We needed new windshields for two cars so I called a number of shops for pricing. ASAP was the most affordable and was also willing to come to the house and do the work. The installer was running late (understandable - end of a long day) but rather than cancel/reschedule he made the extra effort and showed up late in the day and worked past a typical closing time to get the work done.There was an issue with the rear view mirror on one car - a plastic tab that secures it broke when he installed it on the new window and the mirror wouldnt stay in place. However - once I let them know, they went above and beyond to find and install a replacement mirror. They respected my desire to have an OEM (vs. aftermarket) mirror and they were able to source one at a reasonable price.*They didnt charge for it - they just made it right.* Knowing how much a new replacement mirror from Nissan was, I was happy to let them obtain a used (but in excellent shape) mirror as a replacement.Well go back anytime we need auto glass/windshields and Im looking forward to having them tint the windows on one of the cars.

They are low price and excellent at what they do the best. Theyve never had a problem installing something for me.

Took my truck too put a window on door they broke the outside sleve i sent the owners pictures the lady working the front looked at it said too get ahold of the owner he did no even atemp to get ahold of me or make it right!

Have been here before to both locations, at both locations I received speedy, precise service. Three different vehicle, different makes and models. All taken there and were reasonably priced. Three star chip fill ins included! That was the winning tidbit right there. Will continue going through them, and sending people there way.

If you want excellent customer service, go to ASAP Glass on Eubank. On May 14 the side window on our Ford Transit van shattered while in a construction zone. Multiple appointments were made with Safelite on Jefferson between May 20 and June 30; however, each time we went/called we were told they could not get the glass. We finally contacted ASAP Glass on Eubank on July 6 at 4pm. We took the van in at 8am on July 7 and the glass was replaced in less than 4-hours. Again, if you want great customer service and timely results, go to ASAP Glass.

Found these guys a couple years ago when I needed a new windshield. The price was so good, then realized they do tint so ended up getting front two side windows tinted, again for a good price along with professional spot on job. So recently I decided to get tint strips across lower and upper part of the windshield. Once again the price was right and job well done and within a reasonable timeframe. Walter and crew are very nice, friendly and professional. Definitely would highly recommend.

Had a friend passing through who stopped for the night. In typical Albuquerque fashion, his car was broken into. We went to another glass company to get it fixed and they would not allow him to leave his trailer ( the size of a motorcycle) in the parking lot. They told him to park it on the street. This is Albuquerque, that trailer would have been stolen sitting on the street. The other glass company also said they might be able to get him in at 2 Might be done today. He was traveling with his family, two cats and a dog. They did not budge on trying to help him out so he could make it to his new job in North Carolina.We stopped by ASAP on the way to drop off his trailer at my sons. ASAP let him park his trailer, was almost half the price and put in him first in line so he could get back on the road. The entire staff was friendly and bent over backwards to represent the side of Albuquerque that no one gets to see. This city is known for everything bad and they at least brought a little light back.

Do business with them through my employer. Wouldnt recommend waiting around outside for your car to be finished (at least until they finish the remodel) because they can be bus-y! Always curteous, always efficient, just bring it in if you have a roof rack on your truck!

Called asap glass for a replacement window in my camper, expecting it to be quick because we were going on a camping trip. They came out to get the pattern for the window. The day they were scheduled to install my window they called and cancelled because they made the wrong pattern, we left on trip with no window only to discover it was the correct pattern. Called and informed them the window was right, scheduled to come back out to install windows, only to be informed there was no tracking, which should have been discovered by the WINDOW REPLACEMENT guy. Now they are telling me I have to pay the camper manufacturer for window and tracking not sold separately, telling me the owner will call me that was 4 days ago, refusing to refund the 250 00 I paid to have the window replaced and 5 weeks later😡😡😡

