I was looking locally and online a long time to find a car that I liked. When Net Motorcars came up with a 2012 VW Eos, low miles, Red with Black interior, I knew Id found my car. I thought I was possibly crazy though. I live in the NW corner of WA state. They are in Chicago, a good way across the country. I called and talked with Michael several times. He answered all my questions. He even Face-timed with me and gave me a detailed walk around of the car, inside & out. Sold! My Mom joined me and we flew in to OHare, bought the car, and spent the next week on a road trip, driving it 2400 miles back home. Car ran great and never had an issue. Because they had the exact car I was searching for, I flew from Atlanta to Chicago to make the deal. It was worth it! First, these guys have some amazing cars, and it is evident they buy only cars that are in excellent condition. Nick, our sales person, was an absolute pleasure to work with, and it is immediately obvious that he loves what he does. While signing the papers, I asked about the toll roads I would encounter on our drive home. So, Joe goes to his office and returns with a bag of change and proceeds to give us $8 in quarters! I’m a very cautious buyer, but I was quite comfortable through the whole process. We love our car.

Never thought I would purchase a car based on pictures especially a vehicle over 12 years old, but Net Motorcars made be feel comfortable in making the decision. Chris the salesman was very helpful, never pushing for the purchase. I asked if I could have an outside person inspect the vehicle and Chris encouraged it if it made me more comfortable with the purchase. Also I had a question and Chris wasnt available and the other sales rep handled it as if I was their customer. I recommend them and think they are a trustworthy business.

I was looking across the country for a certain Honda Ridgeline and I came by the one that Net Motorcars had in their inventory. Keep in mind I am in Alaska and their location being in Chicago there were a few obstacles to overcome. I emailed them late that night when I found it. Nick and Mark contacted me first thing the next day and made the entire process an absolute breeze. From quick responses, FaceTiming me so I can ask specific questions about the truck and see it more in-depth to working with my bank here in Alaska to assist in the loan process. Heidi always puts the customer first! Shes efficient and transparent. She was very much concerned with us being satisfied. I reached out late Thursday night and by Friday morning I had a hold put on the car. She had the financing man Louis reach out to me and we set it up. Louis was awesome too. He gave me many options and was kept re-running the numbers every time I changed my mind or asked about a different scenario. We were out in 1.5-2 hours total because both of them had everything ready to go (probably would have been quicker but I was indecisive on how much putting down so we had to go get a cashiers check).

At first I encountered a little issues that Michael the boss quickly solved, Michael promise me that I can hold him accountable to his word and he did hold up to what he said so far Im a happy customer. Poor customer service! When I’m looking for a car to go with the new home I just purchased. Immediately I was asked first how was my credit before they asked for my name strike 1!Strike 2: I wanted to test drive a second vehicle and the vehicle was parked around multiple vehicles which meant they had to maneuver cars I found the owner himself complaining to the sales rep about having to do so which made me feel very uncomfortable if it were my business I would’ve moved as many cars as it took to get the sale.Lesson learned, I’ll never purchase another vehicle from a mom and pop shop. I’ll stick with the big brand dealerships.

I had a great experience with Net Motorcars. I live in Florida and purchased this car long distance without a hitch. I told Mike the make, model, and choice of colors and options that I wanted. He found the perfect car for me, for the right price, in about a week. Mike emailed me detailed pictures so I could clearly see the condition of the car. It was much easier and faster buying this way. As opposed to going from dealership to dealership to find the right car, and then when you find the car waiting several hours for the paperwork to be completed. Not that way when using Net Motorcars. The paperwork was overnighted to me with a return paid envelope to return the paperwork. The company that Mike used to ship the car was great, driver called to give me an ETA, arrived on time, and the car was delivered right to my front door. You can feel confident in buying a car long distance with Net Motorcars.

Pickup was miss represented . Looked good in the pics. Salesman said it was in excellent condition with no rust. I put a $500 dollar deposit on it . They said if I didnt take it would get my deposit back. I drove 350 miles to look at a piece of junk . Rocker panels were starting to rust , the wheels were absolutely junk from rubbing the curb when they parked . The drivers side door panel was busted and pieces missing. Funny how they can hide all of that in pics . And I only got half my deposit back . Crooks and liers . .

Don’t trust this dealership, total scam and fraud, just want to share my resent terrible experience with this dealership. Salesman plying victims cards by blaming owners. I was looking to buy one of their refrigerator van which they initially quoted $8900 and over the time they changed price 3 times each time I was told by nick’s (salesmen) that ... “ Hey I’m sorry we can’t sell the van on this price since we now realize that we quoted low” .. I have been informed this just before closing the deal each time. And this dealership doesn’t know how to deal with customers very rude and unprofessional and greedy. Don’t waste your time and money be careful.

