Never clean. Bathrooms are hideous!! Help is few and far between. Never seen so many lazy people in one spot. No respect for actual hard working customers.

Stopped in at the Auto Center and the service I received was extremely helpful.

As far as Walmarts go, this one is top notch. Only a few minor issues but the staff is very open and honest so I just keep joking with them since I can say what they are thinking without getting fired. I might get security to remind me where the door is on occasion but they like me here... I think.

Every time I go into this Walmart, I see a group of employees standing around talking. There are 2 registers open, with long lines. The self checkouts will be full. Not everyone wants to use self checkout, if I wanted to do it myself I would stay home & shop online. The shelves are empty, & the employees are in the way trying to restock shelves. The stores are closed at night now, the restocking can be done at night & not in the way of the customer. The quality of service has really diminished.

Pick up is OK. I like the service, but last time the gave my order to someone else. And a time before I got someone elses item with mine.

Easy to find things. Easy check out. In and out some days.

They have more employees crowding up the isles gabbing or with the stupid curbside shopping carts than checkout (one person long line). When asking for additional cashier get redirected to self check. Cannot do that when have a specific method of payment. Managers are LAZY. They do not do anything to help. Their shelves are never fully stocked. Another problem I have with the store is they are checking carts but not everyones, which I do not like.

Had a little difficulty with employee when looking for the blue tarps. Asked him to help me find the right tarp.. He said he was stocking shelves, I said Im a customer. Who needs help. Told him I report great or poor service to management. He changed his attitude and helped me.

Nice Walmart! I bought my dogs Halloween costumes from this Walmart while my dad & I were traveling back to Cali.

If there was an option for a zero or negative number I would pick that. To only allow people to use their cards and not cash is ridiculous. Not everyone has a bank account. You cant control everyone. Walmart is the worst place to shop. Employees are very rude. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

I asked three associates where an item was finally found it on my own.

So many things out of stock. Dairy cooler looked like they were selling racking. The cart pushed to the right so bad. About a 50/50 proposition if you get a good cart or not.

Found some incredible clearance deals. Bought three clothing items at a dollar each. Yay.

Good overall experience, noticed some shelves were empty.

The Walmart here in Aberdeen used to be alot better. Now its just under mediocre. The shelves are bare alot of times, they dont put enough meat out in the meat department. And Ive spoken to the manager before, and she was condescending and rude. Ive taken my business elsewhere whenever possible. I will say their electronics department is extremely nice. They are friendly and helpful. The rest of the store could take some training from them. Oh, and the greeters are nice as well.

Great the self checkout was very fast and no lines.

Poor customer service! Was told to wait an hour due to kid behind counter could not help and other person was at lunch. After an hour, was again told to wait 15 minutes.

Always go early less people and less the crowds. Staff well definitely not like used to be. Not as helpful and friendly in the store. Yet 4 stars to the associates who do welcome you and help. There are some still available.

Called to see what check cashing policy was for a minor got to the store and all of a sudden the policy changed, wasted my time! When trained they should ALL be trained the same!

Good Deals - hard to navigate at times

The workers picking up groceries need to pay better attention to what they are doing. The employees need to slow down pushing those big carts not run into the customers in the store.

On line grocery pickup went fast and smoothly. All groceries on order were received. Definitely recommend.

What an absolute clusterf@#$Second time I have been in there where they literally had NO CASH to give anyone any money back if they paid cash. I had spent an hour shopping, stood in a long line for 20 minutes, got up to the belt to unload and was told I needed to pay with my card.Never heard of such a thing in such a large business no less, in my life.Completely incompetent. Never have more than 2 lanes open. Rude slow poorly trained cashiers. Constantly out of a lot of groceries. Poorly stocked.I have seen better management and customer service in the damn ghetto.This place should be shut down.

This store had most of the important stocked items on hand. There wasnt many toiletries and only 3 cashiers however no issues with self checkout. A few registers actually accepted cash. Overall not to busy and had room for my truck and trailer. Almost a 5 star location

They close at 11pm and the door was already locked at 10:45 pm Wao

Good store you would think you were in a foreign country however funny how these people dont go the trouble to learn our language we are supposed to acomidate them..

Literally the dirtiest WalMart Ive ever been to. Trash all over the parking lot in front of the building, more than 15 empty Jacks pizza boxes in the freezer section, and lots of shelves were empty!

Every time I go in there they are always out of stock of any item. Doesnt matter what time of day, what day of the week its always that way.

It is a Wal-Mart. Friendly employees. Usually a good selection. The Covid days are tough on all merchandising stores. 📌

Self checkouts are great but they are not awesome compared to giving people jobs. Hire people not robots.

Lindsey at the pharmacy is the best thing that Walmart has. She is so helpful, it makes my trip to the pharmacy better

5/24/21: ordered a birthday cake for a celebration this weekend. The cake was very poorly decorated and cracked. Automated customer service is terrible, unable to speak with a person. Very frustrating.Its a Walmart. Too large for a quick in and out but if youre not too worried about quality this place will likely have what youre looking for.

After checking out and paying for my purchases I was stopped when leaving and asked for a receipt and they went through every bag and verified the purchases were paid for. I was a regular customer and will never return

Nice walmart...needs more cashiers

Went in to buy an Oculus quest in the gaming department. I had to wait about five minutes because there werent a ton of workers, but I got quality help once it was available.

Unfortunately one of the only places to shop. Went to front to ask for help loading a large item, waited 20 minutes... no help. Loaded and checked out myself. Then got stopped to show receipt on way out... very upsetting and frustrating.

Was..stalked by creepy bored security staff and was detained in the locked office with my 2 year old grandchild and accused of theft. Was held for4 hours with an already tired toddler. Had more than enough money to pay for the goods I had. And had nothing on me. The reason was I was bagging groceries for 4 households since I live in a rural area and assist the elderly folks in my town by helping them with their shopping. Staff yelled at.my grandson to shut up when he was asking to use the restroom after.the first 2 hours. He was terrified. As was I. I have NEVER so much as even had a parking ticket in my life. Am a retired nurse who has spent my entire life serving my patients very lovingly, as well as a productive member of society. Unfortunately there are few alternatives to shop in this area. But if you can BOYCOTT. This was nothing short of terrorism.

It WalMart they want your money and we want to get paid better to do nothing for you and then expect you to check your self out what a joke of a place

The whole town is populated with many beautiful women walking around showing proof that its still hot enough to carry on as summer time heat allows.Id give one star for allowing me to feel like many legs were closing in on me. I was prepared to grab a set of legs and run away with her on my shoulders. I just couldnt figure out which one. Might have been engrossed in my guitar but I saw every set of legs out for the days sunshine.This store is dangerous; it can turn me into a perv. I ever go back to that area, I will stop to pickup a engagement ring first...Not all the normal products available at other stores- its a small town. The area seemed to feel like it would welcome a huge party.

Was missing some items from my online order and called cutomer services about it. Was transferred to the online shopping pickup department and they were very helpful in making arrangements for me to pickup and receive my missing items. The staff on hand when I picked the items up were also very helpful. Great customer service for this transaction.

Theres a lot here, and they usually have a good variety of general supplies.

Price were higher here then in Ohio.

One of the most consistently disappointing shopping experiences out there. But hey, at least prices are low.
