Good ice cream, customer service could be better. MADE A MISTAKE ON BILL AND INSTEAD OF LISTENING she just charged the improper amount. Didnt apologize and closed the window and I couldnt hear what was said. The girl who waited on me was new and she also tried to tell her and wouldnt let her make the adjusment.

The ice cream is good and the price is alright, but theyre never open, despite what the sign and the hours posted here say.

Slow but great taste right across the street from a basketball court and everyone is nice

I give 4 stars only because my daughter and myself wanted Superman Ice cream ( cant get it anywhere else except Tiffanys and it made us sick) and they were all out, so my daughtee then ordered Rainbow Sherbert and they were all out of that. So we eventually settled on cherry dipped cone for me and chocolate dipped cone for .y daughter. They were good however had to have a cup to enjoy our cones due to the instant melt.

Its not the same Kenmore freeze I remember

Ive cream was great. Their selection is great. Only two people ahead of us in line yet the wait painful (15-20 minutes) Fix this and real lines will form.

Best ice cream around. Glad to have it back open. The workers are hard working and friendly. The portions are VERY generous. Try the blurry, you wont be disappointed. Give this ice cream a try, you wont regret it!!!!!!

I had a upside down banana split. It came in a clear cup. Ive never had one in a clear cup.. It was beautiful. And it was delicious!! Im Definently coming back. The people were very friendly.

Very slow, no menu yet and a bit unorganized still but the ice cream was tasty. They took out the picnic benches as well but there are a few seats on the side of the building. I believe its still a work in progress... I think they will pull it back together ;) Glad to see the return!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! So glad my childhood favorite icecream shop is open again. Everything is fresh and tasty.

Looks much nicer now but portions are incredibly small. My 17 yr old grandson ordered a 2 scoop cone and received what looked to be a Baby cone. Honestly. He reminded them that he paid for a 2 scoop cone & was told its all there. I dont like to write negative reviews but owners need to supervise how product gets delivered at the windows so they build a strong repeat customer base.

New owners reopened Kenmore Freeze. Right now, they only have chocolate, vanilla and twist. The lady who took our orders said they are working on getting more flavors, probably in a few weeks. I am not sure when they close for the season. Maybe they will be fully operational by next summer. I hope so!

This place is fantastic since the re-open.. the staff is still linda figuring things out. However this place uas been great so far. Ive been there three times this week. Keep up the good work.

I went there for the first time with my kids and Husband. We waited in line forever. We finally got our ice cream and when I sat down to eat mine there was a bug on the top. I took it back and asked them to remake it, at first one of the girls said she would just scrape the bug off the top, I said, no I would like it if you would just remake it please and she did and then when they brought it out to me, it was already melting. I knew that going for ice cram in Kenmore wasn’t going to be the best experience to begin with anyways so I wasn’t really surprised with what I got. Won’t be going back there.

They know how to make banana split eith vanilla and chocolate ice cream but forgot strawberry ice cream goes with it but otherwise in that is still good.
