Five stars for integrity. Never have had any issues with integrity at Firestone all my years of using them. This location showed integrity yet again.

My daughter was traveling through town and had a damaged new Firestone tire that went flat due to possible road debris. We put air in it so she could get to the shop to have it repaired or replaced and could hear the tire hissing after filling it. She took her car to the Clack store today and they told her nothing was wrong with the tire. They did nothing. She is traveling to Austin and has had to keep putting air in it and hopefully will make it home safely. I will never use Firestone or recommend them to anyone. They put my daughter’s life in danger with their incompetence.

I will never go back to this Firestone ever again. All I needed were two low beam headlights changed and instead I was charged for both high and low. He said the highs werent coming on which was a lie because I checked before going into this store. He also said he cleaned around the low beams and then they came on but I was still charged for new lights. The low beams certainly are not new. He did not even tell me that he was going to charge for high beams until it was time to pay. It was just a good thing I brought extra money with me. I paid over 160 for nothing. I was completely scammed. I dont even believe new high beams were installed. AVOID!

I love going to United over Walmart when it comes to getting fresher choices of meat. Do expect that you will however pay a bit more.

If possible, I would give no stars. Highly disappointed in them as I made an appointment for 1PM to drop off my tire that needed to have a screw removed and patched. Not only was I told “should be done by 2PM” but they completely “FORGOT” to do it? I even called around 4 for an update on if it was ready and was told “they should all be done by 4:30 and then we’ll give you a call”. No call, tired not fixed, and a huge waste of time.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t go here!!!! Twice they’ve scratched my wheels during a rotate and balance. This last time I walked in 20 minuets after they opened and asked for a walk-in oil change. I was immediately given attitude and turned away. The service writer told me that they were behind and it would be a long wait. How are they behind 20 minutes after opening!?!? Then the guy said that I should have made an appointment in a condescending manner and told me I could and should go somewhere else. I’ve been extremely disappointed in firestone even though I paid for a lifetime alignment and get free rotation and balance, because I bought the tires from there I won’t be going back. Be warned these people have no respect for others or their property!!!

Went in to just get prices on a set of 4 new tires and left that day with 4 new tires on my truck and spent just under $500 so it was a great day had not to long of a wait due to they had to go get one of the tires due to they only had 3 of the tires on hand but still a great day

I had 4 tires replaced, it took 3 hours longer than they said it would.The recommended psi for my car (32,36) is in door frame same as any car but I got my car back with the psi at 44,32,40,37 having improper psi can cause a host of issues and for a place that specializes in tires its unacceptable to get a car back like that. Especially when it took over an hour a tire...

This morning I dropped off a tire to be repaired.. at approximately 13:00 I was told the tire needed had to be replaced and they would have to get the tire from another location here in abilene.. he said it would be approximately 17:30 before they could work on it.. so I get a ride from a friend and walk in at approximately 18:05(website says they close at 18:00)and Im told the tire will be ready in the morning. The employee stated that due to covid they had to use a carrier to pick up the tire. I understand we are all operating our business under modified models however I should have been called and told this before wasting my time going across town to pick-up a tire that wasnt ready. Other than this episode the team has been good to me. Thank you

I was in Abilene on business and headed to Dallas this morning when I discovered my tire was low. I went to the firestone on Buffalo Gap Road and they helped me immediately. They were extremely polite. They checked my tire, put air in it for me, and let me know it was safe to travel to Dallas. I really appreciated the help. I made it to Dallas safely and stress free! Thank you!

Took three day to balance my tires then when I get home I noticed they stripped my locking lug nuts and just put them in my center console with out informing me.

I have always had good success with the Firestone in the community I live in. They take good care of me and have a good product at a competitive value.

I had a very positive experience at this location despite the other poor reviews. the guys were nice, super accommodating (gave me a ride back to my hotel and then picked me up as well once work was complete) and they were good about finding a way to speak to your own level of understanding when it comes to automotive maintenance - i heard them deal with a number of other customers in the shop just while I was there waiting for a ride to my hotel. Id recommend this shop to anybody getting the basics taken care of quickly and competently.

Do not take your vehicle here. At least this location. The most incompetent employees. Rude Employees. Crooks. They will steal your money and not a bat an eye.

