Super honest and a pleasure to work with. Mike was great. It was my first time at Texas CARS, so I was apprehensive about how honest they would be. I asked for a general look-over of my car, in preparation for a major road trip hauling a trailer. He could have made up all kinds of problems. Instead he only proposed work which I already knew needed to be done. And he gave me a great price. In addition, in his estimate, he included an alignment, which is typically needed after the type of work I was having done. Turns out the alignment was not needed and so he didn’t do it. He could have lied about this and done it anyway just to increase the final bill. Instead I ended up spending less money than I expected. I definitely recommend Texas CARS

The men here were great which I was so grateful for. I purchased a cash car(2006 Honda Accord)which I thought had a few minor problems. I spoke with Mike and was so knowledgable and honest about the repairs I may need. Took my car here and they found alot of safety hazards problems with the car, as well as put new motor mounts on the car. They were able to fix everything at a good price which other automotive shops were charging me double the price. This is my new home to get my car repair

Micheal is amazing! He is the only person I will allow anywhere near my cars. He’s always fair and never tries to get over on you. It’s beer professional and the turn around time is always great. I never have to worry about if I’m getting repairs done that I don’t need because he will tell you flat out what you need and what you don’t. When other places have tried to get over on friends I refer them to micheal and great always comes through. I would recommend him to anyone. I have been going to him for a very long time and I’m never disappointed! Thank you micheal!

I am so fortunate that I discovered Texas Cars many years ago when working in an office building that they routinely serviced. I have left that building and that job, but I still continue to take my car to Texas Cars. I dont want anyone else to work on my car. It is unlikely that I would be able to find a repair facility that provides a better customer experience and does quality work. I have been bringing my car to Texas Cars for 6+ years. They have done everything from oil changes to more extensive repairs.I have an older car that is still running strong. Texas Cars is the reason why. I wont have to buy a new car for a while because of the great work this facility does. Their prices are fair and the mechanics are good.Joey, the Director of Operations who interacts with the customers, is excellent at what he does. I cant imagine anyone better. As an example, he noticed a minor problem that I knew I had but forgot to mention to it because I had more pressing issue. It was addressed alongside my more pressing issue. Thats going above and beyond.

Texas Cars have been awesome to me and my car for many years. My car is older and needs lots of TLC so we see them fairly frequently. They are honest, and thorough and explain to me what needs to be done, what should be done and NEVER try to sell me. Last time I saw them I told them I needed my brakes done and they took a look and told me my brakes are fine.If you need a mechanic- go see them, give them a try and you will sleep better at night next time your car has a bad day...

I brought my car in assuming I was having issues with the transmission or torque converter, they were able to check find out it was a much smaller issue. Super friendly and professional and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Would definitely go back

CARS has been the place where we go to get all our family vehicles worked on for years now. They always do a great job, never do anything unless it is necessary, and do it all for a fair price. Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but we have found one in CARS.

I’ve been using Texas C.A.R.S. For a few years now and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Recently, I had another chain shop tell my girlfriend she needed new brake pads and possible rotor replacement because they could be damaged, but I knew that couldn’t be the case, so I told her to take it to Texas CARS for a second opinion. Joey was straightforward, honest and told us that only one set of pAds really needed to be replaced at the time and that there was absolutely no damage to the rotors, saving us hundreds of dollars. This is just one example but these people are the most honest, qualified, and fastest working in the business. Don’t waste your money elsewhere!

Excellent service and great guys to deal with! So I noticed that there was some fresh spots of oil in my garage and thought dang, whats happened to my car. Called and they gave me a time same day, that morning in fact, that they would pick my car up from my office building to check it out for me. They arrived on time, called me a couple of hours later and said the leak was from a defective seal in the oil filter and that they replaced it for me under warranty. Then, they delivered my car back to me, no charge to me at all and problem fixed. Thats what I call service and they are always so nice and helpful to deal with. So glad I found them! By the way, theyve taken good care of my car for over a year now. Never any issues and always dependable to do what they say and in the time frame I need.Thank you Texas Cars for making car care so easy!!!

Thanks to Joey Juan and the entire team within hours they diagnosed an issue three other shops could not and had it fixed in a few hours after that. These guys are top notch in almost every way imaginable.

Their pickup/drop off is a luxury and Michael is a prime example of reliability and trustworthiness.Original 2020 review:Michael and everyone at Texas CARS are top notch! I just moved to Texas and Michael was able to get me in and out for my required inspection for registration within 30 minutes as a drop in during my lunch break.I also needed my windshield replaced eventually, and received a quote from them substantially below what Safelite wouldve cost me. Just had the replacement done today - they came to get my car from my home/dropped it back off, new windshield looks great...and they mounted a front license plate bracket for my front plate, to boot. I am a customer so long as Im in the Dallas area! They are communicative, fair, and so nice to work with!

