We have lived in our house for 3 years.This company did deliver on getting our home set up by the time we needed it to, despite the last minute timeline.However, they did not know which lot we were going to be built on. Told us one lot, and it turned out to be another. They had to clear the lot because they didnt realize which lot was ours.The carport size we ordered was a double car carport, but we got a single car carport instead. They did not clear the entire lot, and we have to do it ourselves. They had to install 2 water tanks in our backyard because the water line did not reach our lot.They ruined our neighbors yard, because we requested they leave the trees by the road intact, other than the driveway. That caused a lot of headache and drama for us involving our neighbor.The AC piping was not installed well, and constantly comes apart. So we are essentially cooling and heating underneath our house rather than the inside of our house. And when the duct comes undone, half of the house does not receive any air at all. So we are getting that fixed.The company they claimed would come fix our pipes and ducts, never called us and would not answer the phone when we tried reaching out to them. So we still have a cracked pipe in our master bath that we will have to get fixed as well as a crack under the kitchen sink that was never fixed.I am very disappointed and let down by my experience. Every time I think we have gotten past the last hurdle of the mess of this house, another problem arises and it is brought to our attention that it was not installed correctly or put together correctly when we consult professionals.To leave on a positive note, the salesman was excellent. He took the time to show us the houses they had on the lot, to break down and walk us through every number and fee that we would be paying for and helping us with the loan process through the VA. I would gladly do business with that one man again. But I will not ever do business with this company ever again due to this horrendous experience in this house.

Update March 20, 2021- Today our house pad was laid! Chris has done a great job and been answering all of our questions regarding the set-up and install process and were very happy with his work. Its hard to believe our dream of putting a home on our family land is coming true after so many years. Our delivery date is set for April 15th so Ill hopefully be able to update more after that. We continue to be very happy with our decision and cant wait to see the finished product from Trinity Homes!December 2020 - Moving from Houston to the area. We are currently looking to purchase a home from them. So far the service has been very personalized and wonderful and weve been very encouraged and satisfied! Justin and Grady have answered all of our many questions since we are not experienced with manufactured homes or all of the processes involved. We are getting ready to place our order! I will be posting future updates and pictures as we continue with the process.Please stay tuned my many friends and viewers!

**UPDATE 02/2021**I needed to add some information...due to financial reasons of our own had to post pone the skirting purchase until this month. We were set up in October of 2020. After the blizzard we all endured here last week and my pipes being frozen solid for 6 days I just knew I was in for disaster.I had a plumber come out and assess the damage on Friday and he was in shock. Not ONE BREAK, NOT ONE LEAK, I had a backing up issue into my house due to the CITIES side being frozen at the main and their issues caused all of mine. But it had absolutely nothing to do with MY pipes, plumbing etc. He commented to me several times what an excellent job Trinity did on my plumbing and how well my pipes were insulated. As I stated my water was frozen solid for 6 days and all the water issues I had were 100% due to the citys side plumbing! The city has since come out and made repairs and this was issues they were having with homes across town.My home is 100% intact and perfect working order due to the professionalism that Trinity puts forth when they go to work for you. It was -3° for 2 days and WITHOUT SKIRTING I hadnt had even one pipe crack, leak, or break. I want to take the time AGAIN to tell you all how grateful I am for you guys. I will buy from you all ONLY in the future 👏!I called Byron in regards to my skirting install and at 4 months after my install he immediately started working to help me get my skirting installed. Just as if I had paid at the time of purchase! This is an exemplary group of people. I have watched them bend over backwards for me and do everything they could to assist us on more than one occasion. You guys are life changing! Thank you thank you thank you! 😇😇🥰🥰

Best mobile home dealer in Texas!! They were helpful and after price checking they were the best priced dealership in West Texas! We didnt really know what we were looking for and they took two minutes to show us how the bank would budget us for a home. We found out we could afford a home much better than the one we had hoped for! Our home is being built and we cant wait to get in it in January!!! After being bold faced lied to at two other dealers I was thankful for the honesty I was given at Trinity Homes! I wasnt able to get a home yet, but when I do Trinity Homes will be where I take my business!!! They helped me figure out how to get my credit score a bit higher rather than buy the home now and get an extremely high interest rate! The fact they told me to not buy then and to wait to HELP ME is just one small difference between them and everybody else I talked too!!

A wonderful experience!!! Trinity Homes was not even on our radar when we were out looking at homes. We went to Clayton and then saw them across the street. We had grown tired from the sales pitches of the other dealerships. What a relief it was to sit down with Grady and his friendly staff! They walked me and my wife through the process of what the bank decides is an appropriate monthly budget for a home! NOBODY even touched this at any other location! They were not pushy or car salesman like, which is in and of itself a relief after leaving other businesses in the area. We plan on buying an Oak Creek model from Trinity and saving well over 30K for a similar floorplan from our former first choice at a different location. If you want to be helped and not sold, Trinity Homes of Abilene is the only dealership you need to visit! Take it from somebody who did the legwork for you!