Before I purchased the car they raved about their customer service, transparency and quality of their vehicles. I purchased a used 2012 porsche cayenne. They told me how there were 3 people in line (pointing to their notepad) and how they have to call them back to let them know it was going to be sold. I didnt care how many people were in line - I liked the car and that wasnt going to change my mind. When they left the room I looked on the pad and of course they were customers for other cars --- yes they lied just to fool me. After they dropped the car off to me I wasnt able to properly connect my phone to the bluetooth but I tried for a couple days before I contacted them. The system would shut off and restart every time I tried to connect. I texted Nick the salesperson and he wanted nothing to do with the problem. He said it was because I didnt know how to properly follow instructions and something was wrong with my iphone (my brand new iphone11 pro). He said the engine worked and thats all that mattered. I asked if I could bring it in for them to look at since they also raved about their shop where they get there cars serviced and validated. He was very condescending and spoke to me like I was a young child. After we got no where I asked for the managers #. He said he would text me Mikes # which he never did. I have also asked 3 times now for the maintenance report that proves the car was in good condition with no problem. It has been a week since I purchased the car and they are ignoring me with no communication. Do not expect to get any help or respect the moment after you purchase the car and give them your money.

This is the 1st time I ever purchased a car online and being 1,000 miles away made this nerve racking with all the scams that are going on. I had been looking for a black Mazda Miata convertible for over 2 months and Net Motorcars had a 2007 with only 11,000 miles that had one owner, so I had to check it out.Danny was the salesman I hooked up with and he put me at ease right away. Danny took the time to answer any questions and send any picture I requested. We made the deal and the next hurdle was being 1,000 miles away getting the car here. Danny assured me they do this all the time and set up the transport to my house. I was still skeptical about doing this but once the trucker called while in route to confirm location, he started raving about this car how nice it was and the condition it was in.The car arrived 6 days after the money transfer and it was everything that Danny advertised it to be.I would highly recommend that if Net Motorscars has the car you are looking for it will be worth your time and most definitely ask to work with Danny.

Impeccable car buying experience from the minute I walked in the door! Salesman was attentive and listened to what my needs and budget was and found me exactly what I was looking for at an amazing value. The showroom was huge and clean and the fact that it is uniquely all indoors was perfect because it was raining outside but that didn’t impact us at all. Financing was smooth and took half the time of what I’ve experienced in the past. I would definitely recommend Netmotorcars to my all my friends and family and I’ll be back when it’s time for another car for one of my kids too!

My boyfriend and I purchased a 2013 Suburban from this company, which we are extremely pleased with. Jose was our salesman and he was attentive to detail, while not being over bearing. The entire transaction was really smooth, but if it wasnt for Jose, we wouldnt have purchased our vehicle from here. The owner of the company is, in my opinion, a pompous jerk. The owner is extremely lucky to have a sales team like he does. The only reason why we purchased our vehicle from here was because of Jose- and he deserved his commission.

My husband and I found a car online through Net Motors. We live 8 hours away from the dealership. We expressed interest in the car and received a quick response. The general manager, Mike, was very accommodating, helpful, and nice. He answered all of our questions and was transparent through the whole process.We drove the 8 hours from our house to the dealership to trade in a vehicle. Everything Mike told us over the phone about the new car was 100% accurate. The entire staff was welcoming and very easy to deal with. It’s a giant leap of faith to purchase a car sight unseen; however, Mike and his team made the whole experience amazing for us. The car is perfect and we were given a great deal on our trade. All of the financing was done in house making our experience very simple. I highly recommend Mike, his team, and Net Motors, no matter where you live. They will take great care of you! from start to finish!

The car we purchased was exactly as advertised. The data Net Motors listed online was helpful, extensive, and accurate. The photos gave a valid representation. The Carfax report provided more details plus I verified the accuracy. We have since had our local mechanic go over the vehicle and there we no surprises. Everything Net Motors said about the car was correct.The other half of the process was working with the salesman and the finance department. Every step allowed us to feel confident. My bank created silly problems causing Net Motors to rewrite the paperwork three times; there was never a complaint or sign of exasperation. When it can time to pick up the car, I had logistics problems so Michael, the General Manager arranged a ride. Frankly, don’t think I would have been as nice as these guys were. Lastly have to mention that the listed price was totally fair, eliminating yet one more potential hassle.I trust the guys at Net Motors and they will be at the top of my list the next time we need a car.

