I love Andrew’s. The employees are welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. They don’t hover over you while you’re looking or pressure you into buying items. They are a family owned furniture store. They have beautiful, quality furniture. This is my favorite furniture store in Abilene.

Katelyn assisted us and she was amazing. She was super patient and never made us feel rushed or like we were a burden, even when we were indecisive. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the furniture we were looking for and what was on the floor. When we were looking for a coffee table but didn’t see what we wanted on the floor, we described what we wanted and she found us excellent options from the catalogues. It was just an overall flawless shopping experience, we would use Andrew’s furniture and specifically Katelyn again in a heartbeat.

Found exactly what I was needing and my furniture was delivered in 5 business days. The salespeople were wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were awesome. Even told me my patio door handle had been put on backwards the last time I had furniture delivered. I am a first time Andrews furniture buyer and I will certainly return to their place of business!

The customer service was impeccable. However, we chose Andrews Furniture for quality and longevity and couldnt be more disappointed. Our reclining sofa is almost four months old, yet feels like it is fifteen years old. The quality is on par with the budget furniture stores we were attempting to avoid. Im sure our sofa is an anomaly, but we still wasted $1,500 and will have to replace it as soon as possible.

Actually we were looking for outdoor furniture. But when we could not find what we were looking for we ran across a recliner we really liked. I do not like the average recliner . We found the perfect one quality was great. Which is hard to find now days. They worked with us. And April Green was so pleasant & did not discourage us from finding the perfect fit & helped us to the end. We have bought many items from Andrews for many years & we have always been happy with it all. I would recommend Andrews Furniture for your next quality pc. And make sure you ask for April Green.

Struck out at 6 other places before Andrews. I thought Andrews would be overpriced, but that wasnt true. Found 2 couches and loveseats and they let us take cushions from each to our new house to see which one matched better. April and Marianne were professional and pleasant. Good quality furniture for reasonable prices.

The website says they’re open, the flashing sign by the store says they’re open, but what do you know, they’re not open. There’s no signs on the door or explanation. Definitely vexing.Edit: I decided to go back to the store and give them a shot. Thankfully they were open; I had called and confirmed this. They acknowledged the mistake of not having a sign with being closed and were apologetic. The sales people were very friendly and helpful. April is going to do a great job at selling furniture and Scott was extremely helpful with picking out a mattress.

We’ve bought several wonderful, quality pieces with Misty at Andrews. Misty and the entire staff is kind and attentive. Their decorator is amazing and helped us pick out furniture that really fit our house. Also, their delivery guys are second to none. They are so positive and kind even when having to carry the heaviest solid wood furniture up lots of stairs! Highly recommend Andrews furniture for a great overall experience from start to finish!

Misty Hill went above and beyond to help me find just the right pieces for our new home. She also followed up to make sure everything was perfect. The delivery was even earlier than expected and everything was in great shape. I will be a loyal fan and customer in the years to come not only because of the quality of furniture and accessories, but how I was treated.

Fantastic customer service, Travis was awesome to work with. Andrews is pretty much the only furniture store in town that carries high quality products! Ordered a table, dining chairs and a bench and we only have to wait a few days for them to get delivered, and unlike Ashley or other furniture stores in town which take between 8 weeks and never.

Travis let us look without stalking us and was very helpful when we had questions.
