I came in this morning and asked if he could look at my I phone 6 charging port. The customer service was amazing, and he was Super nice! I will definitely be going to them for all my battery needs from now on! Thanks battery joe!

I had a charging port issue, took it in expecting a lengthy repair but they just cleaned the port out and didn’t charge me a dime! Not only that, they told me if it happens again to be sure and bring it in rather than try to clean it myself and risk damaging the pins. I bought some batteries because I didn’t feel right leaving without paying anything, even though they assured me it wasn’t necessary. I’ll definitely be back when I have a real repair, they’ve earned my business.

I was told my cracked phone could be repaired with a new screen. Everything was working including Face ID and the sensors to turn off phone while talking on it. They replaced the screen Face ID doesn’t work anymore and the sensor to turn off while talking doesn’t work. I was told that I could purchase a new sensor and they could fix. Sensor came in and then I was told by another employee that the sensor can not be fixed at all. Took it to a certified apple shop and they told me my Face ID would never work again and suggested I buy a new phone for $580. Not sure why I was not suggested this by battery joe in the first place instead of wasting $280 to not have my phone fixed

They were awesome! Last week I called because my car wouldnt start, was pretty sure it was the battery. They came to my home and installed a new battery (free install and house call)! Few people do that anymore! Then my daughter needed a new battery, he was short handed but offered to go by on his way to work the next morning and install one.. we got hers started and to the shop.. they tested to make sure the alternator and starter were still good (and it was really cold that day)... battery was only operating at half the cold cranking amps... short wait time, not like those other guys where you sit for hours.. price is comparable to the other guys and less stress and wait time, PRICELESS!

The website needs a lot of work. Cant get anything accomplished on it because it keeps asking for the location you want to pickup at you click on it then asked you again and again and again. And to top it all off it doesnt give you the prices of like booster starters.

Fast repair work! My phone was badly damaged but they were upfront about the possibility of it not being fixable. Thankfully about an hour later my phone was back in my hand and working perfectly. Was also way cheaper than I had expected it to be. Definitely recommend.

The manager went well above and beyond numerous times to help me with my weird phones situation (Samsung S6 active). I couldnt have asked for a better service experience.....if anyone in the military has issues with their phones that your provider cant fix.....DEFINATELY take your phone to them. They are extremely helpful.

Be very careful of this store to verify price for services. I had an ipad mini battery replacement done, I called a week early and got a quote of $39, I made sure when I checked in that the price was still $39 and it was verified. After repair was complete and I checked out it was $99. Dont trust what they tell you in person, get it in writing from these people or take your devices somewhere else.As you see their response below they said they would get back to me on this, and as I suspected they NEVER did in the two weeks since they posted their response. It was just something to post on internet so people would think they actually are going to follow up. So Im still not impressed with them doing what they tell customers.

Brought my iPhone 6s Plus for a simple battery change and got back a phone that had screen issues that wouldn’t allow me to get we my speaker and number buttons. Brought it back and was told by Daniel a guy from their store in Lubbock wii bring parts to fix it but went back to the store and parts weren’t in. Then I was told parts are being shipped. Went on vacation for 10 days and went back to store but still no parts available and told they would call when they’ll parts come in. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t heard back from them. In the mean time, I took my phone to an authorized apple repair shop and was told that they replaced several parts with 3rd party knock-offs and didn’t tell me they did that... only battery was supposed o be changed. I was also told apple repair that several screws were missing from inside my phone. Now I’ve got a phone that won’t hang up, can’t use the speaker or numbers on the screen.😡

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Went to have a battery installed in my vehicle, and while I waited struck up a conversation with another associate about my phone’s charging problem, and he cleaned the port out while we talked. Works like new now.

My husband took two of our iphones to have the screen repaired and they were so knowledgeable and did a terrific job. He also said th gentleman that helped him was very friendly and went above and beyond.

Purchased the supposed top of the line lithium battery in July 2019. Its now April 2020 and Im still waiting for a good battery, this will be the 3rd battery.Just spoke with Ryan, the store manager, and told him I had a special order that should have arrived. He puts me on hold to go look for it on a pallet full of batteries. Didnt know my name, the brand or size battery to look for. Ryan comes back to the phone and says they are out of that brand, can he interest me in another one..??? How can you tell me youre out of the brand when I hadnt told you what brand it was...???SMH!!!

