Aberdeen Auto Care was a referral from another service station. That was 4 years ago and we have been coming here ever since. Patrick and Dale are super accommodating. They have worked on all vehicles. I highly recommend .

We were on the road back to Boston and had an urgent need with our vehicle. We called Aberdeen auto repair and they said come right over. They were professional and fixed the car up immediately. What a relief! I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of car repair.

What a wonderful experience. Dale had just popped into the shop on his day off to give a customer their keys, and while we were a stranded on our road trip without an ounce of oil in our car, Dale was kind enough to come and help us out. It was a quick fix and he was so kind to take time out of his Saturday and help a stranded young couple on their road trip get back on the road again. I highly recommend this shop to everyone if youre looking for great service and exceptional hospitality.

As a lady (in my experience), it’s very hard to trust hairstylists and mechanics and I rely on reviews and personal recommendations. A friend of mine told me if I had car issues, this was the place to go. Then I looked up Google reviews and the ratings were encouraging. Well, it was that time to put an old car (that I love) in the shop knowing it was going to need some serious work.They made me feel totally comfortable, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues and provided explanations along the way. At know time did I feel like they were pulling my leg and the ending price was a little below my personal estimate.Very happy. She (my car) runs good. I have some other things that need to be fixed on this and my other cars as well. Aberdeen Auto Care will definitely be my go to.

Had them install transmission and new clutch and flywheel and they did a great job and was cheaper then original quote! And was done fast and couldnt ask for more .I lost the wheel key and they got me one which was a life saver .Id recommend them over any other place in Aberdeen! Great work and thank you guys!

Great mechanic shop to work at

Patrick looked at my car when the engine overheated Christmas Eve (on his own time) and added coolant. I had been heading to the train station to get my brother and had never used this business. He and my brother then pushed my car into his lot. My car was fixed the Monday after Christmas in the afternoon. Repair cost was well within the standard range--below the average cost, in fact.

Found my new go to spot. Good work for the right price.

I showed up with puncher in my tire 5 minutes before closing and the owner looked at it and fixed it right away. They had to stay after hours to help me. They also provided with better pricing then anyone in the area I called other auto repairs and checked.

Nice clean waiting room area and always completed my repairs very quickly. Reasonable prices and doesnt charge the customer an arm and a leg for repairs.

They said they started on the vehicle yet before the end of the day, we were told they havent even received the parts.

He was very polite and helpful. Prices are reasonable and job was done in time

I stopped by the other day after the mechanic I normally go to was busy. I needed front brakes and rotors. I went to a few other shops in town and received estimates then I stopped by Aberdeen Auto Care, this was my first time here, the customer service was great, the price was decent, I didnt have to wait very long - So far so good. I will be back.

Mr. Ed and all of his staff at Aberdeen Auto care were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Mr. Ed took extra time out of his busy schedule to actually explain to me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. He explained it in a way that even I could understand and I dont know much about cars. I could tell that Mr. Ed knew what he was talking about and that he had my best interests as the customer in mind. I highly recommend that everyone take their vehicles to Mr. Ed, you wont be disappointed. My car is running great and he fixed it at a VERY fair price.

Ed is CRAZY. I made an appointment to get my van inspected a week in advance for today at 9am. Upon drop off I was informed that they would have to squeeze me in between other appointments during the day and my vehicle wouldn’t be done until after noon. What? Why? I left the vehicle and returned to pick it up at 3pm and was informed that it hadn’t been started, that the inspector left hours previously and they could try to squeeze me in between appointments tomorrow. No phone call, nothing. When I attempted to ask what happened and why I wasn’t called hours ago, Ed SCREAMED at me like a psychopath. SCREAMED at the top of his voice that no one is allowed to disrespect or question him. He was screaming so loud he was mostly intelligible. What on earth is wrong with that guy? Do not bring your car there unless you plan on staying totally silent with your eyes on the floor and don’t dare to ask a single question lest you unleash the beast of Ed’s psychotic rage. I left and went to a reputable establishment who got me in and out almost immediately.

Aberdeen auto care is hands down the best shop I have ever been to. Ed took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be more grateful for the way that he treated me, i felt more like family then another customer. If I could give more then a 5 star review I would! I will happily continue going to Aberdeen auto care for any car repair/maintenance and would refer anyone to them!