I was so impressed. My while front end was rebuilt a few years ago after the insurance company totaled it out. I took it to a few shops and they couldnt get it aligned very well. This Firestone got it perfect.They have a teacher discount and when your getting tires that adds up.They let me drop off my car and then drove me to church free of charge.

My car overheated on my way out of town today. Though they did not have time to change my oil & check all of my fluid levels (it was near closing & they were very busy), Michael C offered to check my radiator fluid & added what was needed so I could get home safe. Great customer service! I will be back!

Great experience buying a battery for my old motor home here. Found a coupon and cut the price way down on a top of the line heavy duty commercial type battery for my beast of a motor home. Manager was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you folks.

Bought a set of tires here. Have had nothing but problems with them. Within first 6 months have had 2 tires in to get patched 4 times... Found out the first patch wasnt done correctly, second patch was wrong place so got tire replaced. 3rd patch on second tire wasnt needed, Had to go back due to bad valve stem. Went to another place and bought tires and have had No problems!! Could not pay me to go back there!!!

Took a truck in a for a oil change, tire rotation and a patch on a leaking tire. Had to leave the truck there for two days which is fine because I was a walk in on a busy weekend. The tire that was supposedly “patched” if they even did is leaking just as bad as before. Would not recommend spending your money here, not worth the headache.

Typical of a tire dealership offering a small range of vehicle maintenance services. Prompt courteous service by knowledgeable personnel. one one occasion I had tires mounted on some aftermarket rims and they discovered that the OEM lug nuts would not work so got me new ones to use.

Costs more than the dealer, can setup an appointment much sooner than a dealer. Firestone will sale you more premature services than the dealer, to keep their shop busy. They do a free overall vehicle inspection to find issues ever time your car is worked on.

Great experience. We were out of town and stranded on our 4th blowout on a trailer. We were able to slowly get to the store and get taken care of. Everyone was fast and efficient. Michael was our service advisor and Donovan was our technician and he was able to knock it out quick. Very thankful to get home safe.

Came to get 2 vehicles inspected. At 0830 was told to leave one vehicle and come back then do the other because the 2nd qualifed employee gets in at 9. Went back at 907 1st car still sitting outside untouched (which is fine, as I understand people have to get situated when getting to work). 0930 time to check out the 1st vehicle then the guy at the desk says oh you can wait until we have time. Itll be a while. When asked what is a while. The response was I cant tell you because we are 2 vehicles behind plus have scheduled appointments but you can just come back tomorrow. Had we been told prior when we specified 2 vehicles, we wouldnt have wasted an hr of time waiting and gone elsewhere. Went elsewhere and it took 5 minutes to have an inspection done vs. an hr.

They were able to take me and my truck on short notice on a Sunday. Really helpful when passing through on a move.

Got my inspection done, was quick and no issues.

