Mo was very helpful. This was my first car purchase by myself and I came in from out of state so. Mo made me feel comfortable checking out the car in person and walking me through the purchase process. The car looked just as good in person as it was online. I wish the financing department was a bit more patient with me but I understand as it was a nice Saturday outside the day I had come to visit and it turned out to be a busy day. They were still very helpful. The team was transparent through the whole process. most cars in their inventory come at a fair price and low mileage, they know how to pick cars for their inventory. I bought a 2007 Saturn with 60k miles back in August of 2020. I gotta say it was a pleasant buying experience overall. You can tell that these guys are up-and-comers and are very personable, Arslan is a hard-working salesman. He didn’t offer any wiggle room on the negotiation of price because of the pandemic, his exact words were “all prices are fixed due to COVID-19,” but the car was so reasonably priced to begin with that I didn’t even mind. The car drives perfectly no flaws, I had a mechanic check it out after I bought it and he was impressed with how well it had been taken care of. He said that the coolant hoses should be replaced and stuff but that was do to the age of the car, nothing catastrophic like major oil leaks or anything. It’s kind of sad to see 1 star reviews saying they feel like they got ripped off, because I don’t feel that way at all. I love my Saturn, and I’m happy to leave an honest review. Pleasure doing business with you guys!

I had a great experience. A small honest family business. Ive dealt with so many sleazy car salesmen and crooks, but these guys are awesome, perfect price, great condition on used cars and very open and honest service. Ive bought 2 cars from them (audi and mercedes) so far and he went above and beyond my expectations in assisting me with the process. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Arsla sold us a car that was not properly inspected. After 10 days and less than 700 miles, the transmission died. He refuses to take any responsibility. He hung up on me when I called him. Do not purchase a car from him.Buyer beware. The BMW dealership told us that the sensors were reset just before we purchased the car. Purchase at your own risk. So many so many other TRUSTWORTHY places to choose from.

I bought a car from them a couple weeks ago, only because I desperately needed a car. The car’s price was $400 more than it was worth according to 3 auto websites. The glove box was broken, one window doesn’t roll down, there was damage to the side mirror and lower front. the brakes needed to be done and the car sways when I drive over bumps. the owner would not negotiate the price, and was very rude and short with me. if I had more time to look for a car I would’ve gone somewhere else. do not buy a car from here.

Omar was fantastic to work with. They were much less hassle than dealing with a major dealership. Only issue I had was scheduling an appointment, since the website I viewed the car on did not mention they show viewings by appointment only. Thankfully, I work nearby and they were very polite when I knocked on the office door.

Really nice and reasonable prices on the cars. But i would call ahead for whichever car you want to see because it takes a long time to pull the car out. I made the unfortunate mistake of not calling and had to wait 15 minutes for the car I came to see to come out since it was in the garage. Really good service. at the moment the office very setup, but that is something in progress apparently. You are getting what youre paying here. Really honest guys (not usually the case with pre-owned dealers). Told me all the faults of the car up front. Which were minor things. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND!!!!

Ive never had this kind of buying experience because no one can buy cars like Arslan. I got a 2007 CTS with 16,000 miles for a very reasonable price. I am the envy of my neighborhood in Wheaton, at church, and at work. Arlan is very personable and customer service is very high. (ex: There were originally two keys/fobs with the car, and he paid $160 for a replacement of the lost one. Also, he gave me tips on replacement parts (OEM vs after market). He also allowed me extra time after my deposit on the vehicle to negotiate with credit unions.) I am an unbiased source, here, and Im telling you this is the guy you want to buy a car from. Sure, he has his stipulations and rules, but hes clear about them and goes that extra mile with you. Great dealer. Great price. Great car! Ha, ha, ha!

They advertise on Craigslist in the sale section reserved for private owners to avoid paying dirt cheap listing fees. For that fact alone, I would never do business with them. If someone is too cheap to pay few bucks to list a car and is willing to con the website administrators, what can you expect when it comes to real expenses on the car? Liar is a liar, no matter how small or big.

Bought a 2004 VW Jetta from Arslan. Found Mr. Umer to be very accommodating, patient, knowledgeable and forthright. We were shopping during a snow storm (timing, huh?). Arslan allowed us all the time we needed to test drive, ask questions, bring the vehicle into their garage, let the snow melt to do our version of a thorough visual inspection. He provided us with service records, Carfax and a full accounting of the vehicle while in his possession. He made us feel very comfortable with the purchase and we have no hesitation in recommending CMD to others.

I bought an Acura cl from them a year ago and they tried to lie to me about rust on the car when they had rust in the picture on their website. It has since resurfaced and the poor paint job and bondo is pretty blatant to see yet they still denied it until I showed the salesman the old photo from their online ad. They also refused to mention that the subframe had substantial rust on it which broke a month after owning it. They had claimed to of fully inspected the car which either means they were too incompetent to realize how bad the rust damage was or they merely refuse to acknowledge it and outright lied to me. When I reached out to them after my mechanic had brought up the issue with the frame to me I had spoke with them and they refuse to do anything financially to assist due to the fact it was sold as is which is fair but on the other end of that they had refused to tell me about the damage to the vehicle when I purchased it which is why I hold them at fault. It is partially my fault for taking them at their word but it is also majority their fault for not telling me about it as well. Either way these people run a shady business and I would steer clear if you are looking for an honest group of people to deal with. *EDIT* They claim i brought a mechanic with me but it was my father who merely checked basic fluids before buying. This just further proves my review that these are dishonest people that you should not deal with.
