AWESOME car buying experience! Cant believe I just said that. John was incredibly pleasing to work with. I highly recommend giving these guys a look if you are interested in buying quality cars. I have had my car for 2 months now and I have zero complaints. John and staff are genuinely some of the nicest people you will meet anywhere. This is what car purchasing should be like everywhere!

When it comes time to buy a car, usually my stomach goes in knots just thinking about the process of wheeling and dealing and then sitting for hours as they process the paperwork. Of course, that comes after all the haggling and the back and forth with some invisible manager in the back. But not here. It was Great! If you know what you want, then buy it at Southern Sun Motors. You find your car, you look it over, and you take it or leave it. And the paperwork is quick and easy, just as it should be. I knew everything about my car before even getting to the dealership, then looking it over simply confirmed it. The process was so painless. I know well be buying another car some day, and when we do, well be looking at Southern Sun Motors.

I would definetly recommend that place for buying a car. John is very helpful and hes doing the thing the right way. You have no pressure to buy. His cars are very clean and in good condition. You can test drive it and paper work is done very fast. Good experience, thank you John!

Probably the best car buying experience Ive had. very clean cars. cars inside a small warehouse. no pushy salespeople. The cars are like they say they are- no surprises. my favorite thing though is that they will fix any known issue with car...how many dealerships do that? so happy with my 328i- thank you Southern Sun!

They sold me a complete trash 2009 MINI Cooper S, claiming that it had no problems. Every single fluid in the vehicle was ridiculously low, I had to replace the spark plugs after having it for one week, replaced the clutch kit, including flywheel, after less than a month with only 63000 miles on the vehicle, I have to replace the mass air flow sensor, the tires are almost bald, and who knows what else is wrong with this car? If the car has problems, you should just be honest about it.

Awesome staff!! Great selection of vehicles. Quality choices, not just any vehicle off the street. Prices are very reasonable. I used USAA to purchase my vehicle, drove 5 hours , ,paper work was ready , test drove it, signed and back on the road. Thank you Kristin Bienvenu you were very helpful.

Buying a car is one of the most intimidating things in the world to me, I guess thats why I put it off for 10 years. I didnt want to purchase a new car and have it depreciate as soon as I drove off the lot. So a friend suggested I check out the website for Southern Sun. When I researched what seemed like every website on the planet, and compared prices, they were lower than the same models at other dealerships, I thought they were too good to be true...and Ive never been so happy to be wrong! The cars were immaculate, and Kristen, Michelle and John were honest and straightforward about prices, condition of the cars, and the car history. Kristen was like working with a friend, gave me honest advice, and went the extra mile around my schedule. Michelle worked with the financing, and got a payment under my budget. Ive ended up with my dream car, without sacrificing my budget, and I smile every time I drive my car!

I bought my passat 09 last summer 2016 from this place & let me tell you this the employees are extremely nice ppl and the owner is amazing person too.I bought I great car they gave me such a great deal I couldnt be happier. Guy deals in his off time on Fridays and Saturdays, doesnt know a thing about the cars he is selling and cant seem to stop interrupting people asking him genuine questions with his tryhard alpha male gym jock sales style. Wouldnt buy a car from him even if they were in acceptable shape, which quite a few are really not.When I got there to look at the vehicle I had my eye on, I had to snap 3 body pieces back into place when I did my first once over to look for minor dings and scrapes. I had to reapply the bumper cover which was hanging off the front passenger side as if it had hit someone.ALL in all of give this place negative stars if Google allowed such. You would certainly be better off buying through Craigslist or under a rusty bridge.

Dis Honest Rip off artists!! They obviously dont pay their bills because they screwed my out of $106 lousy dollars for two tires that I sold them (John Scott). I charged them $20 for the two tires, it cost me $106 to ship them and they still havent paid me. Pretty bad when you purchase $10ea tires to put on your cars then you dont pay. I wouldnt trust them as far as I could physically throw them!

Pros-------Price was goodFixed the problems found during inspectionCons-------- Initial Price is good but watch out for added fees like Admin fee, License Transfer Fee, Documentation Fee. I would say only one is valid but these are non negotiable- Car was not ready for pickup, Sales sticker still on, not washed, had to wait 20 min to get it cleaned-Gas tank was completely empty with warning light on, had to go to gas station immediately after pick up- John the owner has very poor customer service, in addition to above, he nickels and dimes you, initially he said I could pay $500 on paypal for the deposit, since I gave him a check I asked if I could pay $500 of the rest in paypal and the answer is NO. I wanted to pay in cash again that is not allowed, it has to be a cashiers check which he is not willing to pay for. He says I can pay cash but it has to be the next day when he is there, he had told me he was going to be there for pickup till 5 but he decided he had to leave early and I dont have the luxury of moving appts to suit his schedule.- After the sale, I find the right rear window doesnt roll up, I send him an email and he doesnt even reply, not saying its his fault but was wondering if he could do anything, should not have bothered- He also told me a spare key costs $149, and I was stupid to believe him as I find out it actually costs $280.- Overall a very unpleasant buying experience and I will never buy another car from them.
