It’s been nearly two years since I bought my car, but I never got around to posting a review. Thought these guys earned it!Smaller business, and you can tell they’ve saved on overhead by running out of a cheaper location. Fine by me! Meant I got the best possible price. They had just moved to a new warehouse, and joe got in the passenger seat with me as we drove the car out on the ramp. Having never driven down a ramp like that before, and afraid of hitting the fence on the other side, I turned too early and curbed the wheel. Easily the most embarrassing moment of my life. How was super kind, and apologized profusely for not pulling the car down myself. Made me feel much better. He even had the wheel repaired at no cost to me. These guys work their tails off.Anyways, the car’s been great these two years. Really appreciate it, and I hope you guys are doing well!

Terrible, cheap, and shady establishment. Only a matter of time before they have to close their doors for good. The owner obviously has an uncontrollable temper, and can’t take negative feedback very well. There comes a point when one has to stop pointing the finger at everyone else, and start taking responsibility for their actions. This owner will unfortunately learn that the hard way.

Very pleasant experience. The salesperson Was not your typical high pressured car salesman .I traded my car for AMG S 63. It was as advertised price were very fair. The trade price they gave me for my car was a very fair as well. Will use them again in the future. Definitely not pretentious like the Mercedes dealership.

Called to ask for the carfax on an M5 I was interested in. I was told that they didn’t provide the carfax... later found out the M5 I was interested in was a BUYBACK LEMON. No wonder they don’t provide the carfax. They are SHADY, cheap, and their inventory is junk. Now I see why their ratings are so low. I also love how combative and angry the owner gets in his responses to negative comments, he even threatens to “Prosecute” those who leave negative reviews. News flash Mr. Genius, only a prosecutor can prosecute in a court of law. I think you mean that you’ll sue for defamation, in which case, you’d lose, because only false accusations will hold up in a defamation case. No one reviewing this company is making false claims. I’m a pretty good attorney, buddy. I wish you’d try to sue me for defamation. I’d love to waste your money!

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had in shopping for a car. I was interested in purchasing the Mercedes S63 they have. Called and spoke to a horrible sales person called Joe. He epitomized the worst stereotype of a used car salesman. Told me he would only allow me to drive it if I was ready to buy it today. It was the worst interaction I have ever had with a car salesperson. Best of luck selling high value cars with such an attitude.When I asked to speak with the owner or get his contact info he refused to provide it. The absolute example of an anti sales person. They just lost a potential sale.

Recently purchased a BMW from Westwood Motors. Joe was very helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. It was my first time buying a used car, specifically long distance, so I was a bit nervous and hesitant about taking such a risk. All I can say is that my car came to my door exactly as was described online. It truly is such a beautiful and clean car. Bought my car and an extended warranty here. Couple years later my car had a catastrophic failure of the turbos. No big deal, I have an extended warranty, or so I thought. Turns out that this dealership didnt turn in the paperwork for my warranty or pay the warranty company despite me paying the dealership for the warranty. I called and talked to the dealer who claimed that they had no records of my car. So, I paid $3k for the warranty that was never filed and Im out an additional $15K to fix the car. Time to lawyer up, but Im disgusted that I even have to.

Very nice place to buy high end used cars. You can find low mileage BMW’s here. They carry high cars only, at least the last few times I was there.

Joe was very amicable, but a hurried man on the phone, very busy it seemed. His cars seemed beautiful and well priced. However, I was uncomfortable sending a $70K check to someone I never met and then hope the car I bought would make it to my house. If you are comfortable with that then this may be the dealer for you. I was burned on eBay for far less money doing this. ESCROW payment is not accepted and unlike most dealers deposits are NOT refundable. So keep that in mind before moving forward. I wish his company was within driving distance maybe a deal might have happened. My lost deposit was a small price to pay for lesson learned. Best of luck should you decide to roll the dice.

Wow! I cannot believe the selection of cars that Westwood Motors has. I stopped by their dealership and was amazed by how new their used cars look. I spoke with an older gentleman there (dont remember his name), but he was very straight forward with the best price and helped explain to me more about the Mercedes GL I was interested in. Westwood let me test drive the car and after that the car was sold. I filled out the paperwork and was out of there in less than an hours. It was so easy and I cant stop smiling at how great of a car I have in my garage for such a great deal. I highly recommend anyone to check out there inventory and see for yourself that theres few used car dealers like this out there. Could not be happier with my purchase!

Purchased a BMW 7 from Joe from Westwood, very positive experience, we did a video walk thru of the car by WhatsApp, very detailed with photos and video, no surprises other than the car courier was 1.5 days behind the delivery schedule. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from Joe at Westwood Motors and recommend without hesitation.

Took deposit. Never stated non refundable, then tried to keep, then tried to pull scam to keep, on damaged?/recall?/take back? car BEWARE, OF THERE DEALINGS. I FELT RIPPED OFF AND VERY DISRESPECTED. THE OTHER REVIEWS SEEM TO REFLECT THE SAME. I WOULD PAY WAY MORE FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE
