Michelle the owner went above and beyond and came and picked me up at home so I could have my vehicle back sooner! The windshield was installed professionally, looks great, and it was a reasonable price! Highly recommend!!

Why am I limited to only 5 stars?!? Great experience with a local business. They replaced my cracked windshield. Starting with the call to schedule the appointment and finishing with the explanation of how to care for the windshield, they were friendly, courteous, and professional. And, the fact the price was very reasonable was an added bonus!

TLDR: Dishonest, knowingly voided my warranty and scratched my car, but refuses to repair damage.I was referred to Access 1 Auto Glass by the Subaru North Dealership. The Subaru employee, Ronelle, who referred me to Access 1 told me I could not get my windshield replaced at the dealership. This was absolutely not true, as the Subaru dealership manager later confirmed to me. The Subaru employee Ronelle is friends with Michelle Gebler owner of Access 1 Auto Glass, which is likely why she insisted I go there. What follows is a description of how Access 1 Auto Glass voided my warranty and damaged my property, and is currently refusing to repair the damage. Don’t get mixed up in this scam like I did!!I took my Subaru Crosstrek to Access 1 Auto Glass to get my windshield replaced. I spoke with Michelle a couple times before dropping my car off, and Michelle ensured me that the work would not void my warranty – this included using factory glass and having my eyesight technology recalibrated. When I picked up my car I noticed that the glass was covering my VIN number. Michelle said they put the wrong size windshield on my car and she would need to reorder and fix it. I drove my car straight to the official Subaru North dealership, where the service manager took a look at the windshield and was shocked. Not only did Access 1 Auto Glass cover my VIN number, but they also left a huge gap on the left side of the windshield, installed aftermarket glass – which voided my warranty. The Subaru dealership service manager also informed me that only Subaru dealerships can perform recalibration on eyesight technology, and the recalibration done at Access 1 also voided my warranty.At this point, after Michelle was so dishonest and provided such low quality service, I did not want or trust her to fix the job correctly. Thankfully the Subaru service manager replaced the glass and recalibrated the car for me free of charge.This is not the end of the story though, when Subaru took the bad windshield off my car they noticed that Access 1 Auto Glass had left a deep scratch in my car. I called Michelle to tell her about the scratch and asked her to fix it, which she refused to do because “I didn’t let her fix the windshield mistake she made.” How does that make her not responsible for the damage she caused? It was telling that Michelle never at any point denied making the scratch. Michelle also tried defending herself by saying that I never requested factory glass, which is a lie, as I asked her several times to confirm that the work she was doing would not void my warranty. Michelle also argued with me about her ability to recalibrate Subaru eyesight technology; she is adamant that she can recalibrate without voiding the warranty. She even asked me “why can I recalibrate other people’s vehicles and not yours!?” This is completely false information as the Subaru dealer confirmed that she cannot do this work without voiding the warranty. She obviously is not an expert in her field if she does not know this, or she is just lying to people, knowingly voiding peoples warranties.Michelle is dishonest, and does not take accountability for her mistakes. You can always tell a person’s/business’s character by how they handle making a mistake. Michelle is one of the best people I do business with. We had a rock hit the windshield in our 2020 Explorer and it cracked out. Safelight glass told us it would be two weeks before it was available, it wasn’t Ford glass either. The insurance really wanted us to use them; this is why we don’t. I called Michelle. She not only found the glass here and available, she set us up for THE SAME DAY. It was done faster than I thought possible, recalibrated and ready to go. As always, she went well beyond what was required. This is why I will not use anyone else for our glass needs.

This is a great local shop. Excellent service done in a timely manor. Flexible times for appointments. Their prices where fair for the service provided. They even let me curl up on their couch with my book while I was waiting. I felt very at home and was treated very kindly.

I had a small chip that needed to be repaired. I got estimates from a national brand franchise for $99. I called Access1 Auto Glass and they quoted $25 for the first chip and $10 for each additional. They got me in immediately and had me on my way in under 30 minutes. This is a locally owned business which is reflected in their outstanding customer service! I highly recommend Access1 Auto Glass!

Professional And Quick!

Acting upon a referral from a friend, I contacted Access 1 Auto Glass when the windshield on my vehicle suffered a crack. The shop is local and owned by a woman, Michelle. She is knowledgeable about auto glass replacement, refrains from using after market parts, and was extremely helpful throughout the process of having the windshield on my vehicle replaced in a timely manner. In addition, she helped me with filing the insurance claim and got the job done much faster than she had quoted me.

Access 1 Auto Glass did a great job and charged a fair price. I needed a windshield replacement that day, and I had to use my lunch break to find a shop. So I was feeling stressed. Great shop. They know what they are doing. I had them replace the windshield in my 1989 LeBaron convertible, and they did the research to find the windshield, and installed it the same day they received it. Great communication, and concern for doing the job right. Will definitely go to them again for any auto glass needs. The woman who owns Access 1 told me she had been in the business for over 20 years.

Has bad experience with ASAP auto glass, windshield was leaking. ASAP fixed it, but decided not to go there anymore. Found these guys that were not expensive at all. They replaced windshield, tinted side windows. Great and professional work. They take the car in and you get it back once its done. Very nice job. Thank you.

Highly recommend, I got a bunch of quotes and all were similar, what really made the difference was that they helped with the insurance even though I didnt think I wanted to go that route, saving me at least $100 and they were the only ones that offered to give me a ride to work, which really helped. Also, job was done well and on the same day as my call, very impressed!

I drive an old car - a 1989 Toyota - and recently had the passenger window blown out by a rock launched from a weedwhacker.My fiance had it at the time and his work (where the accident happened) is covering the cost of the repair. He ended up going to several places that all gave him the run around before he ended up at Access 1. They kept telling us that they didnt make the glass anymore and acted like it was ridiculous to want to fix a car that old. I love my car. I could own a different one but I love it and I get very defensive when people insult it.Access 1 was the only place to give him a straight answer. They told us we would have to find the passenger window (but they could get the windshield) and to make sure it came with the brackets attached. I found one and ordered it online and when we called to get a quote on repair costs the woman remembered my fiance and our predicament.The insurance company cut us a check so we could reasonably go anywhere but there was no question - Access 1 earned our business.