Let me start by saying that I am an ASE Certified Master Mechanic and have my own repair facility. I dont have a front end alignment rack, so I farm front end alignments out, and used this shop once before in the past. They had a front end guy that I liked and who did a good job on a previous vehicle. So I thought I would use them again. I called and made an appointment to bring the vehicle in to have the toe-in set, and have the steering wheel centered. When I arrived, I was told the front end guy that had done the work on my previous visit had left, but they had another guy (Oscar) that had 23 years of experience. So I gave them the tire pressures that I needed the tires set to, and asked that they also check the tire pressure in the spare while they had the vehicle. I explained that the vehicle tracked straight, and the tires were wearing perfectly. I just wanted an alignment check, and to set the toe-in and center the steering wheel. 2.5 hours later, they gave me back the vehicle and a bill for a complete front end alignment. I drove it back to my shop and noticed the steering wheel was still not straight, and now the vehicle was PULLING to the right. I checked the tire pressures, and all 4 tires were over inflated (by 20-35 PSI, well above the rated maximum inflation pressure), and the spare tire only had 3 PSI in it - which means they never even bothered to check it. Upon further investigation, I found the shim pack was missing (yes, MISSING) on the R/F upper control arm, and the bolts were backed off 1/2 and the control arm was loose, with fresh wrench marks on the nuts. This was NOT the condition of the vehicle when I dropped it off. I called Jim, the store manager to see about rectifying the situation and was told the steering box has play in it and a leak, and therefore the toe-in could not be set, and they would not adjust the steering box because of the leak. There is no leak in the steering box, there is very little play in it, the entire front end is tight (ball joints, tie rod ends, control arm bushings, etc.) as the vehicle only has 48K miles on it, and play in a steering box has nothing to do with setting the toe-in. Jim said he didnt want to be bothered with it anymore and that his mechanic had already spent 1.5 hours on it (which he did not). Jim insisted I accept a refund of my money and be done with the situation. I subsequently opened a case with Firestone and it is pending. Meanwhile, I am taking the vehicle to a reputable front end shop to have the damage repaired that this Firestone dealer caused. The more serious aspect of this situation is that the R/F upper control arm was left loose, and this could have caused an accident. I would suggest that until Oscar is replaced by an ASE Certified Mechanic, and Firestone gets a Manager that doesnt have an attitude in this store, you find another facility in which to have your vehicle serviced/repaired.Richard H. Ive been going to this location for 7 years. Theyve recently hired a new guy and the guy took advantage of me and charged me 57.00 for an oil change. Ive never paid that much for an oil change there. When I confronted him about it, he lied to my face and said that my car needs special oil. He couldnt even keep his story straight. All cars 2012...(looks down at the screen quickly at my cars info)...past 2011-2012 needs special oil. Theyve lost my business.

One star is hard to give but they dont offer less. 4 new ties , 3 visits for balancing, truck shakes still. Who has time for this?

Went to fix a tire and after 6 hours of having it told us the tire was ruined. Went to dealership and told us it was an easy fix. Then treated my friend rudely when he came to give a ride.

Took care of my pickup brakes. Rides smooth now. I appreciate the discounts they found me.

Had 7 am appt. They didnt get my truck in till 11 am. I had to call twice to check on it. Then guy tells me nothing is wrong with it, but i had told them to replace brake pads when i dropped truck off so i told him again. So he puts me on hold and then comes back and says 2 rotors need to be replaced and they wouldnt change brake pads without doing that. But nothing was wrong with them. So obviously they do not want business unless they can scam you. DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Scheduled an alignment for 2 p.m.Got there 15 minutes early been waiting 2 hours just to get it on the lift. They constantly give you excuses as to why theyre behind. They broke a bolt on the Car in front off me etc.Just poor attitudes all the way around.Apparently only one of the 6 lifts is capable of doing alignments.

I got a military discount, they rotated and balanced my tires for free. And they have their own part store on the premises.

What ever u do dont come here. Incompetent all around this store. Worst experience ever not only will I not return to this store. But any firestone. They have lost my business and I would encourage anyone else to seek service anywhere else but here

Michael helped me out so much with a tire installation since I was helping a friend get her tire fixed and Walmart wouldnt do it, he even kept the place open after closing time to make sure that this tire got put on. If that is not 5 star service then I dont know what it. These folks are a bunch of life savers! Thank you!

Got our car inspected here and our inspector, Kristian Ferrall, forgot to reconnect a bunch of things. The car broke down shortly after and could potentially have caused future problems. Not happy with the way it was handled and wouldn’t recommend coming here for an inspection!

The appointment was at 4pm for a oil change. They checked my air filter it was dirty, but when they told me $64 for a new filter that comes from Autozone and at there store is $31 thats a big up charge. They finished my Oil Change at 4:55 thats a little long. I wont go back and will cancel both of my firestone accounts. Wouldnt Recommend to anyone.

They took my mustang for a joyride around the neighborhood WITHOUT my permission or consent. The employees thought I had left so they thought they could get away with it. When asking them about their joyride they said they do that with every vehicle to test its alignment . however the gentlemen who was there after me in a pickup getting his alignment done, did not have his truck driven except to pull it into the shop. Never again will I go to firestone

Fast, awesome service.

They take forever and act as if youre inconveniencing them for being there. Took an hour and a half just a replace a tire even after having an appointment made. The tire also took 4 days to arrive and I had to call multiple times to verify.

We had a rental car and needed oil change. It took us about an hour and since rental car had partnership with the location we were not charged anything.

Dont forget to ask for your military discount
