wonderfully decorated. Check them out- you will be impressed!

Great service! Very friendly and welcoming. Had a busted window, they vacuumed and fixed the window in less than one hour.

They did everything they told me they would do when I made the appointment. I was able to speak to a real human to set up the replacement of a window regulator, got in within a day vs 2 weeks out at a chain place. It did cost more but well woth the extra care and ease of service. As an extra plus, I forgot the credit card I wanted to use at home. I gave them another and they held off running it until I called with the card I preferred about 40 mins later. Couldnt have done that at a chain shop. Definitely recommend them.

We were driving our motorhome across New Mexico and a rock flew up from a semi truck and cracked the windshield. The guys at Astro Auto stopped what they were doing and immediately (crew of three) worked on repairing the damage. Amazing. Such expertise and hospitality. We will never forget that kind of service.

This company keeps requesting me to give them a review couple different times now.We have never used this company for any services. Only requested them to give us a quote for window replacement that they were over priced for.I will never use a company services that doesnt even know who their customers are or refuses to answer a note to take care of false review requests.Shows they could care less who their customers are, just want reviews to make them look better than they really.Will this settle your review request you keep sending me when not a customer?

Affordable, quality, same-day service. We called a LOT of other places. None of them had same day appointments. These guys had me out in less than 2 hrs, for under $240. Thanks Astro.

They replaced my windshield and the HUD is extremely blurry to the point I cant read it. They said it was the correct windshield for my car and they would have the owner call me,but never did.

Ive been here twice recently to get chips in my windshield fixed before they could turn into cracks. Initially I was going to try a place closer to my location, but they wanted to charge me over double what Astro Auto Glass did for a very small chip, so now I just go to Astro right away. In addition to repairing it quickly shortly after I arrived each time they are professional and courteous, would highly recommend them.

Margarette and her team are very professional. They where on time and performed quality, on-site windshield replacements on our company vehicles. I highly recommend them.

From beginning to end they cared, Eddie, Rebecca, Dominic, and Margarete cared about the shower door project we had. Most others tried to slam the highest quoted installed shower door. They gave me dufferent shower door options and worked with our budget to make our bathroom design come true.

They were open for business in spite of the pandemic, which was good. the people were very nice, they took care of the crack in my windshield quickly and had me on my way. i didnt enjoy the one person trying to engage me about our last president (im a scientist, and not a fan of someone who denies science). but that was minor, in general a good experience.

The staff, especially Dominic and his brother are very friendly and helpful. They even squeezed us in for an appointment after I forgot to call and confirm. Lobby is clean and comfortable. Techs took their time and did a great job. Weve taken two vehicles there in the past month and will definitely use them again.

Great work! I tried tinting my own windows and paid for this mistake (lol!) So, I had nano-ceramic tint installed in my car by Astro Autoglass. Margaret and her team did an amazing and professional job. They made my appointment the next day and had my car done on the same day. Very happy with my 2013 Dodge Charger and I highly recommend them. My friends will be taking their RV and 49 Dodge truck to have their work done. Astro Auto Glass replaced my smashed RV front windshield. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The work was well done. They kept us informed throughout the process and did provide the insurance carrier needed information & estimates. Astro glass did expect me to prepay for the glass and left me to obtain reimbursement from my insurance. Took me about 6 weeks to be reimbursed. At over $4,000 I was anxious. Although not planned, we ended up with a week to explore Albuquerque..

I blew out a window next to my patio by having a mushroom heater too close. Astro Replaced the glass pane quickly and better than the original contractor. The folks who installed my window were pleasant and caring. Price was low and reasonable. I would use Astro again for car or house glass replacement.

Worst experience in tinting I have ever had the displeasure of having. I have a 2004 Honda CR-V that I had tinted not once, not even twice but three times. They messed up my first tint job so bad I could see dirt in almost all of my windows that clearly after 5 days didnt go away. They apologized and tinted it again and subsequently did an even worse job. They left cuts in the tint and did not even replace all the tint in windows that had flaws and were brought to their attention. On the third and final tint job they still didnt retint the windows that had flaws, replaced my driver side window tint for the third time and left it foggy to the point I am unable to safely see my rearview mirror. They left crumbled up and discarded tint in the backseat of my car. They didnt thoroughly investigate their quality of work even though after the 2nd tint job I had the owner of the shop investigate and apologize to me. I will never go back and I will never let them touch my car or any of my friends and families cars. I paid them over 400 dollars for a brand new tint job and all I got was headaches and another 300 dollar bill to pay a more reputable tint company to replace their atrocious work. Save yourself the hassle and money and go somewhere that actually appreciates you as a customer.Edit: Ive included photos of the work done on all 3 different tint jobs. I included a picture of the tint left in my car and the liquid they let run down the backside of my trunk door when doing my tint.Also I will ensure that this comment isnt taken down by the owner. I am a verified customer and if it is taken down I will be filing a complaint.

