The sales staff was fine. They were happy to take my money but trying to get my furniture is like pulling teeth. I had to call them 4 times and I finally received 2/3rds of my order. I still dont have a delivery date for my last 3 pieces and it has been 6 weeks since I placed my order. The delivery people were fine.

Weve purchased a handful of items over the years from Furniture Row and always have had a positive experience. What I particularly like about this store, compared to the other furniture stores in town, is the scale of the furniture. There is a great selection of items that arent over-sized. Older Abilene houses arent huge, so its a huge help to find furniture here that fits smaller rooms.

Bedroom was upstairs and this was a king-sized bed with twin motorized base. VERY heavy and complicated. He took care of us perfectly!!! This guy needs to get a big bonus!!!!

Nice selection of furniture, but its taking too long to get it. Advised of a month-long lead time on a dining room set. Delayed it by several weeks without notifying us. Still have not called with an update after being asked for an update 2 weeks ago. Considering cancelling. Very poor customer service.

Staff were great, so helpful. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is because I have to wait until almost Valentines day. I did not feel pressured, which so often happens when a large purchase is being made. I will absolutely consider buying here again...(maybe when that awesomechair I liked is half price? ;-))

Was promised 10 day delivery and now sitting on 21 days. Just wondering if the company should truly promise delivery dates when they aren’t totally in control of it but also not professional to not call and update on shipping delays or incoming stock delays.

Finally found my love seat that I wanted plus I found a fireplace prices seem a little high but the quality of the furniture was good. And the people were willing to help and very happy to help. I just wish they had to pick up and delivery service.

I’ll be brief as it should be. When the wife and I purchased a 700+ Loveseat recliner with power. The manager, assured us that it was quality furniture, no refurbished parts (as that was our previous experience w/furniture stores). That was untruthful and a blatant lie.I encourage others to look at the part numbers of the furniture and don’t trust what a sales man tells you. 700 dollar couch became unusable less than a year after buying when a small woman was the only one who used it; worth 150 dollars now. Such Shame and poor investment. We won’t be doing business with them again.

I bought a couch from there within a week it was falling apart. I showed the manager. Nothing was done. I couldnt complain because I was an employee. They sell used mattresses to customers who are expecting new ones. We would pick up a mattress from a house and take it right to the showroom. If you buy a mattress make sure it is sealed in plastic when it gets there. If not it was probably used by someone else.

More so, the attitude throughout each employee was also very sincere so I didnt feel like just another customer. Ive been in hospitality for over 10 years and this meant a lot.This place didnt have a huge selection, but the one gentleman Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, and helped me put together the perfect entertainment couch that I couldnt find anywhere. I had some minor issues with the couch after about a month but each employee was empowered and very attentive to getting my concerns fixed, which they did in a very acceptable amount of time. I will definitely buy here again if Im looking for more furniture, and I recommend them to anyone else whos in the market.

The sign on the front of the store says Take it home today is bologna. And yes it is false advertising but yeah I am only one person so far Im sure there is many more. I had the pleasure of visiting Furniture Row recently and I was fairly impressed with their varied selection of furniture. The layout has changed recently and it makes a lot more since as to the natural flow. The staff was nice, not cheesy, but still friendly. I most likely will be returning to this store for future projects and purchases.

I ordered a TV stand and they told me It would arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. It also stated that on my paperwork. A month later I still do not have it. No follow up calls from them telling me the status. When I called yesterday, they did not offer me much. I either can take the floor model and get $45 off the price And even with that they wouldnt have a delivery guy for another couple days or wait another possible week or two to receive it. Not happy!!!! I have a whole house to fill with furniture. I intended to do a lot more shopping there, now I am 2nd guessing that!!!UPDATE! Jacob made it right!!! I was looking for a dining room table & chairs for my kitchen nook and was having a big get together at my place the next day and I couldnt find what I was looking for - went to furniture row and had a great Salesman, Gabriel, that showed me all my options and what was in stock. Found one i loved and he pushed to find out if I could get it early the next day. He called me back and said they could. Then I had Jacob & Terrell deliver my furniture and they were quick professional while making sure they got it all through the door with out scratching my walls or my furniture and it was a little bit tricky. Very professional all around and i highly recommend them to everyone!