OH MY WORD!! What can I say that other satisfied customers have already said about ASAP Glass. One day in March of this year (2021), I needed a window replacement on my one year old 2020 Chevrolet. Called several places to be told that it would be a week at least to get in a window with shipping price included in window at a price so high, I could get a set of new tires at the dealership. Seen a ad in a local magazine that had ASAP Glass. Called the number and boy was I greeted with a very nice Hello from Juliana. From the start, she was friendly, caring and helpful! Customer service was EXCELLENT! Right away she told me that my window would be ready to install the next day at an awesome price too!! With chip fixed and warranty included with receipt to show. I was shocked to know that a replacement would already be there so soon!! I told her that I will take that window and my car would be there the next day. I did see several negative reviews about them, but I moved forward with the window replacement.I can tell you, the ppl who worked on the window did an EXCELLENT job too. From the time driving up to leaving, ASAP Glass was awesome. They were busy, a promise time of when it would be done was no worry, because I needed that new window! I just cared that my cracked windshield was getting replaced. There was no place to sit, decided to window shop since there were stores in that area within good walking distance. LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!!!Dropped off my f250 @ 7am for side glass and tint replacement. Price seemed reasonable so I had them replace the tint on the passenger side as well. Lets see how the tint lays out.update: tint on both sides needs to get redone. Sucks All the Bubbles did not go away and when I opened my windows after three days this is what I found. So I asked for the tint money back and one tint removal.$40+10. Walter the owner did not want to refund the 10 for removal But now I have to pay to have someone else remove their tint. Plus lost time to redo. Should have believed the 3.7 review. WALTER THE OWNER EVEN HUNG UP ON ME. HIM NOT WANTING TO SEE THE PICTURES TELLS ME SOMETHING. STAY AWAY!!!

Fast and cheap. We lost a window on a 2003 Toyota Highlander in a smash and grab and ASAP actually had one available and did it the same day. Even my insurance agent was shocked when I told her how much they charged me. I would go back again but I hope I dont have to.

This company is not cut out for repairs on foreign cars. They managed to break the windshield that they replaced and when I wanted to get it fixed they only offered me times to work at their own convenience. How ironic! They also left my rearview mirror dangling. Very unprofessional! When I let them know I would be going out of state and needed them to repair what they did not fix originally. They told me they would not work with me and I would only be able to bring it in at their own convenience. Let you know this was a week after they had made the original replacement. This is not a professional company, you would pay your sketchy uncle for the same service I received from them! Do not recommend!

We made an appointment for 3. We wait around for a half hour and they still have not started and cant tell us when they can begin the work, only that it will be an hour and a half after the start. What is the point of making an appointment ? The place was dirty and not a place someone wants to wait around. One surely would not want to trust leaving their truck with work tools while they got around to it. Lots of options out there, choose someone else.

Was quoted an hour and a half to get my passenger window replaced. Waited in their lobby 3 and a half hours and wasnt told what was happening with my vehicle until I spoke up about it. Was told the original window they received was scratched and had to get one from another warehouse. They werent very friendly and have horrible customer service. Dont go here unless you have an entire day to waste. Spend the extra money and go to Safelite or any other glass repair shop. If customer service is important to you, it will be worth it.

Today my father and I took my 1991 ford bronco for a new windshield... the windshield was great. However upon inspection we realized there was a significant dent in the hood which was unusual as we video inspected it & the paint job is less than 2 weeks old. It was my fault for not inspecting it onsite however we were greeted with confrontation and denial upon return without hearing out our question which indicated to me that they were prepared to see us again(not cool)... I am deeply regretting making asap auto glass our top choice for auto work. again... they did a great job on the glass, but need to work on their professionalism and eidetic... just a fact.we will not be returning, nor will we be referring anymore family and friends to asap auto glass on Eubank as they have been our top choice for years. very sad...

Best place to replace windshields in town

Had to get my passenger side window fixed after someone threw a rock into it. I called at 8am when they opened and told me in come in at 9am. The people were nice and they even cleaned up glass that had shattered onto my carpet, it did take about 3 hours so expect to wait unless you drop off your vehicle.

They have done good work in the past when I had to have replacement windshield done. Be sure to schedule, they are a busy shop.

These guys work quick - they repaired my broken car window in two hours and it wasnt even an expedited service or anything. Hoping nobody breaks into my car again but in case they do, Im coming here again first thing.

I had a broken windshield and was looking for an affordable quote to get a replacement for my 2007 Ford Focus. Most other places like SafeLite and other big names wanted around $250 to $300 which is a little out of my price range considering Im a college student. I called ASAP Glass to get a quote and the woman on the phone gave me a quote for $154 including labor and tax so I knew I couldnt pass that up. I was a little skeptical on why this place was so cheap but honestly the quality of the windshield and work performed is exactly like it was done at one of the higher end places you commonly see. I would recommend this place to someone looking to save money.

