Van needed to get a routine check to figure out what repairs it needed (it was old and had a few owners before me). Turns out the van had way to get too much work done and was nearing the end of its life. The guy was really nice and professional and honest. Great service, even if I did come out of it with one less car.

Integrity. On my last visit I was scheduled for a transmission flush on my diesel van. They pulled a sample and it looked good, so they advised that the work was not needed. How many shops would be that honest? These guys are absolutely fantastic.

A strange grounding problem, sucking my two heavy duty batteries dry! They followed the problem, and tracked it to the original Amplifier, 1995. It was old, and grounding out, a lot of detective work. They disconnected, and no more problems!! Great work!!

I am very happy with the service I received at B&B. I drive a BMW, (not necessarily because I want to) and needed to have it checked for a light that came on. I was told by the BMW dealership I needed brakes and rotors at a service fee of $3600! I also need tires a couple weeks ago which I had done at Les Schwab recently. Another great business in town. Less Schwab technicians told me I did not need brake pads or rotors and that nothing was wrong with the brakes. What?! I took it to B&B for a third opinion. I only had a wire that had split that needed to be replaced. I was in and out quickly. They received the part from the supplier on town and fixed it while I waited. I’m especially happy that I didn’t feel taken advantage of. Just because I drive a BMW doesn’t mean I have the money to spend thousands of dollars on repairs. You’ve earned all of my business on my cars as long as I live on this area. I strongly believe in word of mouth advertising and I have a really big mouth. LOL

Needed a spark plug and coil pack fixed needed to be hole needed to be drilled after looking at the rig they said they werent sure if it could be fixed but all time and materials they quoted me 300 to 3000 and said I wouldnt find anyone to tell me different. After checking around and being quoted 500 from several different places cobra automotive did it for me and replaced all the spark plugs and coil packs for 460 bucks very dishonest shop

I had my car towed to B & B Automotive and told them the battery kept going dead. Already knew the charging system was working fine. If no problem could be found I asked them to disconnect the power lock on the drivers side that had stopped working due to water damage, which they did. They charged me $170 for a diagnosis. The diagnosis was to flush transmission fluid and other things that had nothing to do with the problem. They broke the clips off of the box that fits into the door panel and never offered to replace the clips so the power window/lock box would not stay down flush like it was before. They told me I had superglued the box down even though he admitted breaking the clips. I picked up my car after the battery was charged and it went dead again in my driveway. After more than 2 months of taxicabs my son drove up from Sacramento to fix my car. He changed out the battery terminal cable that visibly had a problem and the car was fixed in 15 minutes. B & B should refund the diagnosis fee of $170. I would never take my car to them again or recommend the losers. There diagnosis was a Jiffy Lube type all fluids check, etc. What I paid $170 for Jiffy Lube will do for $55 and change your oil, vacuum the interior and wash the windows.

Evaded my automotive questions, were they capable or had necessary equipment, reply was warranty info, big deal, I can buy anything with various warranties, why would you warranty your labor (Thats odd) I wont place any star, too much beating around the bush.SERVICE WRITER NEEDS TO BE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Get the work done properly if a mistake is made they go out of their way to make it right. You get what you pay for more expensive but they fix things the right way.

Ive had bad experiences with other mechanics, so I am pleased to have no concerns about taking all my vehicles to B & B Automotive and recommending others do the same. In my experience B & B Automotive is good, trustworthy, and fast. They were able to diagnose and fix a control valve problem that other mechanics had failed to do, and B & B did it for considerably cheaper and with greater professionalism.B & B was helpful and professional when I first called and they took notes about my trucks problem and quickly estimated about how much it would cost to diagnose. After the fact it turned out their estimate was accurate too, no hidden charges.I dropped my truck off and left it after hours the day before and B & B quickly had the issue diagnosed within an hour of opening and gave me a call to let me know exactly what it was, what the total cost with parts, labor, and taxes would be. They also let me know about other items of concern that were actually important and it didnt seem like they were just trying to get more money out of me, but had genuinely caught another problem.What impressed me the most was their honesty. After the diagnosis they called to let me know a part was being ordered and delivered from Olympia and to expect it to be done that day or following morning. However, the next day they called and said it was going to be done that afternoon because when the part arrived from their supplier the box had already been opened. B & B returned the part because it was opened and they couldnt guarantee it was going to work. I think a lot of mechanics would have just installed it and hoped it worked. Being that it was an electrical part who knows why the original box was opened, someone could have returned it because it was defective or worked intermittently, etc. B & B took no chances and simply returned it and ensured I got a brand new part they could guarantee before my truck was finished.

My day began with my vehicle stalling and refusing to start just inside of Olympic National Park. I called for a tow truck around 10am, and had my vehicle delivered to B&B by around noon. I went to eat lunch and was feeling a little defeated knowing that my vacation plans have been ruined. But I should have had a little more faith in B&B. By 3pm I receive a call from them, it was a simple fix with a part they actually keep on hand in house and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I couldnt possibly recommend this shop any more. They wont let me give any more than 5 stars.