First of all I would like to say I’m in sales and I can not stand pushy sales people. DJ was wonderful he answered all my questions and went as far to take pictures of the SUV I was interested in with his phone because the vehicle just came in and there where no pictures up yet.We purchased a 2011 suburban with only 30,000 miles in mint condition with every single upgrade I wanted. Everything went great. We test drove it and when we got back they had the paper work ready for us. It was a little too fast for me but my husband loved it (he’s the bottom line type).We will be needing two more vehicles in the near future and this is where we will be going. All their cars are in great shape, they all look new without the price.I’m a hard sale and if I like them everyone else will too. Ask for DJ you will be glad you did.

First off, don’t even bother going to this dealership if the car isn’t more than $10,000. They only put the ones that are above that price range in the warehouse. I bought my 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan from Net Motor cars, I traveled 500 miles for this SUV. I THOUGHT I was getting a great deal till I asked multiple times to get the price of what the car is actually worth. Never did I receive the NADA quote, they said they would fix the rust on the drums before I made the purchase never did they fulfill this promise. So after a long day I decided to take a leap of faith and buy this 1,400 OVERPRICED SUV. 2 days after buying the SUV the engine light came on, went to my local Volkswagen shop to get it checked out. Only to find out that my entire catalytic converter had to replaced. Reached out to Net Motors to have this issue resolved as I paid for an over priced car with them KNOWINGLY SELLING A SUV THAT WOULD CAUSE ISSUES AFTER PURCHASE. Micheal and the financial manager refused to replace the part with a new converter which is what it needed. So I would 100% not recommend this dealership. They are not trust worthy, yes I did buy a beautiful SUV that was valued at 8,200 but I paid 11,200 because I HAD TO PAY THE COST OF THE CONVERTER THAT WAS 1,500$. Not trustworthy. They lost a customer that would have gone back next year to purchase another car. Don’t go here

Unbelievable quality of service and vehicle was like brand new. I flew in from MN to pick up the car and my flight got canceled. They not only offered to pick me up at the airport but came in on Easter Sunday to accommodate my canceled flight. Thanks to Chris for his unbelievable hospitality to pick me up at the airport and also gave up his Easter Sunday for me. That was going above and beyond big time. I drove home nearly 700 miles and the car was like brand new. They are 100% upfront and the car looked like brand new. They are classy people and the prices are the best you will find anywhere! I drove a distance to get there for my vehicle which tells you it was worth the drive. I couldnt find a similar vehicle with the same features anywhere nearby. They have a great selection, but I would definitely wait on the purchase until I see the vehicle in person. I had to deal with a few surprises but nothing major thankfully! Satisfied with what I got overall.

I bought my Nissan Rogue here a few months ago for a really great price. Everyone involved in the process was super helpful and kind. I found out there were a couple minor issues with the car right after I bought it, and their team fixed them both with no issues, which I was very thankful for. Definitely recommend!

Be careful with your hard earned money dealing with a guy named Colby total scam artist He will probably respond to this review calling it a fake review like he has in the past. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you reading this review. Stay far away from this shady establishment hidden from a busy street go to a bigger dealership. Only helpful before the sale. look at how many times this guy said fake review for every one star review he has gotten. My recommendation is dont go here.

The guys at Net Motorcars are great. They have broken the model of making potential buyers sit around the dealership for hours saying I have to check with my boss. They list their best price and you sign a few papers and you are on your way with a great car. Michael and DJ have restored my faith in the car buying experience.

Let me start by saying what a breath of fresh air this was to us. I so hate shopping for cars because of the pushy sales people, over inflated pricing, the haggling just to get a fair deal and spending your whole day at a dealership only to walk out with nothing or a sense that you just got royally screwed by them. Well let me tell you, Net Motor cars was the complete opposite! My wife and I walked in and were out in less than 2 hours. My new Beautiful 2013 mustang arrived and I love it drives like a dream !! They were so helpful on getting my credit approved shipping the car from Chicago to California ! Hi Dan, this is toney a. In January 2019 brought the 2009 mustang GT. Thanks for everything and the car. Look at it now....it has the Shelby Cobra kit ...inside and out. Had new mods put in it. Made a good choice in the vehicle....but I will recommend when purchasing a used vehicle... always purchase an extended warranty....nice cash price for both...now Im looking for another one. Will do biz w/ again....p.s...people stop me and ask o I want to sell my bad pony.