Many times I have used this Co. Both residential and automotive. I have never felt cheated on price or quality. I do wish they had a more inviting building.

The women at the counter are very rude and one of them even cussed at my wife! They lied to us and informed us that there is the only one tint color that any company will have and no one will match the factory privacy tint. Which we just got a 2020 four runner and we wanted the front two door windows to match. They didn’t call LHM Toyota of Albuquerque to let them know so they could inform us that it wouldn’t match. Now that we got the four runner back we wanted the tint off and they are telling us they are book for three weeks when LHM called them yesterday and they got them in right away. This place is a total scam and very unprofessional like what customer service cusses at their customers. I will never recommend this business to anyone. We called Horizon Auto Glass and they told us that they have the tint to match the factory privacy glass. My advice never go here unless you don’t care what they do to your vehicles. Please for your own good and so you don’t have to spend money for some service you won’t be happy with at all go somewhere else than here. I even asked for the owner to give me a call so we can discuss our issue and I have yet to her from the owner. So if the owner see this please call me the lady in the front has my contact information please call me.

Here’s my experience with this company. I purchased a windshield from them a few years back for the best price available in town. That windshield is holding up well - which is why I gave two stars instead of one.Fast forward to May 19 of this year - I got a new windshield for a different vehicle and two weeks later the windshield cracked instantly from the smallest rock chip, ever.I contacted ASAP to see if they would do anything and the girl on the phone said no. I called my CC company to discuss options and they reached out to the owner who said he’d be willing to help me out.I called immediately and spoke to the owner, but he was still unwilling to help further since I had already had the windshield replaced again by TechnaGlass at this point.Bottom line, I get that glass is fragile, but I have to assume they use a bottom-shelf glass to cut costs. The owner swears they are all the same, but I don’t buy it.There’s my story - decide if you want a rock-bottom cost install (this place) or a competitor who is a bit more expensive but offers unlimited lifetime chip repair and a good one-year warranty. I’ll personally never come here again.

Never replaced the broken actuator clips for the driver side window they broke. Easy window replacement. People are mindless.. didnt pay for the mirror adjuster switch bracket driver side. That alone was 69$ for a single panel click to hole my mirror control to my dore panel. Then again with my 98 GMC. Windshield leaked like.no other. I would not go through ASAP Auto Glass 😒 I would buy the glass and window and do it myself.. I love and respect my vehicles and family as cherished. I dont want someone else working on my vehicles ever again. Im still waiting for a call for my money back.Love the business, but someone should not be working there. Sadly!

Was leaving town the next morning when our trucks passenger window had the rollers break and fell down into the door. Called after hours, the owner answered, promised to help us first thing in the morning and did just that! We were able to leave only a few hours behind schedule instead of having to cancel the entire trip. Price was reasonable and employees/owner were extremely professional and nice!

I brought in my 2002 Toyota Avalon for a windshield replacement. Fair prices, nice employees, and great work! I appreciate their flexibility to work me on changing my appointment times. I was in and out in less than 2 hours.ASAP Auto Glass also did work on my Chevrolet Trail Blazer back a few years ago when they had their San Mateo/I-40 location. The work was great then too.

I appreciate their quick turn around and offered me the option of their mobile service that would come out to me. They ordered the glass at 11am, go it around 1pm, got everything done by 2:10pm. With the short notice and them having lots of customers, it is fairly awesome they were able to help me out immediately.

My car had been broken into in the late afternoon. Asap not only had the best price, and a beyond friendly staff, but was able to get me in an hour before closing and fixed it within 30 minutes, where as the others would have had me waiting til the morning. Put me at ease i didnt have to leave my car sitting on the street with no window. A life saver for sure

Worst service ever!!!! They will lie to get your business. I was told I had a lifetime coverage for rock chips as long as I keep my receipt. Went in less then 30 days after my windshield was installed and now I’m told I only get 3 free chip repairs. Kayrine is rude when I explain that’s not what I was told. She then tells me it’s written on my receipt which it was not. I guess this explains why I was told something different upon purchasing. Extremely rude customer service and I will never use them again. I can’t believe they would have her working with customers. I would give negative stars if I could.