Car was running rough - put on analyzer (bad spark plug - under warranty - no charge) did not charge for the analyzation/labor or the install labor - most other facilities, including new car dealerships, would have charged for incurred labor - they said they did not feel right charging us for that labor - just another reason why these folks have such a stellar reputation - the cleanest garage we have ever seen even comparing to new dealerships - thank you for your attention-to-detail service

I purchased a Subaru that B&B Automotive had done all servicing on. B&B knew I had children and planned to be driving over mountain passes, so they did a thorough diagnosis before I purchased. They directed the previous owner to a mechanical problem they found and the owner kindly had the problem fixed. A year later, still drives like a dream with no problems at all! B&B truly treats customers like family. Its not worth it to me to have a careless, questionable repair done somewhere else just to save a buck or two; you get what you pay for and shortcuts cost more in the long run. Thanks taking such good care of my car! It drives like new, even as old as it is with 150,000!!

The facility they have is the cleanest automotive service shop I have ever seen including many new car dealerships - the 2004 Deville we had them work with was returned with thorough repairs and only necessary items serviced whereas they could have replaced many various items and we would not have known the difference - we now understand why they have the excellent reputation within the community - the car was returned with unexpected inside and outside detailing for that added touch - outstanding

If you have an old beater, dont waste your time. Brought my Acura Integra in theyre and felt like I was being stereotyped like it was stolen or something. Since I was wearing my Nike gym gear, I must be up to no good. Seems like a decent shop if you have a nice looking car and your white. Wish I could go lower than one star.

B & B auto is the place to go for your vehicle! My alternator went out in my trailblazer, I had the tow truck take my car to B & B they got my vehicle right in and got it swapped out that day. Unfortunately the alternator they put in ended up going out too. After I got my car towed back to the shop they replaced the alternator again as well as reimbursed me for the tow truck fees! They were on top of everything from day 1. And their customer service is A+.

What a joke. I had my own rear end fluid from Carquest and asked these guys to change it for me. They said they dont use parts they didnt provide. I said its not parts. Its fluid, I didnt whip it up in my basement. What they really were saying is we dont let you bring your own parts because then we dont get to jack the prices up on you without you knowing it. Because thats what mechanics do ya know. They buy the parts and then add on to the price to make it more expensive, they call it a shop percentage. Looks like these are those types of mechanics. Was trying to use them because I just move right down the street from them. Looks like the only honest mechanic in this area is still Gordons in Hoquiam. Ill continue to use them.

They try best time live up to the agreed price of repairs

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the amount I paid, how VERY long they took and what I got in return. I bought a used truck and TOLD them i wanted a full diagnostic evaluation, ALL the fluids changed, to service the 4WD ,the brakes were making noise and that the power steering was making noise and to change the pump if need be. after 3 days i had to call them and they said that the 4WD was leaking but they didnt know from where and they were going to have to put a flourescent liquid in the transfer case to try to find it and they said they found a broken exhaust manifold bolt. Both of these things i was totally unaware of and had no clue if was true or not. When i went to pick up my truck a WEEK later from these AHOLES they made me wait for an hour because they couldnt find the paper work and found that it was incorrect and then over charged me and then refunded me all at the same time. After checking what their BS paper work said on what they did i found that they did almost NOTHING of what i TOLD these jerks to do. I Proceeded to double check ALL of their work and found aside from flushing the brake fluid, turning off the service 4WD light on the dash and putting on new belts INCORRECTLY that what i paid them for was a complete waste of time and money and not what i told them to do. I found no evidence of a manifold bolt replacement, no evaluation of a damn thing and didnt even look at the power steering or noisey brakes. NEVER bring your vehicle to these MFRS. I cant stress this enough, they are BS artists and should not be trusted. There are better mechanics in the same area. You think im wrong or not telling the truth? Then by all means try your luck but they wont get another penny from me! I hope they go out of business! Bunch of HACKS!

Paid $490 for diagnostics!

Class A Company & Service.I live 75 miles away, when my truck started making some troubling noises I did some brief internet research on B&B and decided I would go ahead & trust them to diagnose & repair my truck instead of spending $800.00 to have it towed home. Everyone was very friendly & professional, work was performed timely and I was on my way! Unfortunately we experienced some parts failures. I was able to make it home safely and when I contacted B&B they referred me to a local shop that I could take it to in order to evaluate my concerns. When they discovered that my bearings had failed, they towed my truck back to Aberdeen went through replaced all damaged items and personally delivered my truck back to my home the next day before 5 PM. B&B warranties their work for 3 years or 36,000 miles They dont just say it they mean it!Im very satisfied with their work, their service and would recommend them. No one is perfect, vehicles are mechanical and they can fail at any given time, but a company who stands by their work and takes responsibility when things go south is very rare these days!
