The overall buying experience was very efficient and the atmosphere was relaxed. The process was by far 5-star. The reason for the 3-star rating is the product.The truck I purchased was an 07 Dodge Ram with 140,000+ miles. The test drive didnt reveal anything and cursory inspection was unremarkable. I noticed a bit of rust, but due to the area, that was expected. What I didnt know was the extent of that rusting as well as the attempt to cover it up (black spray paint). I have had a few issues (brakes, tie rods and front/rear differential problems) that seemed to reveal more issues. I am unsure if the coverup happened at this shop or before, but the result is the same.All that being said, I absolutely love this truck (this model, not the problems) and I have made it my project now.TO ALL IN AUTO: I would like to discuss the information you emailed to me and why it doesnt match the condition of the truck.PLEASE CONTACT ME AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE.

Saw a car listed online, went to go check it out. Before I did spoke with Brendan on the phone, really cool guy. Gave all the info I needed and the whole process was very clean and stress free. All the guys who work there are pretty cool too, and I feel the experience was more relaxed as in my choosing. It wasnt like if you went into a dealership and they tried to convince you into buying the car, it was completely on you to make the decision. In general I say excellent service and will definitely be going back here in the future.

The general manager, Shawn, is extremely helpful and friendly. They also include a 3 month/3,000 mile powertrain warranty with every vehicle purchased!

They’re not in it for “a quick sale”, they wanted me to be happy with my purchase so I can (hopefully) be a repeat customer. So apparently my review was deleted?I bought a vehicle from this company in March. I’ve had nothing but issues since then. It’s now 6 July and I still don’t have a title. I can’t drive the truck I bought. Shawns response was “keep driving it. I don’t think they’ll give you a ticket”.Getting any answers is like pulling teeth and questions are met with disdain and what appears to be annoyance.

This was one of the most professional and respectful environments of automobile sales that we have ever experienced. The entire staff was attentive in a non-hounding way. The sales representative was down to earth and honest. I as greeted with care from the phone call to the ride in. Like the bottom customer my review was also deleted. Bought a Hyundai around February, week later transmission was near done for, brake pads needed replacing, back tire was apparently damaged, gas tank leak, oil leak, brake discs replacing, random check engine lights, alternator failure, and now will have to drop more money on the gas gauge sensor. Have dropped more than 1.5k on repairs in such a small window. Keep in mind my car was claimed to be carfax approved. These guys know exactly what cars they’re selling. Do not gamble on these cars here you’re better off playing it safe and shopping someplace else. If you’re shopping here you might as well go on OfferUp, you’ll probably find something better on there to be honest. Worst first car experience for a teenager.Response - 200k miles? Wrong customer ShawnIt was a 2006 Hyundai Azera with 142k. You did not inform us about any problems with the car so I do not know where you got that from… Just 3 weeks ago from today my accelerator pedal got stuck while driving.. 80+mph in a 45, 911 had to be called.. blessed to still be here. I think shawn is losing his touch. I went to test drive The 2007 Audi A4 And immediately noticed the check engine light. He instantly reversed it with a joke and said he thinks i broke it( yet i hadnt even drove off) Now keep in mind Online they advertise that their mechanics fully inspected this vehicle and its ready for the road. So most of us are Hesitant to buy or finance through dealers because of deception and false advertisement. Bottom line it was the timing chain wich costs between $900-1200 on this vehicle. He refused to repair it and didnt even try to negotiate with me or offer me a deal or even show me another car.. Just said he would send it back 2 auction(where they just bought it from 3weeks ago) Or would sell as is. Moral of the story these dealers know exactly whats wrong with these cars before they sell it. I did my research on everything and he knew he couldnt get one over on me and everytime i called him out on something he didnt really even have a rebuttal because he knew i was sharp. YES WOMEN ARE EDUCATED TOO SO STOP LOOKING SURPRISED! Sincerely a dissappointed Customer👎