That was a great experience. I called, they took my car in a half hour later and an hour after that I had a new windshield. They were polite, professional and I would go back there in a minute.

Astro Auto Glass is excellent! My car window was shattered on Sunday morning, and by Monday morning, my window was replaced and tinted (which they did as a luxury). They were very communicative with my insurance. They finished the job at less than 2 hours. They were so polite and professional, I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I drove down from Alamosa, Colorado because the local glass shop didn’t seem to be able to get the right windshield and kept canceling our appointment. Astro Auto Glass was super helpful when I called and did an awesome job replacing my windshield. They assisted with all the insurance company claim requirements as well. I will definitely go back the next time I need a replacement. I love that it’s a woman owned business, too!

Wouldnt go here again for tint. I got my car windows tinted and they had done such a horrible job the first time, the film was folded at the edges, alot of air bubbles. I waited the 3 days for it to cure, yet, it was still all there. Went back and they only fixed the two front windows. My back windows still have the folded film and scratches. Would not recommend. I would recommend they slow down and get it right the first time.

Fast, cheap, LOCAL and dependable! We waited for a week at safelight which I explained on another post Astro glass fixed my window and windshield same day when safelight could not! We also get our chips fixed here which is the cheapest we found! They are all super friendly and very helpful!

If you need to have your windows tinted do yourself a favor and got to Astro Auto Glass. Professional and spot on with customer service. I have been using this business for three years and just had my third vehicle tinted.

Come here if you want a new winshield and to pay an 300 dollars to fix your leather seat.The new windshield seems to be perfectly fine however immediately after I got back in the vehicle I saw that there was a tear in my passenger seat. I talked to the manager about it and she said she would review the cameras and give me a call back. She never called back and when I called her 2 days later she said the footage was now deleted and she hadnt seen anything. My seats were all in perfect condition beforehand and I wish I would have never came here. Beware if something goes wrong!

I had a mobile appointment scheduled for Monday at 3:30 pm. The tech never called or showed up. I called Astro Auto Glass at 4 to check on the status of the appointment and it went to voice-mail even though they are supposed to be open until 5. I left a message and never received a call back. I picked Astro over two cheaper companies because of the good reviews. Instead, I will go with a company that actually wants my business.

My son took his car for a windshield and as he started to leave he saw a hole in the passenger seat. He asked to see a video for proof that the employees did not puncture the seat. They refused to show him the video and they said that the video was deleted after 24 hours. The owner wont admit that it happened at their shop. When I called, the manager very rudely told me that he would not talk to me and refused to have the owner call. Then he abruptly hung up. I do not recommend doing business here.

I got my 2014. Gmc. For a windshield and they saved me money by asking me if i wanted to go thru my insurance company. I didnt know it was even covered . i would highly recomend .

The customer service at astro glass was amazing ! I got my 2018 jeep renegade with the ceramic tint . there was some haziness but it cleared out after a week. Id totally recommend astro auto glass again.

I visited Astro Auto Glass on two separate occasions; once for a new windshield installation on a newer compact car and again for some window moldings on a classic car. I would definitely recommend this shop for both the services I received as well as any of their other versatile services. I emailed them for a quote over a month ago and no one ever called me and then I get an email asking to rate their service.....I thought it was a joke. So....poor quality and waste of time.

I want to thank Arturo and his staff for excellent service. My car was broken into and the front drivers window demolished. Arturo had to special order the glass. He called me as soon at it came in and promptly installed it. In addition his staff remounted the back seat that had been ripped out by the thief.

We were on the highway and something ricocheted up onto my windshield and made a huge chip in it! It was last minute searching and I found these guys! My experience was phenomenal! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable of how inconvenient these kind of accidents can be. Wasnt expensive at all!
