I bought 4 gallons of auto zone brand antifreeze for my car thinking it will save my radiator but instead it literally froze solid inside my car. I had my wife call them about it because I had to work and the fellar that answered the phone tried to argue with her and told her that maybe you should have sent your husband to get antifreeze instead his exact words. I dont think this is appropriate behavior for an employee and I will never use auto zone again. I will continue to use OReillys auto part store instead. At least they try to help fix the problem not argue with you about it

Buying car parts is often a game of who has the cheapest price. Occasionally I can find a great deal online, but most of the auto part stores charge about the same price, for the same parts. I keep going to Autozone, not just because their prices are in line with the others, but their service is what sets them apart. I consistently get the right part, helpful/knowledgeable advice, and remarkable customer service. Shane at the S 1st store in Abilene was the most helpful technician I have spoken with in a long time. He clearly has a background in auto mechanics, and it makes me continue to choose to buy my parts at Autozone.

Harvey was extremely helpful! He helped me pick out products and replace a bulb on my blinker. Actually… He was the only pursing working! When he went back inside to get the correct screwdriver to change my bulb, he had to wait on other customers because the rest of the staff or sitting around doing absolutely nothing! It’s a shame when you have a hard-working employee that is taken advantage of!I give him five stars and the rest of the staff zero!

Chad was absolutely amazing! Having a difficult day and with my car problems. I called and asked for certain parts he pulled them aside and even had more ready when i got there. He didn’t even know i was coming in! That’s truly amazing customer service! He was cracking jokes when he could tell i was having a rough day! Thank you Chad for making it a good experience!

Went in after I called for a power steering gearbox, arrive there, and they say they dont have it afterwards. Very unprofessional service. If you dont know what part to even look for find a different job. Would rather go to advanced auto parts.

How ever there is a older gentleman that wirks here that doesnt deserve to be working here due to the way he was popping off to customers about wearing mask. I was wearing one but the guy has no right talking TRASH to customers like he was popping off.

My dad had a good experience but he was helped first, when other hispanic and black customers were there long before. Neither of us thought that was right at all. This is not the 1920s. I dont know if they were already helped and waiting on a part to be given to them or what, but Ive seen a past review about race being used as a way of picking whos helped first, so I hope that isnt what happened. I dont remember who helped us, either.

Walked in, wasnt to busy. Picked out the high mileage oil for my car, paid and walked out. Easy peasy.

Super busy when I went in and didnt mention I could get a oil filter with a 5 gallon of oil purchase, mabey because it was busy. Been here before and had good times but when its busy its a different atmosphere.

I had to buy a headlight bulb. A young lady waited on me. She was very efficient a d found what I needed in no time. She went above a d beyond by installing for me. She did a great job and even told me how to get the crud off my car battery with Coke and a toothbrush. This was great Customer Service.

The people that work there are phenomenal. My wife and I were 2 and half hours in on a 5 hour trip and our battery died. We stopped and bought a battery but didn’t have the tools to put it in. It was 9:50 and they close at 10 and Chad was nice enough to install the battery for us. They didn’t have to do that for us but they did. Couldn’t be more thankful for them.

I went to the auto zone on Treadaway to get a bulb for my trailer and headlight for my truck. Marcus helped me and went above and beyond what he had to do. He offered to put both bulbs in. My truck was not an easy task, but he did it, it was so hot, he was very nice and professional!! 5 stars!