I had scheduled a appointment a week in advance. When I showed up to drop off my truck, they had no ideal who I was or why I was there. I made arrangements to drop off in the AM and pick it up after work to be able to get home. I was told it wasnt going to be ready. Very inconvenient. I had to asked a friend to drop me off at home and pick me up in the morning. Now the service. I went in for a code error 2 tires and a oil change. Than I get a call stating that I needed $2400.00 worth of work. How many people are told they need a wheel bearing? I agreed to have some work done. After the forth try, I refused to go back to the Band-Aid shop. Thats all they are. Just move you through with band aids. Be aware of these kind of places. Jack up the price and never really fix the problem. Terrible. Oh about the wheel bearing. 3 folks I know used them and also was told they needed wheel bearings. Just saying.

I rented a trailer from this place and I had it for 6 days and Upon returning it I walked in they told me what my balances which was 53 and some change instead of taking it off my card I asked him if they will take cash they said yes I paid the person cash for the U-Haul trailer and this has been a couple weeks now four times between the time that I dropped it off and today these people have been trying to steal my money charging my card Four different times for 53 and some change no I’m not gonna be the one customer that’s going to keep his mouth shut if I was you I wouldn’t use this place for anything if this is how they’re doing stuff sounds to me like they got somebody in there stealing money I pay all my billsIt’s a shame that somebody like this would an authorized to run money off my card but I’m always one step ahead of these people My card I can lock it and run it all you want I’ll shut that account down and get another one bad people not professional at all

We have dealt with Ed and Phil and both do everything possible to keep you safe in your vehicle as well as keep cost down. The customer service is amazing. They are honest, hard working people who actually care about their customers. The work that we have had done has been excellent and timely. This is the only place I would recommend for vehicle service.

I love going to Aberdeen Auto Care because Ed and Phil are amazing people. Ed took the time to educate me about my car, which has never happened for me at any other Auto Shop. What I really like is that Ed did not try to sell me everything under the sun (like most mechanics have in my past), he let me know what I needed, and when I needed to do it. The price is great and they seem to go out of their way to be kind, communicate everything that is needed, and work with you. I visited Aberdeen Auto Care recently at the recommendation of a local tire dealer. Recently my son had moved to the area, it was time to get thru inspection of an old 1998 Jeep. Ed took the time to spell out all the repairs that were needed and even provided a discount. The place was well kept and Ed made me feel like part of the family. I am also new to Aberdeen, so I really wanted to find a good honest shop with a well trained professional staff, I did with Aberdeen Auto Care! Trust in a shop is important, and they stand behind what they do. Youll like this place!

Just made a call to find out if they did State inspections and they do, but why I have them 5 stars is because Mr. Ed was so polite and helpful. He also offered to help me solve my issue. It was my first time going but it will not be my last. Ed took care of me from the time I called until my car arrived on the tow truck. Once I was there ed kept me updated. Tres fixed my car in reasonable time even though it had multiple issues. They was honest and polite, they made me so comfortable. The prices are wonderful.

Great experience. Took my car to Ed and he spoke to me about suggestions for my vehicle. At no point did I feel anything was an intent on upsale. Just great service and honest upfront suggestions. I actually was surprised at the compliments I received for my 7 year old 100k car. I know what it is, but, often mechanics will try and spin extra services in on the vehicle before ever inspecting it. Ed was delightful and competent.

I typically dont write reviews but for this particular auto care shop i felt it was necessary. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. Personally I always feel as if Im being taken care of and the prices are fair. The work is always done fast and i know what to look for with their help i feel like i can really take care of my car the way it should be. i have to give a special thanks to the manager Mr. Ed Magee. He has been extremely helpful when i have been in some tight situations. His analogies for keeping your car like you keep your body help to understand whats actually wrong with the car and what they are fixing. Mr. Ed wont tell you you need repairs unless you actually need them. I feel he really goes the extra mile to help his customers. Aberdeen Auto Care is the best place for repairs and maintenance in my opinion and the only place i trust with my car.

We take both our cars here regularly for oil service and other repairs as needed. Ed is always courteous, professional, and explains everything thoroughly. The work is completed in a prompt manner and were continuously updated on what needs to be done when its a big or complicated job. Weve lived all over the US, and this is hands down the best place weve taken our cars to.

Ive lived in Aberdeen about 5 years. This is the place I take my cars for maintenance. Ive never been pushed to get more work done than I needed, and the staff have always been professional.A few times they let me know that I would most likely need something else fixed (breaks, belts, etc.) in the near future, but they never push me to get it done earlier than necessary.

They do excellent work at a reasonable price. They are very trustworthy and I am not a person that likes to leave my vehicles with anyone but here I have total confidence in them and can trust my vehicles with them. Anyone looking for an excellent auto technician in the area should come here!

I rated them because the did an inspection on my vehicle which was quick.... but they drove my car out of the shop with the emergency brake still on. Employees were very friendly and helpful but was upset my car was drivin like that even though to my knowledge it was a short distance still not happy
