This Mattress Firm showed us the best customer service that I have had in a very long time. The sales rep was not trying to push any certain product. He was very knowledgeable about the products that we looked at and gave us expert advice on which mattress and base would be the best bang for the buck. TJ helped us find the perfect mattress. We walked in having no idea what kind of bed we needed. He asked us questions about our our lifestyle, sleeping styles and budget and took us though mattresses he thought would work. He explained the differences is the mattresses, adjustable bases and protector/sheets/pillow bundles. Our new bed showed up with free delivery in less than a week. It was the best sleep Ive had in years. It was the first time in a long time that I woke up rested and in zero pain. We also slept easier knowing we have a 100 night sleep trial and saved a total of around $1700.Great people, would highly recommend!

Our Mattress Firm experience was excellent. Our salesman, Antoine Holmes, was very personable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made the buying experience simple. Overall, we were very pleased.

The sales folks were very helpful in the purchase of our new Tempur-pedic and accessories.. However, I live out of town and they do not deliver.. I had to load my own mattress and base by myself which are both very heavy and awkward because they had only one associate in the store at the time I picked up my items. You would think they would have a delivery and install program in place even for out of town customers especially when you purchase an item that is in the $8000 price range.

Kevin S. was very knowledgeable about various mattresses and mattress stands in the store. We were looking for a queen mattress with good support. We found what we were looking for here after shopping in three other stores. Kevin worked with our budget and we were able to purchase exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. The mattress has a 10 year warranty. We did buy a mattress stand that can raise and lower the head/foot of the bed. We are looking forward to a better nights sleep.

We came into the Abilene location with a budget and somewhat of an idea of what we wanted. Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, we were unsure of whether we would even be able to visit in-person. The sales representative, Antoine, greeted us and started by having us answer a brief questionnaire about our wants/needs, then showed us a variety of in-store options. After we made our selection, Antoine set up our delivery for the mattress, box spring, and bed frame; they all arrived on schedule and in proper order.
