I recently purchased a home from here, and though I never leave reviews I just had to let everyone know about my experience. I purchased my home with the help of their salesmen, Brandon. He was so knowledgeable about every nook and cranny of every model and really just made me feel good about every decision I made. I couldnt believe how many things I could customize and completely make my own. I left there feeling like I got every bang for my buck that I could. Brandon and everyone else at Palm harbor was amazing. 10 out of 10! What are you waiting for?

Lies and half truths! Show you a picture of a mobile home park they make you believe is filled with tons of different homes. They say Only the eight homes standing were Palm Harbor!!! They dont tell you the other 100 destroyed were Palm Harbor!!! Homes were nice, but little lies and high prices were enough for me and my wife to go someplace else. When we do buy a home we will skip these three dealerships next to each other altogether!

I Went to Oakcreek , Solitaire and Clayton , NOT IMPRESSED Way over Priced, they were very misleading ,one of them tried to add $20,000 to the original Price of the Home and I didn’t add Anything!! Hands Down Palm Harbor is The Best Prices , Quality and Customer Service in Town!! Go See Krissi!! She and The Rest of the Team Are Great!!

Spoke with Krissi Fortune today on the phone and then paid her a visit to browse some homes. She was patient and very understanding! She even stayed a few minutes late to allow us to look around and didnt rush us out the door. Looking forward to working with her more on the purchase of our new home. Rich was also very helpful on knowing about land thats available in the area.

Bought a home in December..... They were very helpful until they handed over the keys. They havent done any of the work that needed to be done to get the guys out to fix the issues with our home.Have not even tried to contact us at all. My husband and I both agree we will never purchase anything else from palm harbor homes.

Was very disappointed with how we was treated after they received our downpayment and the financing was approved. stall after stall until finally we just asked to cancel the purchase. Was told it would take up to 15 business days to receive a refund. Finally after almost 2 months later and threatening to sue them we finally get our refund.. I found out later that these guys change management every time the wind changes directions and I can see why.

Weve had our Palm Harbor home for close to five years now and still love it! Weve only had a few minor issues as to be expected with any home , but was taken care of with little or no expense to us. We get compliments on our house all the time! We actually shopped several other manufacturer home builders first and in fact got our money back from one when we discovered Palm Harbor. Palm Harbor had a much more professional, knowledgeable, and overall better sales experience than the others we spoke with. Their homes are built better as well (thicker walls, higher quality materials, etc..) Still loving our Palm Harbor home and are proud home owners!

Went through the process, everyone was great, I thought wed be getting a topnotch home and was so disappointed. The battin strips are all popping off (someone must have had their psi too high on their staple gun), the island was built high in the middle so there is a big hump, the stove hood vent pipe instead of going straight up like its supposed to, goes up and then crooks to the right, the hole for the stove is an inch too big so as Im cooking Im looking at a rough cut edge with wood glue where the countertop was put on, and the worst of all is that the sink countertop is not even touching the wall. All of these things are functional, not just pretty. Weve been calling/texting for 2 months trying to get these things fixed, to no avail. The trim guy comes out for a day and paints the end of the trailer where it wasnt painted dark enough. Oh, and its not leveled correctly either. I feel like Im walking downhill to the master bath and all of the doors on that end fall open that direction. Ive tried to be understanding and believe me Ive wished and wished that this was going to be a good experience and believed all the hype. Two of our friends whove just bought land were seriously looking at buying from them after hearing all of our praise before the house was actually delivered, and they have since decided that will not even consider Palm Harbor having been to our house to see all the flubs. I can understand how things get out of align during moving, etc., what I cant understand is the lack of communication and care about getting it right.
