Shady company - usual - bad loans - cheap houses - uses you to build their assets - pretty simple set up- they get you in - they get you out - I would watch out - how do you become a Titan? Lol

As you approach this place they have it set up to direct the flow of traffic to the office. As you enter the office they immediately try to take control of the potential customer. With an unpleasant atmosphere. We were asked a series of screening questions not to see if we qualify for the purchase of the home through financing or paying cash. Yes, some people do have the means to pay cash. But to see if we could be controlled/manipulated. They say that they build the best homes but if you visit any mobile home place they will all tell you the same thing. So as they informed me that they build the best I merely asked them what is it that sets them apart from all the other companies that say the same thing. This is when I believe they lost control of the sale. They could not answer the question and they became more stern with their personality. The sales person immediately got his manager & that is when we were being treated as though we were no longer welcome. We were not even allowed to see the quality that they build or walk through any home. We never stepped foot in any of their houses. To tell you the truth I am glad that it was conducted the way that it did. I would rather learn now before I gave them $170,000 and they treated me this way. The manager also stated that he knew when people were shopping. I didnt realize that shopping for a mobile home was a serious problem. I would steer clear of this place, they seem to have the lowest reviews out of all of these companies in Abilene. Im sure there is a reason why.

Im trying to get a mobile home so we decided to visit this place, the sales person was helpful, but also he was doing more business over the phone while we were with him in the office and I dont believe this is correct. He show us one mobile home in the lot and give us a price but something tell me that the price was not right. We went to a different company and the same mobile home was $10,000 dollars cheaper.

I wouldnt recommend shopping here. At first they seem nice and their biggest concern is customer service. I went through the process with Julian. I did the whole process but I had to do a little extra to get approved. At that point I was going to look else where but then Julian said we can do such and such to fix my application. Ive been waiting for over 3 weeks and when I ask about the process he indicated that Im not as important as the ones he already have their money. I call to speak with another manager and she acts as if she didnt care. They have poor customer service. They gave false expectations. If you dont have the money or get approved they string you along and take their time and dont care about your time. I did everything they asked me to do and they have not kept up their part. I would not come back or recommend them to anyone.

Titan factory direct in Abilene has been such a blessing for our family. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy! The whole team here truly cares for the families that come through their offices. You all worked with us for months to make sure we had the right tools to bring up our credit score and be able to finish the home buying process. Having a 580 credit score made me not want to even go house hunting. I saw on FB that Titan financed clients down to 500 so I got in my truck to see if it was true.Spoiler! Not only was it true but I didn’t have a crazy interest rate or huge down payment. Jenna and Julio told me not to worry. She found me the perfect home for me and my kids. I didn’t believe it until it happened. I recommend you buy your next home and land here!!!

Once they get your money they dont answer for you anymore! Unhappy with this buying experience! 6 months and yet to fix their screw ups

They were great during the sale process. After that they could care less because they already have your money. Had some problems with the operations manager, took it to the GM and was under the impression he was going to take care of everything from there. Our house FINALLY gets delivered(a week after they told us it would) then I go to ask the manager about what the next steps were and when we could expect those to happen. He proceeded to tell me “ For one, its one step at a time. Theres different contractors involved that we need to coordinate. It does not happen over night.”That’s not the way you talk to a client that has spent over 200,000 with you. Save your time and money and go with a different company.

I would not buy a home from Titan Factory Direct in Abilene. They tell you it is a long process and I understand that. They are looking to make the sell not help the customer. It took us months to get our home and now that we are moved in there are problems, inside and out. We call to get help and don’t receive calls back until days or weeks later. I would not recommend buying a home from Titan Factory Direct.

When I was contacted by the General manager Julio, He was Nice but then quickly after I got to looking at the houses and talking to him you could tell that it was His SALESMAN Pitch coming out. I Decided to stick with the Company I was already working with. He Trashed Talked the other Mobile home companies trying to say that Titans homes were So much better than any other company. I contacted him a few days ago to see if he still knew of an individual that would possibly buy my house for the amount we were offered for our Trade-in value and He was rude and very NONPROFESSIONAL he Had Attitude bc I went with my Previous choice of house and not with Titan.

5 star in person until you fact check everything they say! Bogus rebates and big smiles to cover big lies!!!

The staff is very friendly and very helpful however once you sign the papers I feel like they are done. The process of getting our house here and “red carpet” as they hype it up was all a big joke! It was a huge pain!! The stuff we did point out at red carpet the guy “half fixed” just enough for it to work for a little bit. The front door did not shut he “fixed” it but the dead bolt does not lock and you have to slam it to get it to shut! The sliding glass door leaks water in and he had to cut holes in the wall to fix electrical and the repair of those holes are horrible! The person that was suppose to come out and “fix” the repairs the red carpet person left has not even contacted us and it’s been 3 weeks who knows when that will be. The sales people were nice and wonderful however that is what they get paid to do... the finish product is not even close to what you see at the lot even when you point it out at red carpet like they tell you too. I would not recommend this place or the product.

They let go of chunk Norris so I will never go back he brought so much energy and positive additude and he knew how to help you get into what you wanted and deserve. Sad to see a company lay off the best worker.

My first visit to Titan homes as I am just starting to shop for a manufactured home. Jennaf was fantastic to work with. She is an excellent resource for your home solution. Knowledgeable on the homes and govt regulations, various park sites, etc. She was genuinely interested in me and my plans and preferences for a home and took the time to explore a lot of options with me. I walked out with a clear plan of action for when I am ready to purchase. The homes are about as well built as one could want, and plenty of choices to customize to your taste. Do yourself a favor and stop by to see Jenna and the folks at Titan.

They really messed up firing chuck Norris. He was the absolute best and most helpful salesman at the Abilene texas location.

Friendly staff but I dont recommend them after the sale. The made all these promises to fix things after set up. I bet I called them 20 times before they finally sent someone. The front door had to be replaced which they finally replaced but it was not done properly. The windows leak when it rains even after I had them caulk them and did a terrible job. Where the plumbing pipes, etc. go thru the plastic underneath the house there was huge cuts made and I had to crawl underneath to tape up with several rolls of tape. One corner the plastic and insulation came down and bees made a nest. Had to pay someone to remove the bees and caulk around the pipes, plus tape and staple it all back up. I told them when I bought it that I had to have propane appliances. They came with natural gas jets, so I had to pay someone to come out and put the right jets in. They would not do this. I could go on and on but you get the picture....

Great experience at Titan. The GM Ryan is very professional, and welcoming. You will not be disappointed shopping at this facility. The staff is extra friendly and knowledgable. They will not hassle and they can answer every question that you have with honest factual information.

We drove from Dallas to Abeline, just to look at some homes we chose that we liked. Once we arrived, after a 3-1/2 hour drive, they didnt have any of them to show on the lot; we should have been told this the night before we made the appointment. But, as we were talking with the rep & the finance manager, we learned a few things that other dealers werent telling us about buying a new home. We were pleased about our visit and will definitely recommend Titan Factory Direct; no matter how long the trip took us to get there.

GM Ryan is a overall man of his word and will get the job done. When buying or going through this process of getting a new home I recommend meeting him as he is one that doesnt bs you.

Very friendly staff, but I do not recommend this company. The homes may look really nice on the lot, but once you get the home from the factory, they are horrible. Fireplace falling apart, horrible paint job on walls and cabinets, carpet coming up, leaks in the roof, tile job is crooked. I have had to caulk the entire house and repaint every wall.

Initially I said no to placing a home in a trailer park but after visiting a gated mobile community with Tammy were even reconsidering that option because it looked nothing like our previous images of trailer parks.