I have put off posting a review to give them time to fix things, because pandemic and all, I didnt want to be unreasonable. If I had it to do over again, I would never buy from them. If I could I would give them a negative star rating. If you choose to do business with them, be sure to take lots of pictures, specifically the number plate on the outside of the home. Make sure what you looked at is what you are signing for. The home delivered was similar in floor plan but I had previously said no to, the dealer said it was one of the only wooden homes on the lot, I just didnt like it, it felt shotty. They called and had us look at another home, they said it wasnt all wood, it looked similar to the previous home. The differences in the home were the kitchen sink was squared off, the one delivered was rounded, the one had a dishwasher, the delivered one did not-same as the all wood one, the master bedroom was shorter and the masterbath shower and sinks were different, the accent wall on the delivered model had extra shelves, it was subtle differences. The roof was leaking the first rain, they told me it happens with wind, that it is normal for mobile homes to leak....yes you read that right. It got fixed after I sent video of the roof leaking in so many places.. they sent a roofer out,, he said there were holes all over the roof, he fixed the holes. The thing is the company had sent a guy out and he said the roof cant be leaking its perfect. The vent over the stove still leaks, they said it was from the wind as well, and it still leaks. The bathroom door handle broke the first use and its still broken, they couldnt fix it without the broken parts I threw away. The shower knob is loose and you have your choice of ice cold water and hot water because it cant be adjusted due to the handle being loose. The kitchen faucet is loose, they never bothered to look at it after being told about it. I am tired of texting and texting and stuff doesnt get fixed unless they hire someone outside their company, like the roofer. You would think this scam of switching houses would encourage them to make sure everything was perfect but they are a bad joke instead.

They did not drive the route before delivery of my house. It broke coming over the RR tracks. Three days of set up included driving time from Abilene to San Angelo. Did not get it set up. Set up crew quit their jobs mid set up. Champion homes did not provide support after set up. They did not complete the majority of the hit list and stopped returning phone call. Buy local Apache or Solitaire.On the bright side the staff was pleasant to work with and Grady the GM did explain how to wire my AC unit saving me the cost of an electrician (easy task and completed before we had power).Biggest complaint? Champion Homes poor craftsmanship and lack of give-a-hoot. Perhaps if you purchase a different product you will have a different outcome.

Me and my wife started looking for a home to be our first house together and every place we went to told us things we wanted to hear until it came down to paperwork, we where told we could not get approved. So we went to Trinity Homes with not much high hopes but when we talked to Grady and Mike they turned things around for us. Grady got us approved for not just a house to settle with but a home we are now proud to say is ours on a great piece of land. Grady and his people have gone above and beyond for me and my family. Great staff and great quality homes.

Worse company to make an deals with for the love of God dont come here, run. they do a bad job delivering the trailer, our plumbing to the trailer was damage in the process of being delivered and they wanted us to pay for it. Its been 3 week and we have been complaining about when our trailer is going to be fixed and still they have no clue.

My family and I recently purchased a home from Trinity. I had always heard that buying land and getting a house put on it would be a nightmare but they kept it relatively simple and were always doing their best to help. I would recommend Jill or Grady to anyone interested in purchasing a home. They were wonderful to work with.

I would like to speak on Trinity Homes in Abilene tx. I looked at different trailers and companies for over a year and I found some other trailers I liked. I also found a lot of good people out there selling them. The number one reason I chose Trinity in Abilene is because when I asked if I could do certain modifications the answer was always YES! Not only that but this particular home looked more like a house to me than any other I looked at. Most of the others I looked at , no matter how nice , looked like a travel trailer.I would also like to speak on two individuals Byron and Gary - the whole team was great but these two went beyond and above and they were the two I was always contacting for questions and reassurance. The main thing I liked was if they did not know something - because I am very thorough and ask some tough questions because I have a background in construction - they would actually say they didnt know; but ill find out. That can be quite rare in these day and times. Most give you the brushoff or try to give you just enough info to close the question. They do not.Once I found the one I wanted they even helped my quite a bit on the financing - I was having trouble making the cut and they found a cheaper insurance company that brought me in under the wire.I can go on and on but overall im am so very satisfied. Do not buy a home anywhere until you have shopped Trinity Homes! Trinity will save you thousands of dollars over the Corporate stores in town.. Trinity does VA, USDA, FHA Lending that others can’t or won’t because it’s a big headache, but many times those programs are best for the buyer! All Retailers in Abilene use private contractors to deliver and set the homes and Trinity always tries to use the best ones, but even the best make mistakes or the factory service crews might also have problems, but if these things happen.. call the guys at the office and work through it with them as your advocate. I read the complaints on Trinity and it’s obvious that most are fake posts from the competitors that can’t compete honestly! Trinity is the best MH company in town!!!

I highly recommend trinity homes. My credit was poor and i went there embarassed thinking i would not get approved. Byron and grady were able to get me approved and around a month later i closed on my house. Byron kept me updated with everything through the whole process. Very friendly people.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. Do not go here! Grady has not followed through with repairs on our home. It has almost been a year since we purchased and nothing has been done. The BBB complaints are proof of that.

The moment I walked in the office I knew this was going to be a bad experience. The customer service was horrible ....I was rushed into looking at 2 models thats all the salesman offered to show. One was the mini home which is the reasoning for the 2 stars it was beautiful. Other than that it would get one star. As a veteran I wouldnt recommend them to fellow vets.