OMG! Joey & Timothy totally Rock! They picked up my car to diagnose & repair an electrical issue I had with my third brake light. Within just a few hours Joey called me back to say that my car was ready. He explained exactly what they did and how long the repair took. They also recharged my a/c system and Timothy noticed I wasnt getting much airflow in the car so he took the blower off and cleaned out dirt and leaves. The air blows much better and I appreciate the extra step he took to go above on the customer service. Excellent service and I now have a new mechanic!! I HIGHLY RECOMEND!!

I have used this shop for several years, for regular maintenance and repairs on my 2006 Ford (but one I keep as its generally in good shape, and paid for!).The shop has been consistently good quality, fair pricing, does not try to sell repairs not truly needed, and are attentive/friendly. I will keep going back to them for future needs and recommend others check out this shop.They also offer a pickup service for your vehicle if nearby their shop, so I dont even have to worry about getting a ride to/from the shop for the car!

I own a Nissan Maxima. I took my car to the Nissan dealership and they wanted to charge me this ridiculous price for repairs. So I declined Nissan offer and I ran away from the dealership fast as hell. Later that day, I went onto the Next-door phone app and I announced that I was indeed of the best and most trustworthy auto repair mechanic. About three hours later I started getting responses to my post . Two of the responses was from Micheal the owner of C.A.R.S(Texas Cars Auto Repair Service). At first I hesitated because anytime a woman goes in for auto repairs it tends to be horrifying when it comes to repairs/pricing. My previous experiences has been sad needless to say. LOVE this company! It is so convenient working in Addison because they will pick up my car while Im at work, do all service, and return by the time I need to leave work. Ive been having Texas Cars service my Kia Sorento for a few years and am 100% satisfied with every interaction. They dont try to upsell me and usually just do the service I asked for and let me know of anything they see. They come and pick my car up while Im at work and bring it back the same day so its super convenient. Pricing is also always very reasonable; the bill is usually smaller than I thought it would be. Highly recommend and tell all my coworkers the same.

I just want to share my great mechanic with you all. I’ve had two BMWs serviced by this shop since 2008. They are the best in care and service. They’ve always offered to come to your house and/or place of work to do basic servicing or serious major servicing. They are best known for their corporate programs ( that’s actually how I learned of him years ago from the owner of my former employer who also drove BMWs).Mike, the manager, will fight insurance companies on your behalf and keep you well informed with documentation.He will work out payment plans with you and all. If you are in need of a new mechanic, he comes with my highest recommendation!

I use Texas Cars regularly. They are very convenient, but mostly, they are honest and dont take advantage of me because Im a woman. Lets face it, lots of car repair companies overcharge and claim work is necessary when its not, just because they are talking to a woman. Texas Cars does not do that. Service and price are always great and I get that unexpected things happen sometimes but when your service is based on picking up and delivering by certain times and you tell someone you will have their car back to them by a certain time....then have it back ON TIME or at the very least have the courtesy to let the customer know youre running behind. And maybe be somewhat apologetic when the customer calls to check on the car 30 minutes after promised time and tells you they need to get their child picked up and are a bit worried because their car is not back. It doesnt hurt to be polite or care!

Eddie was very helpful with my car service needs. He called and mentioned I was due for two other services and I really appreciated that he wasnt pushy about it. Amazing Job Well Done!!!I recently bought a used Dodge Charger R/T and the engine was bad and needed work. The dealership I bought it from didn’t want to help AT ALL , same with the third party warranty company I purchased said I couldn’t make a claim. Joe offered to help me out, I took him my paperwork from the dealership and he made some calls, he talked to the warranty company and was able to have them grant my warranty to cover my repairs. I am very thankful for Texas Cars LLC! I was told by other repair shops that I needed a whole new motor which is crazy!!! These guys tore down the motor and found out what the exact problem was and fixed it right! I am back on the road and my car is better than before! Y’all will see me again for any car repairs!

Ive been using Michael and his team for the past 11 or 12 years. I recently moved to Mississippi and Im having problems with my car. Guess where Im taking it....back to Texas C.A.R.S.

It was the last day of my vacation with my family, on the next day I had to meet up with the buyer of my van from repokar car auction, but my van broke down. We towed our car at this place while we were shopping. The van was driving again and we payed much less than expected.