Great customer service! We were just passing through town and needed a battery for our older model phone, but they didnt have a new one that fit. So the service guy then proceeded to look through their box of batteries that were going to be recycled, and he found one that worked!!! Super friendly, helpful, and professional service!!

I work for a power washing/ window cleaning company {double k services ) and our crew is all ways messing up phones and these guys do great work and their prices are the best I know of. I dont usually leave reviews online but today I recived the best service at Battery Joe. I have been there in the past and thought okay good service. But today the empolyees seem very happy to be there. I was going to have my boat battery tested. So I backed into the parking spot, a empolyee saw me while backing up and noticed the battery in the back of my truck. He came out before I even opened my door, and asked me what he could do for help. He then did a quick test and as I already knew the battery was bad. The guy then showed me a couple of ones they had. I made my purchase and without asking me brought the new battery out and loaded into my truck. Great service guys, I dont remember his name but we were talking and he said he is new in town.

Not impressed ! I have been there three times all the kid did was tell Me to buy batteries on line. Never offered to tell me how much to repair. I will shop local even if the cost is a little more!Interstate repaired all three batteries ! I recommend interstate for battery repair ! I think the kids at battery Jo just want to work on phones, they acted like I wasted there time ! But never again!

My husband took his iPhone 6s in to get the screen fixed. 2 months later the phone doesn’t wanna turn on or charge. We took it to a different location and they asked where we got it done at last ? We said “Battery Joe’s” They said well they forgot to put back a small screen to keep the phone from moving and causing it not to break so easily. I called the next morning to notify battery joes and this guy tells me “you had a lifetime warranty why did you go somewhere else” They failed to mention that when he picked the phone up.

The Employees knew their stuff I needed to get a battery changed.They are fast and efficient! Wonderful service! Im going to be a repeat customer for sure.

Find anywhere else to get your phone screen replaced. My husband asked this store to order him a replacement screen, and was told it would take a week to get it in. That was three weeks ago. They just got the screen in today, so he quickly went to drop his phone off so they could begin the installation process. He was told it would be 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. We called to check the status 5 hours later and were told it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow afternoon. When asked if the phone could be picked up tonight and returned for the work to be done tomorrow we were told no because the phone was already opened up. Very very poor customer service and apparently technical knowledge on their part as well. Extremely unprofessional.

I had brought in an iPhone 7 for a simple repair a few months back. Unfortunately I had problems from the very start with Battery Joe. I walked in and one of their techs directed me to fill out a form about my iPhone. All was well until I got to the phone number section. I asked and was rudely told to “put your phones number down”. I didn’t know if it was my phone number, the phones serial number, the IMEI number or anything so I left it blank. I was told that the repair was to be done in an hour. As I go to pick it up I test out the screen to find that they’re using sub-par parts to service these iPhones. I used 3D Touch on a daily basis before the repair but the replacement part made using it impossible! The screen also had color accuracy issues as well as weird ghosting and blur artifacts all over the screen. “You get what you pay for” I thought as I left. Fast forward a few months and I had just noticed that they did NOT reinstall the pentalobe screws on the bottom next to the charging port that, keep in mind... KEEPS THE SCREEN IN PLACE!! I am very disappointed and will never come back to Battery Joe. If you’re looking for a quality iPhone repair shop I recommend “Abilene iPhone Repair” located in the same strip mall as Battery Joe. I went in for a Samsung galaxy note 5 screen replacement and they quoted me $239.00 for the front and back. I told them I didn’t need the back replaced, then the guy told me they had to charge for both because they usually break the back glass when pulling it off! How do you expect a customer to pay for something you broke? I’d much rather have someone work on my phone that actually knows what they’re doing, so I will never let this place touch any of my devices knowing this now!

I could not be happier with my experience with Battery Joe in Abilene. They checked my warranty without me asking and had me in and out in a jiff. While I was there, I got a new battery in my key fob ($8.99) and then they gave it to me for free for my trouble with car battery. Made my day!

Wasnt confinant enough to repair my phone, told me there was a chance they could crack the back glass of my Galaxy S9 plus removing it to replace the charging port and if they broke it I would have to pay to have it fixed! What kind of business would charge you for breaking your phone!? No thank you I will take my business elsewhere!
